Our Teachers

Hello! We are Jason and Maura Froshour, owners of The Goddard School located in Quakertown, PA since we opened in 2002. We have two children, both of whom attended The Goddard School (graduates of 2008 and 2012). Jason is a graduate of Kings College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Maura is a graduate of Rider University with a Master's Degree in Counseling (undergrad: WCU-sociology and social work). Our mission is to offer the best Child Care and Early Childhood Education in the area. Being on-site owners, we make ourselves available to our faculty, children and families. Miss Michelle is our cheerful Director! She has experience as a Lead Teacher in a Toddler classroom from another child care center along with being the Educational Coordinator and supervisor of teachers. She loves spending time with children and assisting teachers to create an innovative, loving environment for educating our little ones! She has her Bachelor's Degree from Lycoming College along with her Elementary Education Certification. Miss Michelle has been with us since 2017.

Miss Jess is our Administrative Manager and also substitutes in classrooms as needed. She has over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has a real passion for learning! She is a wonderful asset both in the classroom and to our front office; she can do it all! Miss Jess has been with us since 2013.

Miss Sonia is one of our fantastic Co-Lead Teachers in our Tiny Treasures (Infants) classroom. Sonia has her Master's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education along with over 25 years of teaching experience. She has a warm and gentle way about her which is a perfect fit for our little ones! Miss Sonia has been with us since October 2019.

Miss Danielle is one of our wonderful Co-Lead Teachers in our Tiny Treasures (Infant) classroom. Danielle has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lehigh County Community College. She is great working with our little ones, keeping them on a schedule and providing love! Miss Danielle has been with us since February 2009.

Miss Carol is an Assistant Teacher helping out in different classrooms throughout the school as needed, spending most of her time with the younger children. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University, along with experience working in a child care setting. Miss Carol is kind, patient and loving! She has a heart for teaching young children and is so excited to spend time at Goddard as her "retirement". She started with us in April 2022.

Miss Katie is one of our Floaters who spends most of her time with our Tiny Treasures. She graduated from Quakertown High School, along with The Goddard School in Quakertown! We love when our graduates decide to come back and work here! Katie is currently attending BCCC and Saint Luke's Medical School for nursing. She also helps out in every classroom as needed and comes with a joyful smile!

Miss Briana is our Lead Teacher in our Daring Dragons (1-year-old) classroom. She received her Child Development Associate (CDA) from Northampton Community College. Briana is a cheerful, kind and loving person. She has been with us since October 2021.

Miss Amy is our Teacher’s Aide in our Daring Dragons (1 year old) classroom. She has her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland Institute of Art and will be taking classes for her CDA (Child Development Associate) this fall. Amy loves being around children and helping them to grow and learn each day!

Miss Ashley is our Lead Teacher in the Lil' Tumbleweeds (Toddler) classroom! She comes to us with over 5 years of child care center experience and has her Child Development Associate (CDA) from Bucks County Community College. Ashley loves working with the little ones helping them learn and develop each and every day! She has been with us since September 2020.

Miss Rachel is one of our Assistant Teachers who spends most of her time in our Lil' Tumbleweeds classroom (Toddlers). She has her bachelor's degree in Education from Bloomsburg University and will be working towards her CDA (Child Development Associate) this fall! Miss Rachel loves being around children each day and helping them learn and grow. She has 2 children of her own and has been with us since May 2023.

Miss Sara is our Teacher's Aide floating in classrooms mostly on the younger side of the school, as needed. She has babysitting experience and loves to be around the little ones! Sara has her high school diploma from Quakertown Community School District and is contemplating furthering her education in the field of education. She has been with us since November 2021.

Miss Jillian is one of our Assistant Teacher's spending time with the younger classrooms. She has worked here since 2012 and received her degree from Bucks County Community College in Occupational Therapy. Jillian brings laughter, love and fun to all of the children here!

