Robert and Jiena are the dedicated owners of The Goddard School in Crossroads. Robert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Jiena has a Master’s degree in Music Composition. They have two sons, Ian and Carson, and a daughter named Zoey who are all currently attending a Goddard School. They are committed to making sure that each child who passes through The Goddard School doors are loved and cared for. Their high standards for excellence and customer service are apparent throughout the school, and they are happy to be able to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children in this community.

Ms. Charis is our Office Administrator. She brings 20 years of experience in education, dance, and communications collectively in which she has been grateful to have held leadership roles in college and in non-profit organizations. Ms. Charis is excited to be a part of the team to learn, share and grow with the wonderful children and families at The Goddard School.

Ms. Ellis, originally from Louisiana and relocated to Houston, TX in 2015. She is a proud mom of 4 amazing boys and 1 adorable adopted daughter. In her free time, Ms.Ellis enjoys creating art DIY. Teaching has always been a true passion of hers, and she is thrilled to be sharing her ideas and lessons with your children. She has several years of early child care experience, as well as experience as a substitute teacher in the public school field. Her teaching philosophy is to assure children have a positive view of learning by providing them with different types of fun activities that foster all of their developmental domains.

Ms. Williams is originally from Louisiana. She relocated to Houston, TX in 2005. She's worked in Early Child Care for 19 years, 11 of those years she has worked as a lead teacher. Ms Williams is the Lead Teacher for our Infants Classroom. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing. Her philosophy is that "All children are butterflies, so let them flutter." Ms. Rashelle is our Pre-Todd's teacher. Ms. Rashelle loves working with our younger Todd's. She enjoys reading a good book in her spare time. Ms. Rashelle has been in childcare for over 3 years and looks forward to many more.
