  • Ms Letty

    Ms Letty

    Owner
    Letty Gomar is the Owner of The Goddard School of Allen (West). She has lived in the Dallas area since 2008 with her husband and three children. Letty has lived most of her life in Texas and considers it her home. She is excited to be part of the Allen community. Letty earned her Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University with a focus in marketing and management. She also holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has spent the last 18 years in engineering consulting and project management. Letty's passion for children started with her twin daughters. Seeing them grow, learn, and become independent, confident young women has been an amazing journey. She found ways to volunteer her time to promote engineering in schools and encourage children to learn about water. The Gomar Family supports community organizations and has been involved in philanthropy, especially focused in children and education.

    Ms Angela

    Director
    Ms. Angela is our Director. She has a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been involved in teaching and school management for over 30 years. She started her career teaching Preschool to 2nd Grade. Then, she moved on to teaching IT skills to students of all ages, when computers were first introduced to schools. From there, she moved into Boarding House management at two prestigious private schools for girls. Now, for the last four years, she has returned to the age group that she loves the most, early childhood. She feels that children have an inner joy that is contagious. Being able to help them learn and grow is very rewarding. Originally from South Africa, Ms. Angela has two adult sons, as well as three adult stepchildren and three grandchildren. She enjoys reading, gardening, needlework, and spending time with her family.

    Ms Rachel

    Assistant Director of Education
    Ms. Rachel has 9 years of experience working with children and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, she has a strong foundation in child development. Her background includes roles in early childcare as well as teaching children Taekwondo. She firmly believes that every child deserves all the love and care you can offer. To her, having safe and calm conversations about big emotions is key to helping children navigate them. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors. Whether it's playing golf and tennis or taking her dog on walks, she makes the most of her free time in nature.
  • Ms Shari

    Ms Shari

    Lead Infant Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2023, 2024, 2025. Ms. Shari is our Lead Teacher in our Infants classroom. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and recently obtained a Child Development Associate, specializing in Infants and Toddlers. “It takes a big heart to help shape little minds.” Originally from Long Island, NY, she has worked in early childhood development for the past 14 years. She loves being part of each infant’s first school experience, watching them grow and explore the world around them. She believes that the most important thing a teacher can do is be patient and compassionate.

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2024, 2025. Ms. Shaunte is our Lead Toddler Teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has worked in childcare for over ten years. Her teaching philosophy is to help children discover new fun ways to learn. Getting on their level helps her understand what their interests are and what they do and don’t like to do. She wants to teach them to love reading and she feels children are unique and precious. In her free time, she enjoys reading, books, crocheting and watching movies. She loves horror movies as well as history as it is fascinating learning about the past.
  • Ms Danae

    Ms Danae

    Lead Twos Teacher
    Originally from Grand Prairie, Texas, Ms. Danae brings with her 15 years of experience in a variety of early childhood education settings. She earned her Associate's Degree in Arlington, Texas, and has spent her career exploring different styles of childcare to best support the unique needs of each child. Ms. Danae’s teaching philosophy centers around finding the right balance with children combining structure and compassion to create a safe, nurturing environment. She finds joy in watching children work hard and reach the goals they’ve been striving toward, celebrating their growth every step of the way. In her free time, Ms. Danae enjoys relaxing with a good book or a great movie.

    Ms Nidhal

    Lead Twos Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2024, 2025. Ms. Nidhal graduated from the College of Science in Biochemistry. She has 23 years of teaching experience. Originally from Iraq, her teaching philosophy is that children are angels on earth. She wants to take care of them and teach them the right way, because they are our future. In her free time, she enjoys teaching, cooking, traveling, and experiencing new things.
  • Ms Viviane

    Ms Viviane

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2025. Ms. Viviane has worked in childcare for about 15 years. She taught for 6 years in Brazil and then about 6 years in the USA. She has also worked as an Au Pair. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she graduated in 2014. She believes that children are always open to learning something new every day. They are curious and she enjoys creating an environment of fun, enjoyment, love, and happiness. In her free time, she enjoys camping and fishing with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys spending time with her four cats.
  • Ms Maryana

    Ms Maryana

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2025. Ms. Maryana has six years of experience teaching children. Originally from Kuwait, she is passionate about fostering a love for learning and enjoys the daily joys and challenges of teaching. She has a great ability to thrive under pressure, Ms. Maryana works great in our fast-paced environment and is committed to helping her students succeed.

    Ms Caitlin

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2024, 2025. Ms. Caitlin is our Lead Teacher. She has a Bachelor's Degree in child development and has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. For her, the most important part of teaching is creating a safe and loving environment. She loves watching children learn and develop in the early childhood years. She graduated from Allen High School. She likes to read and watch sports, especially the NBA, in her spare time.
  • Ms Jocelyn

    Ms Jocelyn

    Lead Jr. Kinder Teacher
    Ms. Jocelyn has her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has 7 years of experience working with children from infants to school – age. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia and came to Texas when she was young. Her teaching philosophy is to create a safe environment where students can learn, do activities, and collaborate with their peers. Watching them achieve, grow, and connect is very rewarding. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and spending time with her family.