Miss Bionka is our Lead Teacher in our Swirling Snowflakes (Older Toddler) classroom. She graduated from Pennridge High School and is currently attending Dickerson & Associates Education Services for her CDA (Child Development Associate). Bionka has had both babysitting and nanny positions where she realized how much she enjoys helping children learn in their own unique way. She is a cheerful, warm and creative person! She has been with us since August 2022.

Miss Ivy is the Assistant Teacher in our Lil' Tumbleweeds (Toddler) classroom. She has her high school diploma and experience work at other child care centers. Ivy is kind, gentle and loving with all of the children she interacts with. She has a passion for helping each child learn in their own individual way! Miss Ivy has been with us since September 2022.

Miss Sarah is a Co-Lead Teacher in our fun Shooting Stars (Pre-School) classroom. Sarah has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Lehigh Carbon County Community College. Her calm nature helps our preschoolers feel at home. Miss Sarah has been with us since September 2005.

Miss Jen is one of our fabulous Co-Lead Teachers in our Shooting Stars (Preschool) room. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Coastal Carolina University. She has over 15 years of experience in Early Education; she is wonderful at helping our preschoolers grasp the importance of routine in preparation for PreK! Miss Jen has been with us since 2012.

Miss Karen is our fantastic Lead Teacher in our Silly Seahorses (PreK 1) classroom. She holds her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and her Teaching Certification. Karen also has years of experience working in other child care centers. She is has very creative lessons and loves teaching children. Miss Karen has been with us since 2019.

Miss Jenelle is an Assistant Teacher who helps teach in several different classrooms. She has experience working at other childcare centers and babysitting. Jenelle loves being around children and finds joy in simple day to day tasks/activities. She has been with us since May 2024.

Miss Jenna has been one of our college students who helps out during the summer and part-time during the school year while attending Northampton Community College for Early Childhood Education. She will be acting as Bold Bridges Lead Teacher for the beginning of the school year! Jenna has babysitting experience, completed an internship in an elementary school and volunteered as a Jr. Coach for Girls on the Run! She is a calming and gentle personality for any age of children. Jenna has been with us since May 2023.

Miss Chelsea is the Lead Teacher in our Bold Bridges classroom, but will be Student Teaching this fall. She has her Bachelor's Degree from Walden University for Elementary Education. Chelsea and the Bold Bridges teachers work to prepare for Kindergarten. She has been with us since 2019.

Miss Linda is the Assistant Teacher in our Bold Bridges (Pre-K2) classroom. She has her high school diploma and over 20 years of experience working with children. She has worked in other child care centers along with an elementary school. She loves being around children! Linda is filled with love, laughter and fun to share with our children and families each day! She has been with us since December 2016.

Miss Sue is a terrific Assistant Teacher in our Bold Bridges classroom. She comes to us as a retired teacher from the Quakertown School District. Sue has a Master's Degree in Education from Kutztown University. She loves to work one-on-one with the kids and brings lots of knowledge regarding education. She worked with us in past years and came back in August of 2023.

Miss Sam is one of our School Floaters who spends most of her time with the younger children. She graduated from Quakertown Community High School in June 2023. Sam has babysitting and nannying experience along with volunteering at her church nursery. She loves children and is excited to see where this takes her!

Miss Kasie is an Assistant Teacher in our Lil' Tumbleweeds (2 year old) classroom for the summer. She is currently attending De Sales University for Early Childhood Education. Miss Kasie has also worked at other child care centers in the past. She has great energy along with a kind heart and is excited to assist in providing a loving and safe atmosphere for our little ones to learn and grow! Kasie has been with us since July 2021.

Miss Maria is a Floater who will be floating around the school this summer and during school year breaks. She is a Reading Specialist for the Upper Perkiomen School District during the school year. Maria has a genuine heart for taking care of people. Her calm, cool and collected personality is a great fit for any classroom! She has been with us since June 2024

Miss Rebecca is our Assistant Teacher in the Bold Bridges (Pre K2) classroom for the summer. She graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with an Associates in teaching; she has also worked at another childcare center. Rebecca is very sweet and patient; she is excited to help our oldest children prepare for Kindergarten this fall!
