Our Goddard School Teachers

Robert and Jiena are the dedicated owners of The Goddard School in Crossroads. Robert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Jiena has a Master’s degree in Music Composition. They have two sons, Ian and Carson, and a daughter named Zoey who are all currently attending a Goddard School. They are committed to making sure that each child who passes through The Goddard School doors are loved and cared for. Their high standards for excellence and customer service are apparent throughout the school, and they are happy to be able to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children in this community.

Mrs. Tiffany has dedicated more than 20 years to the field of Early Childhood Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Human Resource Manager. Throughout her career, she has worked in every position within early childhood education, giving her a comprehensive understanding of classroom and administrative operations. As a mother of two, Mrs. Tiffany deeply relates to the needs of both parents and teachers, and she approaches her work with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. She has been a valued member of The Goddard School family for nearly nine years, guiding children, families, and staff with steady leadership and a passion for high-quality education. Mrs. BreAnn serves as our Area Curriculum Director at The Goddard School, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has expertly utilized our Wonder of Learning curriculum to create meaningful, developmentally rich experiences that nurture the whole child. Previously a Goddard Director, Mrs. Bree sought a role that would allow her to support even more children, families, and educators. In her current position, she is excited to positively influence multiple classrooms and help ensure high-quality learning for every child in our care. She is married and the proud mother of three girls, with her youngest having attended The Goddard School—an experience in which she has continued to thrive. Ms. Qaljana, serves as the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. Raised in Klein, Texas, she completed her education at Klein High School. With over a decade of experience across various educational levels, she has consistently returned to her true passion: Early Childhood Education. Her commitment to nurturing young minds and positively impacting their lives has always been a driving force for her. As a devoted mother of two, she cherishes her children, who reignited her enthusiasm for her vocation. In her leisure time, Ms. Nay enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and spending quality moments with her family. She is eager to contribute to the team and engage with the wonderful families and children at The Goddard School.

Ms. Williams is originally from Louisiana. She relocated to Houston, TX in 2005. She's worked in Early Child Care for 19 years, 11 of those years she has worked as a lead teacher. Ms Williams is the Lead Teacher for our Infants Classroom. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing. Her philosophy is that "All children are butterflies, so let them flutter." Ms. Shruti, originally from India, is passionate about teaching and believes every child is a blank slate full of potential. She finds great joy in watching young children’s faces light up as they learn and grow. With a deep care for both the world and the environment, Ms. Shruti is dedicated to shaping the future by imparting knowledge to her students. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, writing, watching TV, shopping, and traveling. A proud mother of a 20-year-old daughter, her favorite color is black, and she cherishes the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Mrs. Royann is a passionate preschool teacher here at The Goddard School who brings energy, creativity, and a whole lot of heart into her classroom every single day. With a natural love for children and a deep appreciation for their growing minds, she creates a warm, engaging environment where little learners feel safe, confident, and excited to explore the world around them. At home, Mrs. Royann is a proud mom of three and shares a wonderful life with her loving husband. Her experience as both a teacher and a parent gives her a special understanding of each child’s unique needs and personality. Whether she’s leading a fun hands-on activity, reading a favorite story, or celebrating a child’s big “aha!” moment, Mrs. Royann is dedicated to helping every child learn, grow, and shine. She truly believes that the early years are full of magic—and she’s honored to be a part of each child’s journey!

Ms. Amanda is the Pre Toddler Teacher at The Goddard School of Jersey Village, bringing 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about preparing young learners through hands-on exploration, early literacy, and social-emotional growth. Ms. Amanda creates a warm, engaging classroom where children feel confident, capable, and excited to learn.

Ms. Samantha is the School-Aged Teacher at The Goddard School Jersey Village, where they bring a blend of early childhood knowledge and school-age program experience. With over 5 years working with children in preschool, after-school, and summer camp settings, Ms. Samantha is dedicated to supporting the unique developmental needs of growing learners. She is skilled in planning engaging projects, facilitating group activities, providing homework support, and helping students build strong social-emotional skills.

Ms. Shika is the Team Lead at The Goddard School of Jersey Village, bringing 10 years of experience working with young children. She is passionate about creating warm, engaging, and developmentally supportive classroom environments. As Team Lead, Shika helps guide teachers, coordinate daily routines, and ensure high-quality care for every child.
