    Ms. Kayte and Mr. Scott

    On-Site Owners
    Kayte and Scott Rosan are the proud on-site owners of The Goddard School of Plymouth Meeting. Since opening the school in Fall 2017, they have been dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood experience to families in the community. As parents of three children—all proud Goddard graduates—Scott and Kayte understand firsthand the importance of a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment where children feel known, valued, and inspired to grow. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Hartford and brings a strong background in real estate. Kayte earned her bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Drexel University and successfully managed a salon in Conshohocken for over a decade before becoming a full-time mom and passionate school owner. Their commitment to education, family, and community is at the heart of everything they do at Goddard Plymouth Meeting.
  • Ms Kelie

    Ms Kelie

    Director of Education
    Ms. Kelie brings over 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education to our Goddard community. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Special Education from Temple University. Her passion for the field began in childhood, inspired by her mother—also an early childhood educator. Ms. Kelie believes that access to early learning is essential to a child's development. She sees these early experiences as the foundation for healthy relationships with the world around them. She considers it a privilege to support families and witness children achieve their personal best each and every day. A proud local mom, Ms. Kelie has two adult children who grew up in the Colonial School District and now enjoy exciting careers in the arts. In her free time, she loves listening to music, reading biographies, relaxing on her porch, and savoring the perfect cup of coffee.

    Ms Leanne

    Director of Operations
    Ms. Leanne has been a valued member of our Goddard community since 2018 and brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish from West Chester University. During the pandemic, she further deepened her passion for working with young children by earning her master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University in the spring of 2022. Her greatest passion has always been children—she loves watching their imaginations come to life through play and discovery. Leanne lives locally with her two children: a daughter entering 7th grade and a son in 2nd grade. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, bowling, and drag racing during the warmer months.

    Assistant Director of Operations & Education
    Ms. Molly brings over a decade of experience in Hospitality and Tourism, where she specialized in organizational operations, business development, and human resources. She is a proud graduate of Wissahickon High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University, with minors in Communication and Disability Services. After becoming a mom to her daughter Madelyn—who is part of our Bridge classroom—Ms. Molly rediscovered her deep passion for early childhood education. That joy brought her back to the field, where she now helps children and families grow to their fullest potential. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, cook, and collaborate with fellow educators. She has a special talent for planning creative, meaningful events both inside and outside the classroom.

    Ms Heydis

    Lead Teacher - Infants
    Ms. Heydis joined The Goddard School of Plymouth Meeting in early 2018, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in childcare. Prior to joining our school, she worked at the Fort Dix Child Care Center and at The Goddard School in New Hampshire. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and studied for two years at Panama College. While Ms. Heydis has worked with children of all ages, her heart truly belongs to infants and toddlers. In our Poppy Room, Ms. Heydis is a warm and familiar presence. Her students love singing with her and participating in the joyful, hands-on activities she thoughtfully plans throughout the day. Her nurturing approach and years of experience make her a treasured member of our faculty.

    Ms Twana

    Assistant Teacher - Infants
    Ms. Twana brings 17 years of experience working in early childhood education and has a true passion for nurturing young learners. She is the proud mother of two sons, ages 15 and 13, and loves spending time with her family. Outside of school, she enjoys going to church and singing with her loved ones. Her warmth and dedication shine through in everything she does, and she’s excited to be a part of our Goddard community!

    Assistant Teacher--Infants
    Ms. April is thrilled to join our Poppy classroom! She brings five years of Pre-K teaching experience and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Eastern University. Ms. April’s favorite color is pink, and she loves curling up with a good book in her spare time. She can’t wait to share her love of learning and creativity with our littlest learners!
  • Ms Julia

    Ms Julia

    Assistant Teacher- Buttercup
    Julia brings a unique blend of skills and passion to The Goddard School. She is especially enthusiastic about incorporating American Sign Language (ASL) into her work with children, helping even our youngest learners communicate, express themselves, and build confidence in their language skills. Before joining our team, Julia spent five years as a swim instructor, where she honed her patience, safety awareness, and ability to connect with children of all ages. Her calm, encouraging approach helped countless young swimmers gain confidence both in and out of the water. Julia is currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a focus on birth to age three, further deepening her expertise in supporting infants and toddlers during their most critical years of development. She is excited to bring her energy, dedication, and love for early learning to our classrooms, where she helps children grow, connect, and thrive.