    Ms Paige

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Paige holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. She is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported as they explore and discover their individuality. A former competitive swimmer, Paige still enjoys swimming in her free time. She also has a love for arts and crafts, particularly painting, which she enjoys sharing with her students.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Ashley has an Associates in Psychology. She has ten years’ experience working with children. Her mother ran a daycare from the house that she would help with in High School, and she also did babysitting after she graduated from high school. She graduated from Plano East Senior High School before moving to Boca Raton, Florida where she attended Lynn University. She believes it is important to offer children the patience and grace needed to grow. She loves working with children because she loves their imagination and watching them grow into who they are meant to be. In her free time, she enjoys reading and writing. She tends to have a book in her hand when she is not working. She won poetry and speech contests in high school and would love to write a book someday.

    Assistant Infant Teacher
    Ms. Shereen has three years’ childcare experience. She is originally from Egypt and now lives in Wylie Texas. She enjoys discovering new ways to make children happy. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting, and making handmade decorations.

    Ms. Mariam has three years of childcare experience. Originally from Egypt, and now lives in Allen. She loves to discover new ways to make children happy. Children are like angels. In her free time she enjoys playing with her cats and she enjoys songs.
  • Ms Karla

    Ms Karla

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Karla has a GED and has three years in Child Care experience. She comes from Monterrey in Mexico. She went to Richland College to do her GED and continued her education at Aveda Institute. Her teaching philosophy is to teach with love and patience. She enjoys watching the children growing and seeing their personalities develop. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and brings over nine years of experience working in childcare. Having been born in New York and growing up in a military family, she had the opportunity to travel frequently while her father served in the Air Force. Eventually, she attended college in Missouri. Ms. Rose has a deep passion for encouraging children and helping them learn through playtime and reading. She finds great joy in watching how much children can grow and change in a short time, and she is dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment for all her students. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Rose enjoys hula hooping, working out, watching movies, and attending the symphony.
  • Ms Isabella

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Isabella is a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong background in child care and teaching. She holds a NOCTI Teaching Certification and has completed two years of interning in an elementary school setting. With over five years of experience working with children in classroom environments—including infants through 12-year-olds Ms. Isabella brings a wealth of knowledge and care to her role. Originally from New York, Isabella she graduated from Anna High School and is currently pursuing her education degree at Collin College. Ms. Isabella’s love for teaching stems from her belief that every child has their own unique way of learning. She is passionate about helping children grow and develop, and finds joy in seeing their progress throughout each stage of their life. In her free time, Ms. Isabella enjoys watching Grey’s Anatomy, reading books, shopping, and watching Disney movies.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Dyanayra brings a kind heart and a passion for early childhood education to the classroom. With over a year of hands-on experience and currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, she is committed to supporting each child’s growth and learning in meaningful ways. Originally from Dallas and McKinney, Texas, Ms. Dyanayra believes that every child deserves a caring, safe, and nurturing environment. Her teaching philosophy is built on patience, understanding, and encouragement. She takes pride in getting to know each child individually and helping them thrive both personally and academically. Outside of teaching, Ms.Dyanayra enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, reading, sightseeing, and going on adventures with her dog.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Madison brings over ten years of childcare experience and a lifelong passion for working with young children. She first discovered her love for early childhood education through babysitting at a young age and has continued to grow her skills ever since. Ms. Madison believes that every child has the ability to succeed when they are nurtured, supported, and encouraged to explore. She loves creating opportunities for children to express their creativity, build independence, and develop their unique personalities Outside of the classroom, Madison enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family and friends. She especially treasures time with her pets, including her dogs and bunny, who bring lots of joy and laughter to her life.

    Ms. Samantha holds an Associate of Arts degree from Collin College and has two years of experience working in child care. She believes that teachers play an important role in shaping the next generation and strives to be a positive example for her students. Ms. Samantha’s teaching philosophy centers around the idea that children reflect what they see, so she works to model kindness, curiosity, and a love of learning in everything she does. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Samantha enjoys baking, shopping, and discovering new hobbies to try. She loves finding creative ways to bring joy and balance into her life the same values she hopes to inspire in her students each day.

    Assistant Teacher
    * Teacher of the Year Nominee: 2024, 2025. Ms. Andrea is our Assistant Teacher. She has an Associates degree in Psychology and has been working in early childhood for over two years. She is currently taking classes at University of North Texas. She wants children to be themselves to open up doors to their imagination and curiosity. She loves seeing children learn. Originally from Dallas, she loves to paint and listen to music in her spare time.
  • Ms Gabrielle

    Ms Gabrielle

    Kitchen Operations Supervisor
    Ms. Gabi loves working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Ms. Gabi brings a fresh perspective and a strong desire to make a positive impact. She graduated from Lovejoy High School in Lucas, Texas, and is currently studying Business Administration online at Southern New Hampshire University. Ms. Gabi believes every child has tremendous potential and finds joy in watching and helping them grow and learn. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, bringing creativity and care into all that she does.
