Our Goddard School Teachers

Hello! We are Jason and Maura Froshour, owners of The Goddard School located in Quakertown, PA since we opened in 2002. We have two children, both of whom attended The Goddard School (graduates of 2008 and 2012). Jason is a graduate of Kings College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Maura is a graduate of Rider University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Our mission is to offer the best Childcare and Early Childhood Education in the area. Being on-site owners, we make ourselves available to our faculty, children and families. Thank you for the opportunity to share in your child's social, emotional and educational growth. We look forward to having you join our Goddard Family!

Miss Michelle is our cheerful Director! She has experience as a Lead Teacher in a Toddler classroom from another child care center along with being the Educational Coordinator and supervisor of teachers. She loves spending time with children and assisting teachers to create an innovative, loving environment for educating our little ones! She has her Bachelor's Degree from Lycoming College along with her Elementary Education Certification. Miss Michelle has been with us since 2017.

Miss Jess is our Administrative Manager and also substitutes in classrooms as needed. She has over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has a real passion for learning! She is a wonderful asset both in the classroom and to our front office; she can do it all! Miss Jess has been with us since 2013.

Miss Rebecca is our Office Assistant who will close our school most nights and was our Summer Lead Teacher in the Swirling Snowflakes Classroom (2.5 year olds). She graduated from Eastern Gateway Community College with an Associates in Teacher Education. During the school year, she teaches at Allentown Central Catholic School. Rebecca is very sweet and patient; she is excited to continue working with the younger ages during the school year!

Miss Sonia is our fantastic Lead Teacher in our Tiny Treasures (Infants) classroom. Sonia has her Master's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education along with over 25 years of teaching experience. She cares for each individual baby as if they were her own ensuring their daily needs are met! Miss Sonia says it's very exciting for her to experience the babies developmental journey and being a part of that! She has been with us since October 2019.

Miss Danielle is one of our wonderful Co-Lead Teachers in our First Steps (1-year-old) classroom. Danielle has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lehigh County Community College. She has worked in almost every classroom during her time here and really loves teaching the little ones! Miss Danielle says she loves teaching because she can watch children learn new things and see the world through their eyes! She has been with us since February 2009.

Miss Amy is one of our Co-Lead Teachers in our Daring Dragons (1-year old) classroom! She has her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland Institute of Art and completed the classes for her CDA (Child Development Associate). Miss Amy says her favorite part about teaching is all of the "firsts"; it's so much fun to watch each child discover themselves! She has been with us since November 2023.

Miss Maddie is our Lead Teacher in the Lil' Tumbleweeds Classroom (2-year-old). She has her Associate of Arts: PreK-4 Early Education from BCCC and has worked in the Central Bucks School District as a Support Staff and Personal Care Assistant. Maddie loves when children use their imagination while learning with a "hands-on" approach assisting them in building their curiosity!

Miss Bionka is our Lead Teacher in our Swirling Snowflakes (Older Toddler, 2.5 year old) classroom. She graduated from Pennridge High School and received her CDA (Child Development Associate) from Dickerson & Associates Education Services). Bionka has had both babysitting and nanny positions where she realized how much she enjoys helping children learn in their own unique way. She is a cheerful, warm and creative person! She has been with us since August 2022.

Miss Sarah is a Co-Lead Teacher in our fun Shooting Stars (Pre-School) classroom. Sarah has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Lehigh Carbon County Community College. Her calm nature helps our preschoolers feel at home. Miss Sarah has been with us since September 2005.

Miss Jen is one of our fabulous Co-Lead Teachers in our Shooting Stars (Preschool) room. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Coastal Carolina University. She has over 15 years of experience in Early Education; she is wonderful at helping our preschoolers grasp the importance of routine in preparation for PreK! Miss Jen has been with us since 2012.

Miss Kasie is the Lead Teacher in our Silly Seahorses (Pre-K 1) classroom. She received her bachelor's degree from De Sales University for Early Childhood Education. Miss Kasie loves teaching because she gets to help shape young minds and share her love of learning! She knows she is learning something new each day and loves sharing hands-on learning with the children in her classroom! Kasie has been with us since July 2021.

Miss Karen is our fantastic Lead Teacher in our Bold Bridges (PreK 2) classroom. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and her Teaching Certification. Karen also has years of experience working in other child care centers. She is has very creative lessons and loves teaching children. Miss Karen has been with us since 2019.

Miss Katie is one of our Floaters who spends most of her time with our Tiny Treasures. She graduated from Quakertown High School, along with The Goddard School in Quakertown! We love when our graduates decide to come back and work here! Katie is currently attending Saint Luke's Medical School for Nursing. She loves watching the little ones grow and reach new milestones! Katie has been with us since January 2024.

Miss Carol is an Assistant Teacher helping out in different classrooms throughout the school as needed, spending most of her time in the Infant Classroom and younger children. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University, along with experience working in a child care setting. Miss Carol loves watching the little ones grow from their first smiles to their first steps! She is so excited to spend time at Goddard as her "retirement". Miss Carol started with us in April 2022.

Miss Ashley is our Assistant Teacher in the Lil' Tumbleweeds (Toddler) classroom! She comes to us with over 5 years of child care center experience. Ashley loves working with the little ones helping them learn and develop each and every day! She has been with us since September 2020.

Miss Megan is our Assistant Teacher in the Swirling Snowflakes (older 2's) classroom. She has her high school diploma, childcare experience both babysitting and volunteering here at our school, along with volunteering on Sunday mornings at her church childcare. Miss Megan is currently enrolled in classes for her Child Development Associate. She loves watching children reach new milestones and learn to become more independent! Miss Megan has been with us since August 2025.

Miss Rhonda is the Assistant Teacher in our Silly Seahorses (PreK 1) Classroom. She has many years of experience working with young children as a nanny, at her church childcare, and another childcare center. Miss Rhonda loves to hear a child's perspective on big topics which encourages her to think about the world around us differently! She believes teaching is the most important job someone could have. Miss Rhonda has been with us since August of 2026.

Miss Hannah is our Assistant Teacher in the Bold Bridges Classroom (Pre-k 2). She has a BS in Digital Media Performance and some ECE credits. Miss Hannah has been a building substitute in both Pennridge and Pennsbury School Districts. She loves working with the older children as their personalities start evolving more at this age and helping children discover subject areas that they gravitate to! Miss Hannah has been with us since June 2026.

Miss Jillian is one of our Assistant Teachers who will spend time as a Resource Teacher! She has been with us since 2012 while completing her degree from Bucks County Community College in Occupational Therapy. Jillian will be training new teachers and assisting in classrooms as needed. She has seen many changes as we grow each year and will assist teachers in learning our policies and procedures.

Autumn is one of our college students helping out for the summer. She will mostly be working with in our Lil' Tumbleweeds Classroom but helping out in other rooms as needed. She is attending DeSales University for Early Childhood Education and has finished several classes pertaining to child development. We are excited to see what Miss Autumn will bring to our school!

Miss JoAnne is one of our wonderful Afternoon Assistant Teachers and is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed! She is able to work in any classroom throughout the school, making her a wonderful resource to both our teachers and children. JoAnne holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education–Special Needs from Rasmussen College and has more than 7 years of experience working with young children. She loves being a part of each child’s learning journey and seeing the excitement on their faces when they have that special “A-ha!” moment! Miss JoAnne has been with us since September 2026.