    Ms. Joanne became a part of our Goddard School team in August 2023, bringing with her a unique blend of professional experience and a heart full of care. After a successful 26-year career in the banking industry, she followed her true passion—working with children—and ran a warm and nurturing in-home daycare for 11 years. During that time, she played a meaningful role in shaping the early experiences of many young learners. A proud mother of two grown children and a loving grandmother to three grandchildren, Ms. Joanne cherishes family time and brings that same warmth and dedication to her classroom each day. Her calm presence, genuine love for children, and deep life experience make her a comforting and consistent role model for the young ones in her care. We are lucky to have Ms. Joanne’s heart and wisdom as part of our Goddard Village!

    Ms. Virginia brings a wealth of experience and a nurturing heart to our infant classroom. With many years in early childhood education, she is passionate about creating a calm, loving, and developmentally rich environment for our youngest learners. Her warm presence helps infants feel safe, secure, and excited to explore the world around them. Each day, Ms. Virginia looks forward to the sweet smiles, curious eyes, and little milestones that make the infant stage so special. She is dedicated to building strong bonds with both children and families and supporting each baby’s growth through intentional play, responsive care, and joyful connection.

    Ms. Amy joined our Goddard School family in September 2023, bringing with her a warm and nurturing spirit and many years of experience as a professional nanny. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and natural connection with young children make her a valuable part of our teaching team. In February 2024, Ms. Amy welcomed her own sweet baby boy, and we are thrilled that he is now part of our school community as well! Becoming a mother has deepened her passion for early childhood development and strengthened her commitment to creating meaningful, supportive experiences for both children and families. Ms. Amy is excited to continue building relationships, encouraging curiosity, and helping each child grow with confidence and joy.

    Jess believes every child’s learning journey is unique and deserves to be celebrated. She follows each child’s lead, honoring their pace and interests, and builds strong, trusting relationships so they feel confident, supported, and ready to explore. Her teaching is rooted in play and curiosity, with hands-on experiences that spark wonder and joy. Whether exploring nature, creating art, or engaging in imaginative play, Jess encourages children to ask questions, solve problems, and discover new ideas in ways that feel meaningful. She believes that when children are free to explore in a caring, supportive environment, they gain not only academic skills but also confidence, empathy, and resilience that last a lifetime.

    Ms. Danielle joined our Goddard School family in 2018 as an Assistant Teacher, bringing with her a natural passion for working with children that she discovered while nannying for two young siblings over several years. Her dedication, warmth, and enthusiasm quickly made her an integral part of our team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and History from Chestnut Hill College and has a strong work ethic shaped by previous roles in customer service at Giant Food Stores and the Trolley Car Diner in Chestnut Hill. In 2021, after gaining valuable classroom experience and deepening her expertise in early childhood education, Ms. Danielle was promoted to Lead Teacher—a role in which she continues to thrive. We are so proud to have Ms. Danielle as part of our Goddard Plymouth Meeting family, and we’re thrilled she has found her professional home with us!

    Assistant Teacher - Lily
    Ms. Marie started her career as the head toddler teacher in a childcare center for several years after obtaining her degree from Penn State University. She then spent some time as a caseworker for the Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth and was the sexton for a church for 12 years as well as a cafeteria aide for the Colonial School District for two years. Prior to starting at The Goddard School, she worked in the corporate cafe setting; which began as an assistant position and transitioned into a supervisor position. She joined our school in 2020 and has loved her time in the Young Toddler room.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Gia joined our Goddard School team in September 2023, bringing a vibrant and creative spirit to our classrooms. Her outgoing personality and love for working with children help her create meaningful connections and joyful learning moments each day. In addition to her work at Goddard, Ms. Gia is currently pursuing her studies in Business Management and Art, blending her interests in leadership and creativity. She has a passion for cooking, dancing, and artistic expression—and one of her favorite creative outlets is designing custom graduation caps for friends and family. Ms. Gia’s enthusiasm, imagination, and love for helping children shine make her a wonderful addition to our Goddard Plymouth Meeting family!

