    Owner
    Miss Sam is extremely proud to be the onsite owner and operator of the Goddard School in Royersford! Her family has owned the The Goddard School in Gilbertsville since 2010. Alongside her sister, Miss Caitlin, they became the onsite owners starting in 2022 at the Gilbertsville location. Miss Sam is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science. She has a background as an underwriter/broker in the insurance industry. She resides in the Lansdale area with her husband, Shawn, and their two girls. As a young mom herself, she understands the importance of not just good care, but quality care. Thank you for the opportunity for allowing our school to be part of your child's early childhood education.

    Director of Education
    Miss Kait has been part of our Goddard family since 2024. She has been in the Early Education field since 2016 and has worked with children of all ages. Miss Kait has held multiple leadership positions as well. She has her Associate's Degree in Business Administration and her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, tending to her greenhouse, and spending time outside. Miss Kait looks forward to fostering a collaborative partnership to best support your child's growth and development!

    Director of Operations
    Miss Kelsey joined the Goddard family in 2025, and brings with her over 14 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Graduating from Cabrini University in 2018 with her Bachelor's Degree in PreK-4th and her Instructional I Pennsylvania teaching license, Miss Kelsey has worked with every age group and held every job title imaginable, originally starting her career as a floater and working her way up to director. Miss Kelsey also taught 3rd and 4th grade for a number of years at a local charter school before having her twin daughters, who also attend Goddard!

    Harjender

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Miss Harjender has been part of the Goddard family since 2011 and is one of the lead teachers in the infant room. She began her career in India as an elementary school teacher and has worked with children for the past eighteen years. Miss Harjender has a wide range of academic experience, completing multiple nursing courses from Montgomery County Community College, a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Zoology from India, and she earned her Child Development Associates in Infants and Toddlers. Miss Harjender is caring and nurturing and enjoys being surrounded by her class. She believes in providing a nurturing environment that keeps them safe and helps them grow.

    Lead First Steps Teacher / Leadership Support
    Miss Ashley joined the Goddard teaching staff in 2019, directly after graduating from high school. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infants and Toddler and graduated from Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center with Early Childhood Education classes. Miss Ashley brings her soft voice and patient demeanor to each classroom. She enjoys having fun with her class, as well as working on developing an everyday routine with them.

    Lead Toddler Teacher / Social Media Coordinator
    Miss Colleen started her teaching career here at Goddard in September of 2021, when she was pregnant with her second son. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Arts from Neumann University and has a range of experience with children, especially from her previous job as a Director of Membership for the Girl Scouts. Miss Colleen enjoys being surrounded by her toddler class, singing them songs, giving hugs, and making the children feel welcomed and loved from the moment they get dropped off. Miss Colleen loves fashion and you will mostly find her in a dress with fun accessories. When Miss Colleen isn’t here at Goddard, she is enjoying her time with her own two boys, who both attend Goddard, her husband, and their dog, Betty!

    Assistant Teacher - Toddlers
    Miss Salina joined the Goddard family in December of 2024 and settled into the Toddler classroom with ease. Miss Salina was previously a nanny for over three years and has taken child development classes, and plans on continuing her education, gaining her Child Development Associate (CDA). Although Miss Salina is new to teaching, she shares a passion for working with young children and brings her upbeat and loving personality each day. Miss Salina says, “I am thrilled to be working at Goddard with amazing people who treat each child with love, patience, and kindness.” When Miss Salina is not here at Goddard, she enjoys spending time with her two year old son, who also attends Goddard, her fiancé, and dog, Cici.

    Lead Get Set (Young Twos) Teacher
    Miss Christina joined the Goddard Family in Fall of 2024. She has worked in childcare for the past four years and is currently studying Criminal Justice as well as pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA). Miss Christina’s biggest passion is working with her students and teaching them through play and experimentation. Miss Christina enjoys listening to music and shopping in her free time.

    Assistant Teacher - Get Set (Young Twos)
    Mr. Kyle joined the Goddard team in 2024 and brings a sense of calm in every room he walks into! Working with the youth has always been a passion of his, whether it’s in childcare or athletics. Before Goddard, Mr. Kyle was a full time stay at home dad to his daughter, who also attends Goddard.

    Danielle

    Co-Lead Teacher- Pre-K
    Mis Danielle began working at Goddard in the Spring of 2022, as one of our Pre-K teachers. She began her teaching career in 2007 and has extensive experience with teaching all age groups, but found her passion with teaching Pre-K. Miss Danielle has a dual major in Early Childhood Education and Professional Studies, along with a concentration in Deaf Education and a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She incorporates sign language in her curriculum on a daily basis and places a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning in her teaching.

    Co-Lead Teacher- Pre-K
    Miss Lucy began working for Goddard in the Fall of 2021, where she started as one of the infant room teachers and has worked her way through the younger classrooms, including both toddler classrooms. Before working at Goddard, Miss Lucy had a wide range of experience with children of all ages, from being a Camp Counselor for three years at ESF camp and also a volunteer as a one on one aid for students with autism. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Dynamics and is currently in the process of getting her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, as her goal is to become a Kindergarten teacher.

    Lead Bridge (Older Twos) Teacher
    Miss Marlia joined the Goddard Family in the Fall of 2024. She has provided care in the classrooms for the past four years. She loves working with children of all ages and believes the best way children learn is through play and exploration. Miss Marlia is high spirited, as well as nurturing and patient. When Miss Marlia isn’t here, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach.

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Jen joined our Goddard Family in the Fall of 2024. Miss Jen is twice retired, as she was a Tennis Professional, instructing children and adults in private sport clubs and public sectors across the United States and abroad, as well as being a Head Tennis Coach for her local school district. She was also an Instructional Paraprofessional with school age children, working with children who have special needs and who were on the Autism spectrum. Miss Jen offers a world of diversity along with her 20 plus years of experience. Miss Jen enjoys training her two Siberian Huskies, RVing and off road exploring, Tai Chi, gardening, and arts and crafts. Miss Jen’s ideal dream would be to own her very own “Happy Heart Ranch” where families can experience therapy dogs, horses, and activities to bring healing and fulfillment to the family unit.

    Lead Preschool Teacher / Leadership Support
    Miss Brittany has been part of the Goddard family since 2015 and has over fifteen years of experience working with children, from infants to kindergarten. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards her Bachelor Degree in Education. Miss Brittany strides on classroom structure and routine and preparing her class for the next level of education. She enjoys teaching her class independence and life skills, as well as compassion, friendship, and understanding.

    Lead Kindergarten Teacher / Leadership Support
    Miss Sarah began working for The Goddard School of Gilbertsville in 2020 and just transferred to Royersford in August of 2024. She has a Bachelors degree in elementary education and special education as well as her Pennsylvania State teaching license. In her free time, she enjoys going to the movies, going to different zoos and aquariums, and enjoys photography. She believes that although academic learning is important, social/emotional learning is as equally important.

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Allison started working at Goddard in December of 2024 and is currently one of our resource teachers, assisting in all of our classrooms but primarily supporting our Preschool students. She enjoys being hands on with the children and watching their personalities shine and grow through play, exploration, and overcoming obstacles. Miss Allison had two children of her own and is a huge Philadelphia sports fan!
  •  Miranda

    Miranda

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Miranda has been working with young children for over eight years, starting off as a mother's helper, than transitioning to babysitting and nannying. She has also coached competitive cheerleading for three years; working with children ages 3-10. One of her favorite things about working with children is watching them learn and grow. Miss Miranda currently attends Penn State Berks. When she isn't at Goddard, Miss Miranda enjoys relaxing by the pool and spending time with friends and family.
