Our Goddard School Teachers

Miss Sam is extremely proud to be the onsite owner and operator of the Goddard School of Royersford! Her family has owned the The Goddard School of Gilbertsville since 2010. Alongside her sister, Miss Caitlin, they became the onsite owners starting in 2022 at the Gilbertsville location. Miss Sam then became the onsite owner of our school in June of 2025. Miss Sam is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science. She has a background as an underwriter/broker in the insurance industry. She resides in the Lansdale area with her husband, Shawn, and their two girls. As a young mom herself, she understands the importance of not just good care, but quality care. Thank you for the opportunity for allowing our school to be part of your child's early childhood education.

Miss Kait has been part of our Goddard family since 2024. She has been in the Early Education field since 2016 and has worked with children of all ages. Miss Kait has held multiple leadership positions as well. She has her Associate's Degree in Business Administration and her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, tending to her greenhouse, and spending time outside. Miss Kait looks forward to fostering a collaborative partnership to best support your child's growth and development!

Miss Kelsey joined the Goddard family in 2025, but started her career in Early Childhood Education in 2011. Graduating from Cabrini University in 2018 with her Bachelor's Degree in PreK-4th and her Instructional I Pennsylvania teaching license, Miss Kelsey has worked with every age group and held every job title imaginable, originally starting her career as a floater and working her way up to director. Miss Kelsey also taught 3rd and 4th grade for a number of years at a local charter school before having her twin daughters, who also attend Goddard!

Miss Harjender has been part of the Goddard family since 2011 and is one of the lead teachers in the infant room. She began her career in India as an elementary school teacher and has dedicated over eighteen years to working with children. Miss Harjender brings a strong academic background, having completed multiple nursing courses at Montgomery County Community College, as well as earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Zoology in India. She also holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infants and Toddlers. Miss Harjender is known for her caring and nurturing nature and truly enjoys being surrounded by her students each day. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where infants can grow, learn, and thrive.

Miss Kamal joined our Goddard team in the Fall of 2025. She began her teaching career in India as an elementary school teacher and holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Arts. Caring and nurturing by nature, Miss Kamal enjoys spending her days surrounded by her little learners and helping them explore the world around them. She believes in creating a warm and safe environment where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Miss Kamal's gentle approach and commitment to early learning make her a wonderful part of the Goddard team.

Miss Salina joined the Goddard family in December of 2024 and settled into the Toddler classroom with ease. Miss Salina was previously a nanny for over three years and has taken child development classes, and plans on continuing her education, gaining her Child Development Associate (CDA). Although Miss Salina is new to teaching, she shares a passion for working with young children and brings her upbeat and loving personality each day. Miss Salina says, “I am thrilled to be working at Goddard with amazing people who treat each child with love, patience, and kindness.” When Miss Salina is not here at Goddard, she enjoys spending time with her two year old son, who also attends Goddard, her fiancé, and dog, Cici.

Miss Colleen started her teaching career here at Goddard in September of 2021, when she was pregnant with her second son. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Arts from Neumann University and has a range of experience with children, especially from her previous job as a Director of Membership for the Girl Scouts. Miss Colleen enjoys being surrounded by her toddler class, singing them songs, giving hugs, and making the children feel welcomed and loved from the moment they get dropped off. Miss Colleen loves fashion and you will mostly find her in a dress with fun accessories. When Miss Colleen isn’t here at Goddard, she is enjoying her time with her own two boys, who both attend Goddard and her husband!

Miss Inessa joined our Goddard team in December 2025. She brings a variety of experience to our school, including early childhood coursework in high school, internships, babysitting, and six years of volunteering at her children’s elementary school. Miss Inessa’s favorite part of teaching is creating a caring and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged as they learn and grow. She values building strong, trusting relationships with the children in her care. When Miss Inessa isn’t at school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son, or relaxing with a good book.

Miss Christina joined our Goddard Family in Fall 2024. She brings four years of experience working in childcare and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA). Miss Christina is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for her students and loves guiding them through play, exploration, and hands-on experimentation. She enjoys helping children build confidence as they discover the world around them and grow through everyday moments in the classroom. In her free time, Miss Christina enjoys listening to music and shopping.

Mr. Kyle joined the Goddard team in 2024 and brings a sense of calm in every room he walks into! Working with the youth has always been a passion of his, whether it’s in childcare or athletics. Mr. Kyle has his bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Major in Health and Physical Education, and a minor in Business. Before Goddard, Mr. Kyle was a full time stay at home dad to his daughter, who also attends Goddard.

Miss Megan joined our Goddard team in January 2026. She brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education, working with children from infants through Kindergarten. Miss Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education from Kutztown University. Miss Megan loves working with children because she is truly a child at heart and enjoys seeing the world through their eyes. She is passionate about fostering a love of exploration and learning, and she finds joy in helping children grow with confidence and curiosity. When Miss Megan isn’t at school, she enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, playing games, reading, hiking, and getting creative whenever she has the chance.