    Ms. Erin joined our school as a Resource Teacher during the summer of 2022. She quickly became an invaluable member of our team, known for her positivity, flexibility, and genuine connection with the children. We were thrilled to welcome her back after she spent the summer of 2023 traveling in Italy and completing her bachelor’s degree at Arcadia University. Her global experiences and academic background enrich her approach to early childhood education, and we’re so excited to have her as part of our Goddard Plymouth Meeting family once again!

    Ms Caroline

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Caroline began her journey at The Goddard School of Plymouth Meeting after earning her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. While completing her degree, she was a student teacher in our Pre-K classroom, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with this age group. She loves teaching Pre-K students because of their natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas. Ms. Caroline enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations with her students about their interests—so much so that she often finds herself cheering them on at their sports games outside of school! Outside of the classroom, Ms. Caroline spends most weekends outdoors—hiking in the fall and spring, skiing in the winter, and kayaking in the summer. She is also a strong supporter of the arts and enjoys visiting local gardens and museums.     Lead Teacher- Sunflower
    Ms. Carli brings a warm and joyful energy to our school community. She has a natural talent for engaging young children through music, and one of her favorite parts of the day is singing songs that bring smiles, movement, and learning into the classroom. With a nurturing approach and a deep appreciation for early childhood development, Ms. Carli is passionate about helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. She creates a welcoming environment where every child feels seen, valued, and excited to learn. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our Goddard Plymouth Meeting team!

    Assistant Teacher
    Olivia is a proud graduate of Shenandoah University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Mass Communications. Her passion for learning extends far beyond the classroom—she finds joy in watching children grow, building meaningful connections with families, and being a part of each child’s unique story. Olivia brings warmth, creativity, and a deep sense of purpose to her role at The Goddard School. She believes every child has a voice and a story worth telling, and she loves creating opportunities for them to explore, express themselves, and gain confidence in their abilities. Outside of work, Olivia’s drive and dedication shine in her love for athletics—she competed in track and field. Whether she’s on the field or in the classroom, she values perseverance, teamwork, and the joy of achieving goals. Olivia is excited to be part of The Goddard School community, where she can combine her love for learning and child development to make a lasting difference.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Kianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from West Chester University, where she competed as a Division I gymnast. She continues to share her love of movement through trapeze in Philadelphia and recently got married this past summer. Ms. Kianna brings energy, creativity, and a passion for supporting each child’s growth and development every day.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Adrienne recently joined our Goddard School family as the Lead Teacher in our Daisy Room, bringing with her 23 years of experience in early childhood education. Her background is rooted in working with toddlers and preschool-aged children, and she has a deep passion for supporting young learners during these important developmental years. What she loves most about being an educator is witnessing the joy and pride children feel as they reach both big and small milestones. In the fall, Ms. Adrienne will begin pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, with a focus on Preschool and Pre-K education. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys cheering on the Phillies, listening to music, and spending quality time with her nieces and nephew. She’s also a connoisseur of local artisanal restaurants and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences.

    Co-Lead Teacher
    With over 20 years of experience teaching art to children from Pre-K through 8th grade, Ms. Roo-Mei brings a deep passion for creative expression and a commitment to nurturing each child’s imagination and confidence. Before joining The Goddard School, she spent two decades at a private school in Philadelphia, where she was known for designing engaging, age-appropriate art programs that inspired curiosity and a love of learning. Ms. Roo-Mei is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, holds a Graphic Design Certification from Parsons School of Design – The New School, and earned her Art Teaching Certification from Moore College of Art & Design. Her unique blend of academic and artistic experience allows her to craft lessons that are both creative and meaningful. She believes every child is an artist, and her Art Enrichment class is a place where students are encouraged to explore, express, and celebrate their unique perspectives.

