    Candice graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance. She then went on to pursue her CFP with a focus on helping families and their children. Shortly after, she met her future husband and spent the next five years traveling the country with him during his Major League Baseball career. Candice and her husband have two young sons and understand the importance of a high quality learning experience for all children. Candice’s passion and long term goal is to provide children with an early learning experience where they can develop the social and academic skills they need to flourish in school and in life.

    Ms. Liz was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA but relocated to San Antonio 17 years ago. She is married to her high School sweetheart, José and is the Mother of 2 handsome boys Eric and Joseph. MS. Liz has 25 plus years experience working with children of all ages (infants to high schoolers). She worn multiple hats in her career as and early childhood educator, from teacher, Assistant in management, Assistant Director, and Director. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is furthering her education by attending Texas A&M. Her favorite children’s book is “If You Give a Mouse A Cookie” written by Laura Joffe Numeroff

    Miss AnaLisa is a San Antonio native who was raised in Johns Creek, GA. She has been in the Early Childhood field since 2010 and has since worked as a Floater, Preschool Assistant, Lead Teacher, & Curriculum Coordinator. In 2014 she received her ECE degree & was promoted to Assistant Director where she spent 5 years in that position. In her free time, Miss AnaLisa enjoys spending time with her nephew/family and traveling to Atlanta to visit friends. Miss AnaLisa’s favorite children’s book is Green Eggs & Ham and loves the song Brontosaurus by the Music Class.

    Robin is a proud native San Antonian. Robin has studied psychology and education, and has 7 years of experience in early childcare education. She has a true passion for teaching children to love learning. She is elated to join and grow with the Goddard family! Robin and her family enjoy exploring the different events and places to go in and around town.

    Alma (Letty) has been teaching for over 6 years. Teaching young children is her passion! Ms. Letty is English and Spanish speaking and enjoys teaching the children in her class Spanish. She loves creating a fun learning environment where children can explore and gain independence! Ms. Letty is from Monterrey Mexico where she also attended dental school.

    Ms. Angela has been with our school for over a year and has been in childcare for 22 years. This has been her passion since high school and loves seeing the faces on the children when they’ve accomplished something they’ve been working towards. She enjoys reading “I Love You Mommy” with the children as well as “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”. Ms Angela enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and husband. With them she likes trying new restaurants and thrift shopping

    Ms. Garrie has been with the Goddard School for almost 2 years. Prior to working with us she worked with the elderly for 15 years. Her favorite things to do on a day off is the binge watch documentaries and cuddle with her cats. The Amelia Bedelia book series are her favorite children’s books and her favorite thing about working with children is that they keep her young at heart!

    Mrs. Jean is a wife, mother, grandmother, and educator. She enjoys reading, archery, friends, and family. As an educator she has accomplished her Child Development Associates (CDA) which certifies her to instruct young children between the ages of 3-5 years. She learned how to work with their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Jean continues learning through workshops, trainings, seminars, and conferences. She keeps informed of changes by being a member to NAECY(National Association of Early Young Children). She has her CPR and First Aid certificate that allows her to be able to manage a child in case of choking or preventing cuts. She has her Food Handler Management Certificate which teaches her how to form a healthy and safe way of handling food. She is in the process of completing her degree in Elementary Education which is teaching her the concepts that are suitable for young children. Jean’s goal is to have each student learn and grow into strong mind leaners.

    Mrs. Mandana is from Iran but relocated to San Antonio a few years ago. She has a daughter in college who is studying pharmacy. Mrs. Mandada has over 11 years of experience working with children and can’t think of anything more joyful to do. She believes that children must be raised and educated in an environment that they feel safe to express themselves to their full potential. As well as an environment that they feel loved and cared for.

    Ms. Megan has been working in the Early Childhood field for 10 years. She is currently working on her degree in Mathematics. In addition, she has her CDA certificate. She strives to create a safe and loving environment for all her students & to build a long-lasting relationship with the Goddard Families. Ms. Megan has 2 beautiful children and a loving husband who support her education and responsibilities here at Goddard.

    Ms. Sakina has worked in early childhood education for over 3 years. She is bilingual in Farsi and English and believes in providing children with a safe and nurturing environment. She loves seeing children grow and learn by providing them a stimulating environment.

    Ms. Shauna has been with us for about a year and has over 5 years of experience with children from the ages of 6 weeks through after schoolers. She’s even helped out on bus driving and cooking in the kitchen when she’s needed to. Her favorite thing about working with children is getting to watch them grow and nurturing them like they’re her own. Ms. Shauna loves the children’s book “There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly.” At home Ms. Shauna has 4 of her own children and loves spending time with her husband and children road tripping and watching movies.

    Ms. Valeria is a 1st generation Mexican-American and the oldest daughter of 3. She has been an Ealy Childhood Educator for over 5 years. Her love for children gravitated her towards this field and she now has her associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite children’s book is anything “Pete the Cat” by Eric Litwin. Ms. Valeria enjoys spending time with her family and her feline fur babies. She enjoys crafting and baking when it’s not too hot outside

    Miss Serena graduated from Northwest Vista with her Associates in Early Childhood Education and has been in the field for a little over a year now. She is a dog mom and animal lover but also enjoys bingeing TV shows and cooking. Her favorite children’s book is The Giving Tree. Miss Serena is most excited about watching the children excel in their day-to-to exploration. She loves seeing the look of accomplishment on their faces after they’ve solved a problem they ‘ve been working towards.

    Ms. Diana was born and raised in San Antonio. She joined The Goddard School in January 2021 with the hopes of helping young minds grow. Diana believes in creating a learning environment where every child feels valued. Diana is currently pursuing her degree in Physical Therapy, in hopes of becoming a Pediatric Physical Therapist. She loves art, exploring the outdoors , and being involved with her youth group.

    Ms. Jasmine has been working in childcare since 2016. She loves working with and encouraging children everyday! She is currently studying for her associates in psychology in hopes of becoming a counselor for young children. Ms. Jasmine was born and raised in San Antonio and does not plan on leaving anytime soon!
