    I’m excited to be opening my fourth school with my family—this one in the heart of Seattle. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and more than 5 years in leadership, I’m deeply passionate about creating nurturing, inspiring spaces for young learners. I love working alongside my strong, dedicated team and feel grateful for the opportunity to serve the community through high-quality early education. I’m especially excited to bring our Wonder of Learning curriculum to families in Seattle—an approach that sparks curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. When I’m not at school, I enjoy painting and spending time with my family.

    Estella Arguello is proud to be a part of The Goddard School family. She brings more than 14 years in early childhood education and holds a degree in Early Childhood Development. Estella is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow and thrive. After relocating from California to Washington, she was drawn to The Goddard School's commitment to high-quality education and whole child development. Estella is dedicated to ensuring every family feels welcomed, supported, and confident in their child's care and education. Outside of school, Estella enjoys spending time with her two sons and creating lasting family memories. She looks forward to partnering with families and helping provide a positive and rewarding experience for every child.

    Sabrina Mancera is excited to be part of The Goddard School family. She brings over six years of experience in early childhood education and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development. Sabrina is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and express creativity. After relocating from Yakima to Renton, she was drawn to The Goddard School's commitment to high-quality education. She is dedicated to supporting each child's growth and fostering positive experiences for families. Outside of the classroom, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her children, participating in family activities, and reading together. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with families and supporting every child's success.

    Regional Director
    Jo is the Regional Director of Operations for our five Goddard Schools in the Seattle area, where she supports school leadership teams in building strong programs, staying aligned with licensing, accreditation, and Quality Assurance standards, and developing the systems that help schools create meaningful experiences for children and families. A recent graduate of the University of Washington, Jo brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for advocacy - ensuring policies truly support educators, children, and families. She currently serves on the executive board of the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC) as Communications Officer. Outside of work and school, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, and loves reading and cars.

    Madison is excited to welcome families to her classroom. She holds an Associate Degree in Psychology and brings over a decade of experience in childcare. Madison is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can flourish, learn, and grow. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her two-year-old child, walking her dog, and exploring nature. Madison truly loves working with children and feels honored to be a part of their early learning journey. She looks forward to building strong relationships with families and supporting each child's development and success.

    Victoria is originally from Alaska and brings over five years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about supporting young learners and feels fortunate to play a role in each child's growth and development. Victoria especially enjoys getting to know every child's unique personality and helping them build confidence as they learn and grow. Outside of the classroom, Victoria enjoys practicing yoga, meeting new people, and spending time with her cat, Cosmo. She is also a fan of coffee and the color pink. Victoria is excited to be part of the learning community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with children and families while supporting a fun, nurturing, and successful school year.

    Nazarene is a dedicated educator with a degree in Education and is excited to be a part of each child's learning journey. She has a strong background in teaching and a genuine passion for working with young children. Her goal is to create a stimulating, joyful classroom where children develop a love of learning and build the confidence to grow and thrive. As a mother herself, Nazarene understands the unique joys and experiences of raising a child and brings that personal perspective into her teaching. She is committed to fostering a warm, supportive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to explore and discover. Nazarene looks forward to getting to know each child and partnering with families to support their early development and create a positive, enriching learning experience.

    Olling is a caring and experienced childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development. Since 2018, she has worked with children ranging from infancy through middle school, creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where every child feels valued and supported. She holds a degree in Elementary Education and brings a strong sense of community to her work, inspired by her upbringing in Los Angeles. Ollin is dedicated to being a positive and trusted presence for both children and families, striving to make every child's experience safe, meaningful, and fun. Ollin looks forward to partnering with families and supporting each child's learning, development, and success.

    Hawo is excited to be a part of The Goddard School community as a Lead Teacher. She is currently pursuing studies in Early Childhood Education and brings a passion for supporting young learners. Coming from a large family with nine siblings, Hawo has developed patience, responsibility, and a strong love for working with children. She is dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. Hawo looks forward to building meaningful relationships with each child and partnering with families to support their learning and development.

    Kitchen/ Support Teacher
    Jihad brings a unique combination of engineering knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for education. With a background in Engineering and years of management experience, he has developed strong skills in adaptability, communication, and patience. Jihad enjoys helping children build confidence and loves witnessing the excitement of a student's "aha!" moment. After a successful career in management, he transitioned into education to help create a positive and supportive environment where every child can thrive. He is excited to bring his tech-savvy skills and enthusiasm of learning to the classroom. Outside of work, Jihad enjoys playing basketball, gaming, and creating films. He looks forward to supporting children and partnering with families throughout their educational journey.

    Kaeylnn is an early childhood educator with three years of experience. She is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young learners can grow, explore, and thrive. Kaelynn is dedicated to supporting each child's development and fostering a positive learning experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, her partner, and their two cats. Kaeylnn is grateful for the opportunity to care for and teach young children and looks forward to partnering with famililes to support their child's learning and growth.

With over eight years of experience working with young children through nannying, preschool classrooms, one-on-one support, and summer camps, she is passionate about early childhood education. Sophie enjoys helping children explore, problem-solve, and discover new things each day. She is committed to creating a calm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, confident, and excited to learn. Outside of the classroom, Sophie enjoys attending concerts with friends and volunteering in her community.

    Support Teacher
    Aidan is a professional artist and educator with six years of experience in early childhood education in Portland, Oregon and New Orleans, Louisiana. After relocating to Seattle in June 2026 to pursue his art career, he discovered The Goddard School and joined the team as an Assistant Teacher and Floater while continuing his artistic journey. Aidan is passionate about both teaching and the arts and finds great fulfillment in helping children learn and grow. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys creative writing, reading, listening to audiobooks, playing soccer, hiking, and exploring the city, He is grateful to be part of The Goddard Team and values the opportunity to contribute to the school community and support children and their families.

    Tessa is honored to be part of each child's growth and development during their foundational years. She holds an associate degree in Communications and brings seven years of childcare experience through nannying and babysitting. Inspired by a teacher who helped her overcome learning challenges and embrace her individuality. Tessa is passionate about creating a safe, encouraging, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, explore their curiosity, and thrive. She is excited to partner with families and support each child's learning journey. Outside of work, Tessa enjoys cooking, making jewelry, walking, and spending time with her goddaughter. She looks forward to getting to know the children and families in her classroom and fostering meaningful connections.

    Laila is an early childhood educator who is passionate about teaching and learning. Laila enjoys helping children build confidence, explore new ideas, and develop a love of learning. Outside of the classroom, Laila enjoys spending time with her dog and her mother, as well as completing crosswords at the park. She is excited to bring her patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to The Goddard School and looks forward to supporting children and families throughout their learning.
