Meet Corey Owner
Mrs. Corey has proudly owned and led The Goddard School in O’Fallon/Dardenne Prairie since 2004. With decades of experience in early childhood education leadership, she is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing school that supports the whole child—fostering cognitive development, social-emotional growth, creativity, & confidence.
Mrs. Corey brings an extensive background in education & administration, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Valley College & a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Mizzou. Her leadership is rooted in a passion for fostering child development, supporting social-emotional learning, & preparing children for future academic success. Mrs. Corey's vision has always been to build a preschool community that feels like family. Under her leadership, The Goddard School has become known for its innovative programs, faculty (many of whom have been with the school for years,) and in cultivating strong partnerships with parents.

From infants and toddlers to pre-K, kindergarten and beyond, our classrooms are designed specifically with your little one’s needs in mind.
Infant
6 w - 12 m
In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.
Toddlers
12 - 24 m
As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.
Twos
2 - 3 yrs
In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.
Bridge
2.5 - 3.5 yrs
As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.
Preschool
3 - 4 yrs
In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.
Pre-K
4 - 5 yrs
As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

We love The Goddard School (O’Fallon). Our family has sent all three of our kids there and I couldn’t imagine my youngest currently being anywhere else. They are family. Goddard School in Dardenne Prairie has excellent leadership that leads to a culture of caring and kindness. This is also taught at a high priority to the students in addition to academics. We loved it here!
Highly recommend The Goddard School! We spent years here, from the infant room through Jr. Kindergarten, and every teacher was fantastic. The owner, Corey, invests so much heart into the school, creating a loving and kind environment. Even a year later, my kids still talk about memories of their time here. On top of that, they were fully prepared to excel in kindergarten. We are so thankful for our time at Goddard!
Goddard has been great for our three children as we are in the final months of our last one to graduate. They are all very intelligent and empathetic which stems from their learning at Goddard. They still talk about their time there very fondly.
The staff is wonderful! We've only been there about 6 months, but our girls absolutely love going to school. It makes dropping them off for eight hours a day a lot easier knowing they are in good hands. The educational program is wonderful too. We could me more pleased with the girl's development.
All you truly want as a parent is to be able to trust that your children are safe and loved if and when you have to leave them to go to work and I’ve never doubted that from the first morning I dropped my daughter off there three years ago. My kids have learned so much while attending school there. The teachers are nurturing and compassionate. Leadership is accommodating and responsive and has an open door policy. We are extremely grateful to have found Goddard Dardenne Prairie.
We love The Goddard School! All three of our children have attended starting at two years old through Kindergarten. The staff is exceptional. Knowledgeable and supportive. We’re forever grateful for the roll the play in our kids’ lives.
Our son is always so excited to walk into Goddard because of how all the fun he has and it's all due to the welcoming and friendly staff. He's learning things we aren't able to teach him at home and having the social interaction with kids his age.
