    Owner
    Spencer and his wife, Michelle, are the proud owners of Goddard Rogers. After dedicating 20 years to teaching high school and coaching football, Spencer decided to embark on a new adventure and opened the Goddard School of Rogers in January 2020. Since then, he has been incredibly blessed by the journey. A devoted father to three amazing daughters—Lauren (21), Caroline (20), and Elly (16)—Spencer holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and is deeply passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders.

    Director
    Ms. Mollie brings The Goddard School with over 11 years of experience in early childhood education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Birth through Kindergarten and Child Development from the University of Arkansas. With a strong passion for supporting both children and families, she is committed to fostering a nurturing and impactful learning environment. In her personal time, Ms. Mollie enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending sporting events, and gardening. She looks forward to furthering her professional growth and development at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Ariyana has 6 years of early childhood experience and has been with Goddard for 5 years. She has loved her role both inside and outside the classroom. Her favorite part about working at Goddard is the strong sense of community and the daily breakthroughs that occur within the classroom. She is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she earned a degree in Middle Level Education with a focus on literacy and science. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, baking, and traveling with her fiancé. She is excited about her future at Goddard and looks forward to growing professionally.

    Mrs. Amanda brings over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, with a background that includes substitute teaching, running her own in-home childcare, and teaching in a classroom for the past 7 years. Originally from Parsons, Kansas, she has spent most of her life in Arkansas. In her free time, Mrs. Amanda enjoys watching movies, attending concerts, playing video games, and spending quality time with her husband and their four children.

    Mrs. Heather is a native of Rogers, AR, and a 2012 high school graduate. With over 11 years of experience in childcare, she is deeply committed to fostering the growth and development of young children. Mrs. Heather finds joy in teaching and helping children acquire new skills, which is what inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing video games and watching movies. In the future, she plans on earning her CDA to further advance her professional expertise in the field.

    Mrs. Tonja brings 30 years of experience in early childhood education to The Goddard School of Rogers. With ten years spent as a director, she supported teachers in their classrooms, working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. In her free time, Mrs. Tonja enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, as well as gardening. Her wealth of experience and passion for early childhood development make her a valuable asset to the team.

    Ms. Jordan has worked at Goddard for a year now and is expecting her first baby in January with her boyfriend of 9 years. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading books, and spending time with her large family where she has 6 nephews and 4 nieces. A fun fact about Ms. Jordan is that her favorite season is fall because of the temperature, clothing, and festivities!

    Ms. Jessica, born and raised in Rogers, AR, brings 6 years of professional childcare experience, along with 17 years of experience babysitting her nieces and nephews. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, hiking, and coloring. To unwind, she loves relaxing with an iced coffee or Dr. Pepper.

    Ms. Gisselle was born in El Salvador and has been dedicated to caring for young children for the past seven years. She is passionate about running and enjoys a good cup of coffee. Currently a college student studying law, Ms. Gisselle holds a deep appreciation for teaching and is excited to bring her cultural background and enthusiasm for learning to her role at Goddard. She looks forward to creating an engaging and fun environment for all the children in her care.

    Ms. Jaisee was born in Modesto, California, but has called Arkansas home since 2008. With over a year of experience in childcare, she is well-loved in the Toddler classroom. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and best friend, Ms. Maddison. Recently, Ms. Jaisee began pursuing her education in health science and is working towards a career in OBGYN sonography. She is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally.

    Ms. Kylee, originally from Southern California, has called Northwest Arkansas home for the past 7 years. With nearly 5 years of experience in childcare, she has worked primarily with infants and toddlers. Outside of work, Ms. Kylee enjoys babysitting, hosting game nights with friends, and going on hikes with her family. She is excited to continue nurturing and supporting your children as they grow and develop to their fullest potential.

    Mrs. Amber has lived in many places including Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin but has lived in Arkansas for the past year. Mrs. Amber has been in the early childhood education setting since 2015 with experience in a wide range of ages. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband hiking, grilling out, and UTVing.

