Our Goddard School Teachers

Kumud and her family are excited to provide The Goddard School’s outstanding program to the children and families of our community. Their vision to own a Goddard School started with the experience of their 2 older children attending Goddard schools. The Goddard school has established itself as a premier institution nationwide with strong emphasis on providing a safe and nurturing environment for learning. Since taking the ownership of the School in 2019, Kumud has passionately worked with parents and staff by taking their feedback on increasing capabilities and resources for the school so everyone is getting the support they need. Kumud has her Masters in Business Administration from Boston University. She has worked in the corporate world of Finance for over 15 years and is currently taking Early Childhood Education courses to continually learn and feed her passion in this field.

Natreece serves as the Executive Director of the school and brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including more than a decade in director-level leadership roles. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to building strong, collaborative partnerships with both families and educators. Natreece is passionate about creating enriched, developmentally appropriate learning environments where every child can thrive. She places a strong emphasis on high-quality early learning while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being for every child in her care. Under her guidance, the center continues to be a nurturing, engaging, and secure environment for young learners. Natreece is known for her strong rapport with children, families, and staff, as well as her comprehensive understanding of school operations. Her clear vision, integrity, and trustworthiness ensure that families feel confident their children are safe and supported.

Mickaela is an Infant/Toddler Supervisor who has been a valued member of The Goddard School since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies and maintains state certification in Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) training. Mickaela is dedicated to nurturing a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment, with a strong focus on promoting children’s social, emotional, and early academic development. Her professional interests include creative play, early literacy, and supporting each child’s individual learning journey. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and biking.

Michelle is an Infant/Toddler Supervisor who has been a valued member of The Goddard School since 2021. She holds an Child Development Associate credential with a specialization in Infants and Toddlers and maintains state certifications in Expanding Quality Infant Toddler Training and Pyramid Plus Training. Michelle brings over 20 years of experience as an Infant and Toddler educator. Her educational philosophy emphasizes treating all children with respect while providing a nurturing, loving, and caring environment where they can learn and grow. In her free time, Michelle enjoys shopping and traveling, and she values spending time with her family, including her three sons and grandchildren.

llie has been a valued member of The Goddard School team since 2022. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, having begun her college education at the age of 16. Allie has also completed multiple Early Childhood Education courses, including the Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) Training and Pyramid Plus Training. Originally from Texas, Allie relocated to Colorado Springs and brings a deep passion for early childhood education. While her role as Early Childhood Teacher is her first formal position in the field, she has gained valuable insight and experience through family involvement in education and by observing her mother’s work as a school director. Since joining The Goddard School, Allie has worked with infants, preschoolers, and most recently, Pre-K students, developing a strong understanding of child development and classroom management. Mr. Geoffrey joined The Goddard School in 2023 as the Pre-K B teacher. He brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, having taught both preschool and elementary school since 2013. In addition, he has worked closely with children with special needs in their homes and has served as a long-term nanny, giving him a broad understanding of child development and individualized learning. Mr. Geoffrey is also a children’s book author and illustrator, and he incorporates his creativity into engaging, hands-on learning experiences for his students. He is passionate about nurturing a love of learning, helping children develop the skills and confidence needed for kindergarten readiness. A true nurturer at heart, Mr. Geoffrey enjoys drawing, writing, Legos, modern board games and hiking. He approaches teaching with the same care he gives to people around him, seeing every day in the classroom as an opportunity to inspire curiosity and growth.

Luise is an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with additional training in EQIT and Pyramid Plus, bringing over 35 years of experience in early childhood education. She serves as both a Classroom Support Teacher and Kitchen Backup, providing reliable, flexible, and knowledgeable support wherever it is needed. Luise has a deep passion for working with young children, embracing their curiosity and open minds. She delights in teaching and guiding children as they explore new concepts, knowing that their eagerness to learn allows her to make a meaningful impact every day. Her nurturing, patient, and attentive approach fosters a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. Outside of work, Luise enjoys gardening, planting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Her dedication, experience, and love for children make her a cherished member of the school community.

Olivia joined our school in 2023 and currently teaches Pre-Kindergarten. She currently holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications. She began her career as a Preschool teacher and brings over two and a half years of early childhood experience to her classroom. She is a nurturing and loving educator who combines playfulness with intentional teaching, encouraging young learners to explore, ask questions, and develop a curiosity about the world around them. Olivia is passionate about creating a warm and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to grow. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking, drawing, playing volleyball, and watching movies. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and creativity make her a beloved teacher and a positive influence on her students’ early learning journey.

