    Owner
    Spencer graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Social-Studies/History from the University of Central Arkansas and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University. Prior to owning The Goddard School, he worked as a teacher and football coach at several Arkansas high schools. Spencer is passionate about the development of young people and their education. Mr. Spencer and his wife Michelle have 3 daughters, Lauren, Caroline, and Elly.

    Ms. Mollie graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree and teacher licensure in Child Development. She has worked in childcare for over 10 years and has an extreme passion for their learning! Ms. Mollie enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, and watching baseball! She loves being a part of the Goddard Family!

    Ms. Ariyana has 6 years of early childhood experience and has been at Goddard for over 4 years now. She has loved her role in and out of the classroom, Her favorite part about working at Goddard is the community that's built and the breakthroughs that occur daily within the classroom. She's a recent graduate from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, with a degree in Middle Level Education where her focus was in literacy and science. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, baking, and traveling with her fiancé.

    Mrs. Amanda has over 11 years total in Early Childhood Education experience, ranging from being a substitute, to having her own in home childcare, and then teaching in a classroom for the last 7 years. She has taught all ages from infants to preschoolers. She also volunteers in the infant room at her church. She was born in Parsons, Kansas but has lived most of her life in Arkansas. She is married and has 4 children, 3 daughters and a son. She loves to watch movies, play video games and spend time at the creek with her family.

    Ms. Heather has lived is native to NWA. She graduated from Rogers Heritage High school in 2012 and has taught in childcare for 6 years. She has taught ages 18 mo. through 4 years. She’s always been inspired to be a teacher because she loves helping people and teaching others. She is hopeful to continue working towards her CDA one day in the future. in her free time, Heather enjoys read and spend time with her family.

    Ms. Jessica was born and raised in Rogers, AR. She has always loved being around children and has 5 years of experience working in childcare. Jessica has a 5 year old daughter, in their free time they enjoy going to the park, swimming, and reading books! A fun fact about Ms. Jessica is that her birthday is on Valentines Day and Dr. Pepper is her favorite drink.

    Ms. Jordan has worked at Goddard for a year now and is expecting her first baby in January with her boyfriend of 9 years. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading books, and spending time with her large family where she has 6 nephews and 4 nieces. A fun fact about Ms. Jordan is that her favorite season is fall because of the temperature, clothing, and festivities!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Tonja comes to the Goddard School of Rogers with 26 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She was a director for ten of those years assisting teachers in their classrooms with children whose ages ranged from 6 weeks to 5 years. She has also been a lead teacher in a Pre-K classroom for 16 years and has over 500 hours of professional development training.Ms. Tonja loves spending time outdoors, especially in the spring.

    Mrs. Valetta has worked in childcare for a little over 3 years. Originally from Fresno, California, Valetta has lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for about 17 years. She enjoys working with children and wants to make an impact in all her kiddos lives. In the future, Valetta hopes to pursue schooling in air craft mechanics.

    Ms. Elizabeth was born and raised in NWA and graduated from Heritage High School. She has been working with kids since 2016 with children from ages 2 years -11 year old. She loves to see the way they interact with other classmates and the way they develop physically and mentally. Her favorite children’s book is "The Rainbow Fish". Ms. Elizabeth’s favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with family or getting her nails done and enjoys her 7 brew coffee!

    Ms. Kylee is originally from Southern California but has called NWA her home for the last 7 years! She has been working with children since 2019 with ages ranging from 6 weeks-12 years old. Her favorite thing about being a teacher is the bonds she gets to form with the children and their families! Outside of Goddard, Ms. Kylee loves hiking with family, movie marathons, and you can probably find her in the Swig drive-thru!
  •  Mary Beth

    Mary Beth

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Mary Beth is originally from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She moved to Arkansas in 2023 and has been a teacher since 2016. She has her CDA in preschool and plans to continue her education in the future. Aside from teaching, Mary Beth is a rep for a brand named Nature Backs, a company that speaks to Mary Beth because it inspires adventure. She has always wanted to become a teacher and feels like she is living a dream by being a teacher at Goddard. In her free time she enjoys hiking and exploring new places.