Mr Noah joined our Goddard team in 2026. Mr. Noah brings over five years of experience in early childhood education and has taken coursework at Kutztown University. He is passionate about working with children because he believes they naturally see the best in everyone and are easy to connect with and relate to. He values building meaningful relationships with his students and creating a positive, engaging classroom environment. In his free time, Mr. Noah enjoys creating art, playing video games, and spending quality time with his partner and their dogs.

Miss Marlia joined our Goddard Family in Fall 2024. She has spent the past four years providing care in early childhood classrooms and brings a warm, experienced presence to her work with children of all ages. Miss Marlia is passionate about learning through play and exploration and believes children thrive best in hands-on, engaging environments. She is known for being high-spirited, nurturing, and patient in the classroom. When she is not at school, Miss Marlia enjoys spending time with her family and friends down the shore.

Miss Emilee joined our Goddard Family as a seasonal resource teacher in Summer 2024 and became a full-time member of our team in 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and is currently pursuing her Pennsylvania Teaching License. Prior to joining Goddard, Miss Emilee worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Renaissance Academy Charter School, where she continued to grow her passion for education and supporting children’s development. She is dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering growth in every child she works with.

Miss Brie brings nearly two years of experience in early childhood education and is currently pursuing her degree in Early Education. She also holds an Associate’s degree in English. She has a true passion for watching children learn and grow, and she especially loves the special moments - from receiving their handmade artwork to sharing in their sweet hugs. Miss Brie is dedicated to creating a warm, encouraging classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. In her spare time, Miss Brie enjoys reading, spending time with her two cats, and relaxing with her boyfriend.

Miss Brittany has been part of the Goddard family since 2015 and has over fifteen years of experience working with children, from infants to kindergarten. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards her Bachelor Degree in Education. Miss Brittany strides on classroom structure and routine and preparing her class for the next level of education. She enjoys teaching her class independence and life skills, as well as compassion, friendship, and understanding.

Miss Ally joined our Goddard Family in March 2025 and has settled into the Pre-K classroom. She brings a well-rounded background in early childhood education, having previously worked as an infant teacher, toddler teacher, and nanny. Miss Ally is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) with the support of Goddard as she continues to grow in her professional journey. As a mother of two young daughters, she brings both personal and professional experience to her work with children. Miss Ally enjoys building warm, supportive relationships with her students and helping them learn and grow each day. Outside of school, she loves spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and cooking.

Miss Jo joined our Goddard team in January 2026. She brings two years of experience working with children, including experience as a director, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Kutztown University. Miss Jo is passionate about working with children because she believes their voices are often underrepresented, and she truly enjoys nurturing their curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder. She loves building meaningful connections with her students and supporting their growth each day. When Miss Jo isn’t at school, she enjoys reading, writing, crafting, and spending time playing video games with her partner.

Miss Allison started working at Goddard in December of 2024 and our assistant teacher for our Pre-K Prep room. She enjoys being hands on with the children and watching their personalities shine and grow through play, exploration, and overcoming obstacles. Miss Allison had two children of her own and is a huge Philadelphia sports fan!

Miss Sarah began working for The Goddard School of Gilbertsville in 2020 and just transferred to Royersford in August of 2024. She has a Bachelors degree in elementary education and special education as well as her Pennsylvania State teaching license. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, going to different zoos and aquariums, and enjoys photography. She believes that although academic learning is important, social/emotional learning is as equally important.

Miss Emily joined our Goddard team in Summer 2025. She began her journey in early childhood education by volunteering with children during her senior year of high school, which quickly sparked her passion for the field. She has since grown her experience into a career working with children of all ages and brings over five years of experience to the classroom. Miss Emily loves creating meaningful connections with her students and supporting their growth through engaging, hands-on experiences. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her cats.

Miss Mary-Allison joined our Goddard team in November of 2025. Miss Mary-Allison brings approximately eight years of experience in early childhood education to our school. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education along with her teaching certification. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and believes in being fully present in each moment of the day. Miss Mary-Allison loves filling her classroom with music, sharing songs, offering warm hugs, and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. In her free time, Miss Mary-Allison enjoys going to the gym and reading books.

Miss Kayla joined our Goddard Team in March of 2026. Miss Kayla is excited to begin her journey in early childhood education and is eager to learn and grow within the field. While her primary experience comes from being a mom to her daughter, who also attends our school, she brings a natural warmth and enthusiasm to the classroom. Miss Kayla loves working with children because of the joy they bring—she especially enjoys seeing them laugh, smile, and have fun throughout the day. She is passionate about creating a positive and caring environment where children feel happy and supported. In her free time, Miss Kayla enjoys playing Fortnite, watching movies, and spending quality time with her daughter.
