Our Goddard School Teachers

Robert and Jiena are the dedicated owners of The Goddard School in Crossroads. Robert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Jiena has a Master’s degree in Music Composition. They have two sons, Ian and Carson, and a daughter named Zoey who are all currently attending a Goddard School. They are committed to making sure that each child who passes through The Goddard School doors are loved and cared for. Their high standards for excellence and customer service are apparent throughout the school, and they are happy to be able to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children in this community.

Mrs. Tiffany has dedicated more than 20 years to the field of Early Childhood Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Human Resource Manager. Throughout her career, she has worked in every position within early childhood education, giving her a comprehensive understanding of classroom and administrative operations. As a mother of two, Mrs. Tiffany deeply relates to the needs of both parents and teachers, and she approaches her work with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. She has been a valued member of The Goddard School family for nearly nine years, guiding children, families, and staff with steady leadership and a passion for high-quality education. Mrs. BreAnn serves as our Area Curriculum Director at The Goddard School, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has expertly utilized our Wonder of Learning curriculum to create meaningful, developmentally rich experiences that nurture the whole child. Previously a Goddard Director, Mrs. Bree sought a role that would allow her to support even more children, families, and educators. In her current position, she is excited to positively influence multiple classrooms and help ensure high-quality learning for every child in our care. She is married and the proud mother of three girls, with her youngest having attended The Goddard School—an experience in which she has continued to thrive. Ms. Qaljana, serves as the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. Raised in Klein, Texas, she completed her education at Klein High School. With over a decade of experience across various educational levels, she has consistently returned to her true passion: Early Childhood Education. Her commitment to nurturing young minds and positively impacting their lives has always been a driving force for her. As a devoted mother of two, she cherishes her children, who reignited her enthusiasm for her vocation. In her leisure time, Ms. Nay enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and spending quality moments with her family. She is eager to contribute to the team and engage with the wonderful families and children at The Goddard School.

Ms. Shika is the Team Lead at The Goddard School of Jersey Village, bringing 10 years of experience working with young children. She is passionate about creating warm, engaging, and developmentally supportive classroom environments. As Team Lead, Shika helps guide teachers, coordinate daily routines, and ensure high-quality care for every child.

Ms. Williams is originally from Louisiana. She relocated to Houston, TX in 2005. She's worked in Early Child Care for 19 years, 11 of those years she has worked as a lead teacher. Ms Williams is the Lead Teacher for our Infants Classroom. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing. Her philosophy is that "All children are butterflies, so let them flutter." Ms. Shruti, originally from India, is passionate about teaching and believes every child is a blank slate full of potential. She finds great joy in watching young children’s faces light up as they learn and grow. With a deep care for both the world and the environment, Ms. Shruti is dedicated to shaping the future by imparting knowledge to her students. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, writing, watching TV, shopping, and traveling. A proud mother of a 20-year-old daughter, her favorite color is black, and she cherishes the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Ms. Samantha is the School-Aged Teacher at The Goddard School Jersey Village, where they bring a blend of early childhood knowledge and school-age program experience. With over 5 years working with children in preschool, after-school, and summer camp settings, Ms. Samantha is dedicated to supporting the unique developmental needs of growing learners. She is skilled in planning engaging projects, facilitating group activities, providing homework support, and helping students build strong social-emotional skills.

Mrs. Amanda has been dedicated to the field of early childhood education since 1987, bringing nearly four decades of experience, knowledge, and compassion to the classroom. She is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment where our youngest learners feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. Her patience, caring heart, and commitment to helping every child reach their full potential make her an invaluable part of our First Steps program. We are so grateful to have Mrs. Amanda as part of our Goddard family!

Ms. Mia is one of the sweetest members of our team! She has a gentle, nurturing heart and a true passion for caring for our youngest learners. One of her favorite parts of the day is reading stories to the children, helping spark their imagination while fostering a love of books and language from an early age. Her patience, kindness, and warm smile create a comforting environment where every infant feels safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. Ms. Mia's caring nature and dedication make her an incredible part of our classroom, and we are so grateful to have her as a member of our Goddard family!

Ms. Jocelyn is a caring, compassionate teacher who fills her classroom with kindness, laughter, and positivity every day! She has a special way of making each child feel loved, supported, and encouraged to be their very best. Her fun sense of humor and joyful personality create a welcoming environment where learning is exciting and smiles are contagious. Whether she's sharing a laugh, comforting a little one, or celebrating a child's accomplishments, Ms. Jocelyn's genuine love for children shines through in everything she does. We are so grateful to have her as a cherished member of our Goddard family!

Our cook has been preparing delicious, nutritious meals for children for over 10 years, bringing passion, experience, and plenty of energy to the kitchen every day! Her cheerful personality and positive spirit brighten our school, and the children absolutely love seeing her each day. She takes pride in serving meals made with care, helping fuel our little learners for a day full of fun and discovery. Whether she's greeting children with a smile or preparing one of their favorite lunches, she plays an important role in making our school feel like home. We are incredibly grateful to have such a dedicated and caring cook as part of our Goddard family!

Ms. Joycealynn brings a joyful spirit, a warm heart, and an incredible eye for detail to our school each day. Her happy-go-lucky personality creates a positive and welcoming environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn, she believes that every child deserves patience, encouragement, and someone who truly notices the little things that make them unique. Whether she's celebrating a child's accomplishments, offering a helping hand, or creating meaningful learning experiences, Ms. Joycealynn is always dedicated to helping children grow with confidence, her caring nature, attention to detail, and genuine love for working with children make her an invaluable part of our Goddard School family. We are so grateful to have such an amazing educator who inspires smiles, curiosity, and kindness every day!
