Our Goddard School Teachers

I’m excited to be opening my fourth school with my family—this one in the heart of Seattle. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and more than 5 years in leadership, I’m deeply passionate about creating nurturing, inspiring spaces for young learners. I love working alongside my strong, dedicated team and feel grateful for the opportunity to serve the community through high-quality early education. I’m especially excited to bring our Wonder of Learning curriculum to families in Seattle—an approach that sparks curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. When I’m not at school, I enjoy painting and spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Jo. I’m the Regional Director of Operations for five Goddard Schools in the Seattle/King County area and an active board member with the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC). I’ve worked in early childhood education for over 10 years, and I’m especially passionate about advocacy - making sure policies truly support educators, children, and families. In my role with Goddard, I support school directors and leadership teams in building strong programs, staying aligned with licensing, accreditation, and Quality Assurance standards, and creating meaningful experiences for children and families, and developing the systems to support the schools. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my family & my dog, Lucy, and I love reading and cars!

Hi! My name is Estella Arguello, and I’m so happy to be part of The Goddard School family. With over 14 years of experience in early childhood education and a degree in Early Child Development, I’m passionate about creating a learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to grow. After moving from California to Washington, I was drawn to The Goddard School because of its exceptional commitment to high-quality education and whole child development and values that truly go above and beyond the standard. My goal is to ensure that every family feels welcomed, heard, and confident in the care and learning their child receives here. When I’m not at the school, I love spending time with my two sons and making special family memories. Hello all. I am the Assistant Director at The Goddard School of Central Seattle, bringing over 12 years of experience in early childhood education. I have worked with children ranging from infants to kindergarteners and I'm incredibly passionate about supporting both students and their families during these important early years. With a strong background in the classroom, I understand the developmental needs of young children and am committed to creating a warm, engaging, and safe learning environment. As Assistant Director, I will support day-to-day operations, collaborate closely with teachers, and work to ensure every child receives the care and attention they need to thrive. Hello, I'm Ms. Nazarene, a professional teacher with a degree in education, and I'm so excited to be part of your child’s journey this year! I have a strong background and a genuine passion for working with young children. My goal is to create a stimulating and joyful classroom where every child can develop a love of learning and build the confidence to grow and thrive. As a mom myself, I understand the unique joys and experiences that come with raising a child, and I bring that personal perspective into my teaching. Hi, my name is Victoria! I'm originally from Alaska and have over five years of experience working in early childhood education. I’m passionate about supporting young learners and feel so lucky to play a part in each child’s growth and development. I especially love getting to know every child’s unique personality. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy yoga, meeting new people, and spending time with my cat, Cosmo. I’m also a big fan of coffee and the color pink! I’m so excited to be part of this learning community and look forward to a wonderful year ahead.