    Ms. Emily recently relocated from Southern California to Northwest Arkansas, though she spent childhood summers visiting family throughout the Natural State. She holds an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and plans to pursue further education in the future. Passionate about working with children, Emily is dedicated to supporting their foundational development. Outside of work, she enjoys bowling, reading, and spending time with her family. Emily is excited to be part of The Goddard School, where she looks forward to making a positive impact in the lives of young students.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Ashley is 29 with over a year of experience working with preschool-age children, where she's developed a passion for fostering creativity and learning in young minds. Ms. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Fine Arts degree, which has fueled her love for art, photography, and other creative pursuits. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking, as they help her stay active and connected to nature. Ms. Ashley also plays soccer in a local co-ed league, which allows her to stay engaged in team dynamics and maintain an active lifestyle. Ms. Ashley says, "Working with children is incredibly rewarding and I love seeing their imaginations and personalities grow." She's most excited to bring her creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to The Goddard School.

    Mrs. Kat was born and raised in Bentonville, Arkansas. She graduated with a theater degree from University of Central Arkansas and has now been working in childcare for over 10 years. She loves any outdoor activities, especially camping and will read absolutely anything you put in front of her.

    Mrs. Valetta has over 3 years of experience in childcare. Originally from Fresno, California, she has lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for the past 17 years. Passionate about working with children, Valetta is dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and painting. Looking ahead, Valetta plans to pursue schooling in aircraft mechanics.

    Ms. Edith was born and raised in Colorado and attended college in New Orleans. It was here in Rogers Arkansas that Mrs. Edith found her calling. For 3 years she has formed part of the Goddard School family. Ms. Edith says "Being a part of early childhood education has been life changing and one of the biggest blessings in my life." She feels honored and privileged to get to work with kids everyday.

    Ms. Maddison is from Bentonville, Arkansas, and has been working in childcare for two years. She enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her friends and family, especially watching movies. She also loves being outdoors, exploring hiking and walking trails. In her free time, Ms. Maddison enjoys babysitting all the Goddard kiddos.

    Ms. MaryBeth is originally from Broken Arrow, OK, but has been calling Northwest Arkansas home for over two years. With a passion for early childhood education, she holds her CDA credential and brings over 9 years of experience to her role. Ms. MaryBeth is deeply committed to fostering growth and development in young children, using her extensive knowledge and skills to create a positive and enriching environment. Outside of her work in early childhood education, she also works as a brand representative, which occasionally takes her on exciting trips and adventures.

    Ms. Kirsten is originally from Kansas City, MO, but has lived in Arkansas since 2010. During her time in Arkansas, she graduated college and has worked with children ranging from infants to 5 years old. She loves watching children develop their personalities, celebrating their milestones, and making a positive impact on each child she works with. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, spouse, and family. Outside of work, you can often find her at a country concert or attending a Razorback game.

    Ms. Jenna is originally from the east coast but has been living in NWA for the past two years. She has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and teaching is her passion! She has a two year old son and during her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and doing all things crafts!

    Born and raised in Arkansas, Mrs. Janis has her B.S.E from U of A. Mrs. Janis has over 30 years of early childhood education experience and says "She can't see herself doing anything else." She has been married to her husband, Lewis, for 40 years. Together they have one child named Garrett. In her free time, you'll catch her at a flee market, reading, or calling the Razorbacks!

    Ms. Allison was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas two years ago. She is a student at the University of Arkansas with a Human Development and Family Sciences major and a Child Services minor. She loves to get to be a part of children’s lives as they grow and learn. In her free time she enjoys reading and playing tennis.

    Ms. Brooke is from Siloam Springs , AR. She currently attends the University of Arkansas where she is studying psychology, sociology, and criminology with a minor in social work. She hopes to pursue a PhD in psychology and become a pediatric psychologist.

    Ms. Faith is originally from Greenland, Arkansas. In her free time Faith loves to fish, learn to bake, and garden. She is new to the child care environment, but has several years of experience with children. Her personal goal at Goddard is to make every child feel safe, supported, and loved.

    Ms. Jenny is born and raised in NWA and has been working with Goddard for over 5 years. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her family, hanging out with her friends, and going on walks. Jenny enjoys going to work to see children smile and learn. She hopes to make a positive impact on the children at the Goddard School.

    Ms. Keyana is originally from upstate NY and has recently relocated to Arkansas. Working in the early childhood education environment is Ms. Keyana's dream and she's so happy she's living it. Mrs. Keyana has been in childcare almost a year and loves every minute of it! Her hobbies include baking, reading, and playing volleyball....including her sweet daughter, of course.

    Ms. Macy is a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas and is on track to start grad school for play therapy in the fall. Ms. Macy is from Jonesboro, AR where she worked in child care for 5 years. In her free time she enjoys hanging our with friends and family, and watching Netflix.