    Resource Assistant Teacher
    Known affectionately to the children as “Mr. Buddi,” he brings warmth, flexibility, and a big heart to every classroom he visits. As a dedicated Resource Teacher, Mr. Buddi enjoys spending time with children of all ages and is always ready to lend a helping hand to his fellow teachers—whether it’s stepping into a classroom, supporting transitions, or simply sharing a smile to brighten someone’s day. His calm and cheerful presence helps create a sense of comfort and continuity throughout the school. Mr. Buddi takes pride in forming connections with students and supporting their growth in a nurturing and joyful way.

    Ms. London joined our Goddard School team in March 2024 and has quickly become a beloved part of our Pre-K community. She brings a joyful spirit, a calm presence, and a passion for helping young learners develop the confidence and skills they need for a successful transition to Kindergarten. With a deep appreciation for each child’s unique personality and learning style, Ms. London creates an inclusive and engaging environment where curiosity is celebrated and growth is encouraged. She is especially passionate about fostering independence, promoting positive social interactions, and building a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Ms. London is excited to partner with families throughout the school year to ensure that each child feels supported, challenged, and inspired every step of the way.     Ms. Debbie brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, having worked in numerous childcare centers throughout the Philadelphia area. Since joining The Goddard School in 2021, she has shared her deep love for the creative arts, inspiring children through imaginative and engaging art activities. She finds great joy in watching children light up with excitement as they explore their creativity and express themselves through hands-on projects. Ms. Debbie lives locally with her husband and cherishes spending time with her two adult daughters and her beloved grandchildren. Her warmth, experience, and artistic passion make her a treasured member of our Goddard Plymouth Meeting family.

    Lead Teacher - Azalea
    Ms. Gina brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for nurturing young minds. Throughout her career, she has held nearly every position in the field and has taught every age group, giving her a well-rounded understanding of child development and classroom dynamics. She holds a liberal arts degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and has taught in childcare centers across Philadelphia, PA, Bethesda, MD, and Conshohocken, PA. Since joining The Goddard School of Plymouth Meeting in 2019, Ms. Gina has served as a dedicated Lead Teacher in our Preschool and Pre-K classrooms. Ms. Gina loves pouring her time, energy, and heart into preparing children to be School Ready, Life Ready, and Career Ready. Her experience, dedication, and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of our Goddard community.

    Assistant Pre-K Teacher
    Mr. Zay joined our Goddard School family in 2024 and is thrilled to be part of the Azalea classroom. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, he brings a calm, playful, and nurturing energy that helps children feel safe, supported, and engaged. As a proud father of two, Mr. Zay understands the importance of creating a warm and positive classroom environment. He forms strong connections with each child and values the role he plays in their growth and development. One of his favorite parts of the day is getting outside to play—especially when there’s a soccer ball to kick or a football to toss. Whether he’s encouraging teamwork or cheering kids on, Mr. Zay brings enthusiasm and fun to every moment. We’re so excited to have him on our team and know he’ll continue to make a positive impact in the lives of our Goddard students and families.

    Ms. Karly first joined our Goddard School family as a student teacher in the spring of 2024, where she immediately impressed both children and faculty with her warm presence, patience, and eagerness to learn. After completing her student teaching, she officially joined our team and has continued to bring positivity and dedication to the classroom every day. She is currently continuing her educational journey, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education—a reflection of her strong commitment to supporting young learners and growing as an educator. Ms. Karly is passionate about helping children build confidence, express their creativity, and discover the joy of learning through play and exploration. We’re so excited to support her professional growth and are grateful to have her as part of our Goddard Plymouth Meeting team!

    Ms Kayla

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Kayla brings over five years of experience working in preschool classrooms with children ages 3 to 5. Her journey in early childhood education began with an associate degree from Montgomery County Community College. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Early Childhood Education at Chestnut Hill College, with just two semesters to go. Kayla completed her student teaching right here at The Goddard School of Plymouth Meeting and officially joined our faculty one year ago. Her passion for helping young learners grow through hands-on experiences, structured routines, and creative exploration is evident in everything she does. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their potential.