    Ms. Emily recently moved from Southern California to NWA but spent childhood summers visiting family all over the Natural State. She has her associate’s degree in early childhood education and is looking to pursue higher education in the future. She has always loved working with children, starting with being the neighborhood babysitter, to more recently working with preschool age children. In her spare time she loves to read, go bowling, and spend time with her partner, family, and Bernese Mountain Dog. She is so excited to be working at Goddard making a difference in our young students lives.

    Mrs. Kat was born and raised in Bentonville, Arkansas. She graduated with a theater degree from University of Central Arkansas and has now been working in childcare for over 11 years. Mrs. Kat enjoys spending time with her wife and 2 children. Her favorite hobby is diamond painting!

    Ms. Maddison graduated in 2023 from Bentonville West High School. In the spring she will start pursuing her Bachelors in Business. In her free time you can find her playing soccer, tennis, or reading a good book. Ms. Maddison plans to continue her career in education in the future.

    Ms. Edith was born and raised in the Rocky Mountain State where she graduated high school in 2018. It was in that year she led an after school Drama club for kindergarten students and discovered a passion for working with younger children. She later pursued higher education at Loyola University in New Orleans and is now currently attending Northwest Arkansas Community College. She is happy to form part of The Goddard School community where she can form part in the growth and development of such amazing kids who in turn also teach her so much.

    Ms. Kirsten graduated from Rogers High School and Northwest Arkansas Community College with two associates degrees in 2019. Since graduating, she has worked with kids ranging from the age of infant to five years of age. She loves watching kids grow into their personality, always ready for a hugs, and hopes to impact each child she has. Ms. Kirsten enjoys spending time with her daughter, spouse, and family. Outside of work, you can catch her at a country concert, or any razorback game.

    Mrs. Amber has lived in many places including Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin but has lived in Arkansas for the past year. Amber has been in the early childhood education setting since 2015 with experience in a wide range of ages. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband hiking, grilling out, and UTVing.

    Ms. Jenna is originally from the east coast but has been living in NWA for the past two years. She has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and teaching is her passion! She has a two year old son and during her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

    Mrs. Janis was born and raised in Arkansas. After attending a small junior college, she came to the University of Arkansas and graduated with an Elementary Education degree. She has since worked in private daycares and stayed in Early Childhood for over 30 years. Her and her husband have been married for 39 years and share a son. In her spare time she loves to read and go to flea markets. She hopes to continue working in childcare for as long as possible.

    Ms. Allison was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas two years ago. She is a student at the University of Arkansas with a Human Development and Family Sciences major and a Child Services minor. She loves to get to be a part of children’s lives as they grow and learn. In her free time she enjoys reading and playing tennis.

    Jaisee has worked in childcare for a year now but is no stranger to kids since she has 4 nephews and 2 nieces. Jaisee was born in Modesto, California but has lived in Arkansas for the past 16 years. She is a Fayetteville High School graduate and is currently working towards getting her degree in Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

    Ms. Monica is originally from Monterey County in California, but has lived in Rogers now for just about 20 years! She began working in child care during a class in Heritage High School. Since then she has enjoyed working with kids as a preschool assistant teacher, nanny, a para professional, and now at Goddard. During her free time, Ms. Monica loves to spend time with her friends and family, or reading a good book.

    Ms. Gisselle was born in El Salvador and has been taking care of little ones for seven years now. She graduated from Springdale High School and is on track to get her associates degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Gisselle loves to run, hike, and spend quality time with her big family. At Goddard, she is most exited to share her culture and have fun with all the kids!

    Ms. Jenny was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Heritage High School in 2018. Jenny enjoys going to work to see children smile and learn and hope to make a positive impact with all the children at school. During her free time, she likes spending time with family, close friends and going on walks. She has been a part of the Goddard School for over 4 years now. Jenny enjoys being apart of the Goddard family and is excited to see what comes her way in the future.

    Ms. Faith is originally from Greenland, Arkansas. In her free time Faith loves to fish, coach 14u softball, and spend time at the lake jet skiing. She is new to the child care environment, but has several years of experience with children. Her personal goal at Goddard is to make every child feel seen, supported, and loved.