Madelyn has been a valued member of our school community since 2024 and brings four years of early childhood experience to her role as Head Teacher in the 2.5-year-old classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Saginaw Valley State University and believes that the best way for children to learn is through fun, engaging experiences. She  is dedicated to preparing her young learners for preschool by teaching essential life skills, such as potty training, putting on their own shoes, and zipping their jackets. She delights in helping each child develop independence while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. Outside the classroom, she enjoys going to the movies, experiencing live theatre, and reading. Her passion, expertise, and joyful approach make her an exceptional guide for our youngest students.

Rohini serves in a Quality Assurance and Leadership Support role at our school and has been a valued member of the Goddard family since 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and has been working with children since 2018. Rohini has completed her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications, allowing her to support learning across all classrooms. Throughout her time at The Goddard School, Rohini has served in multiple roles, including front office support and classroom floater and mentor. In her current position, she conducts Quality Assurance checks in alignment with franchise standards, helping to ensure the consistent implementation of high-quality educational practices and safety protocols. Rohini’s deep understanding of our school operations, families, and culture makes her an invaluable resource to both staff and leadership. Sophia joined our school in 2025 and holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications. She is passionate about supporting young children as they explore, learn, and develop independence in a nurturing and playful environment. Sophia thrives in the 2.5-year-old classroom, bringing patience, creativity, and warmth to every activity. She enjoys fostering curiosity, encouraging social skills, and guiding children as they learn important life skills, such as self-care and cooperation. Her enthusiasm, gentle approach, and genuine joy in working with children make her a valued member of the classroom team. Outside of the classroom, Sophia enjoys movies, concerts, reading, and exploring her love of culinary arts through cooking.

Wyonna is the Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher and brings 10 years of experience in early childhood education to our program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has a strong passion for working with young learners, particularly in the toddler classroom where she finds joy in supporting children’s growth and discovery. Wyonna has extensive experience with potty training and has been implementing effective strategies for over four years. Her background also includes one year in preschool, giving her a well-rounded perspective on early childhood development. She is known for her dedication, patience, and natural ability to connect with toddlers, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore. She believes that children learn through meaningful experiences, and she strives to bring curiosity, joy, and support to every child in her care. Jasmine joined our school in 2025 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She brings valuable experience working with children with autism, having previously served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in an autism clinic setting. Jasmine holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications and currently works in the Infant Classroom. She is also pursuing her Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) certification to further enhance her professional skills. Jasmine has a genuine passion for working with infants and finds great joy in supporting them as they reach important developmental milestones. She is known for her warm, gentle nature and her strong connections with both children and parents. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her dog.

Sherry joined our school in 2025 as Assistant Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, along with a warm, collaborative leadership style. Sherry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, providing a strong foundation in both educational theory and practical leadership. She previously served as an Assistant Director at the Child Development Centers (CDC), where her primary focus was staff development, leadership, and team management. In this role, Sherry trained and mentored new team members, supported ongoing coaching efforts, oversaw daily operations, and helped foster a positive, professional workplace culture. She also proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that strengthened her organizational skills, discipline, and commitment to teamwork.

Chloe joined our school in 2025 and holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications. She brings five years of experience in childcare and is currently working as a Toddler Teacher. Chloe is dedicated to supporting the success of every child by providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive. She is known for her calm demeanor and gentle approach, which help young learners feel safe, supported, and confident as they explore and grow. Outside of the classroom, Chloe enjoys hiking, coloring, and cooking.

Jody is an Infant and Toddler Support Teacher with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an Associate degree in Medical Specialties, Infant Supervisor qualified and is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Jody has completed Expanding Quality Infant Toddler (EQIT) training as well as Pyramid Plus Training, bringing a strong foundation in infant and toddler development and social-emotional support. Jody began her career working in preschool before advancing into an Infant Supervisor role. In her current position, she supports both the Infant and Toddler classrooms, providing consistent support and assistance as they step into their roles. Her deep understanding of infant and toddler schedules, routines, and classroom expectations makes her an invaluable resource to the teaching team. Shadya is an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with over 10 years of experience, having started her career at the age of 18. She is trained in Pyramid Plus and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Shadya is a passionate and nurturing educator who believes in a child-led approach, allowing her students to take the lead in their learning while she guides and supports their exploration. Her patience, creativity, and ability to engage young learners help cultivate curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Her dedication, warmth, and skill make her a valued teacher who inspires her students to grow and thrive. Zoe joined our school in 2025 and holds her Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications. She is passionate about fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, and she brings a natural warmth and enthusiasm to the classroom. Zoe enjoys exploring creativity with the children through art and play, and she delights in seeing each child learn and grow. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, cooking, and exploring new artistic projects. Zoe’s positive energy and genuine love for working with kids make her a valued member of our team.
