    Owners & On-Site Owner
    Miss Cindy graduated from Pennsylvania State University located in Altoona, PA. She's the proud mother of two daughters, Tiffany and Heather. Miss Cindy was very active in her children's education serving in various volunteer leadership roles in their school PTOs. Miss Cindy worked for the Cumberland Valley School District for 14 years serving in their high school guidance department responsible for their College & Career center. As a mother of two, Miss Cindy fully understands the importance of creating a warm, nurturing environment in which children have the opportunity to develop to their true unique potential. Miss Heather graduated from The University of Delaware in 2008 with a degree in Psychology, with a focus on Child Development. Upon graduation from college, she began her journey in the field of education as a therapeutic support specialist working with children from preschool to middle school. Miss Heather then enhanced her professional development as she helped develop and open a franchise location for The Little Gym of Exton. As Program Director, Heather was responsible for curriculum, personnel, training and ensuring quality delivery of the instructional material in addition to teaching classes. During college, she had the opportunity to work at The Goddard School located in Exton and immediately fell in love with The Goddard School philosophy and approach to learning. Heather was instrumental in helping her family conceive and launch this location of The Goddard School. She’s excited to support the school’s growth and development as its On-Site Owner! Mr Randy is a passionate life long learner having trained in electrical engineering, business and software. He helps Miss Cindy and Miss Heather with the school business operations, education technology and building infrastructure.

    Education Director
    Ms. Gina graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she studied Child Development and Educational Psychology. As a teacher and director, she has the natural ability to connect with her students and demonstrates a passion for teaching young children. Gina has been with our school since our opening day in 2011 and has taken on multiple roles within our organization. Her experiences as a teacher and background in child development help her deliver a well-rounded, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for all students. As a leader and mentor, Gina partners with our incredibly talented staff to ensure our students are provided with a high-quality education in a safe and healthy learning environment. She is committed to providing quality care and understands the importance of building a trusting relationship and keeping open-communication between parents and the school.

    Pre-Toddler Lead Teacher
    Ms. Brodi graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over ten years of experience working in an early childhood setting. As a mother of two herself, she understands the importance of recognizing each child as an individual. Ms. Brodi looks forward to inspiring all the children who enter her classroom to love learning!

    Pre-Kindergarten 2 Lead Teacher
    Ms. Catherine graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelors in Communication and Public Relations. After being in the field and working in customer service, she realized her true passion was to work with children. Ms. Catherine completed post baccalaureate studies in Early Childhood Education and received her PA teaching certificate for PreK-4. She is excited to continue developing her skills as an educator and put into practice the content she learned in school.

    Infant Lead Teacher
    Miss Chelsea graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's in Education and Special Education. Prior to joining our school, she worked in another center as their infant room teacher. Outside of work, Miss Chelsea loves to sing and travel! Miss Chelsea looks forward to snuggling and taking care of all of our babies!

    Pre-Kindergarten 1 Lead Teacher
    Miss Elana has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education since 2015! She graduated from HACC with a degree in Early Childhood Education. In her spare time you may find her reading books, drinking hot tea and watching a good movie! We are thrilled to have her as part of our time and look forward to furthering her growth as a teacher in our Pre-K classroom.

    Miss Kailey started at The Goddard School in 2021! She earned her associate degree in early childhood education and has over 7 years' experience working with young children in a group childcare setting.

    Miss Kelsey went to Dauphin County Technical School for Child Care. She loves being around children and watching them grow up and learn new things. Her classes have provided her with great knowledge on working with children. Miss Kelsey is excited to get to know all of our families at The Goddard School!

    Miss Mackenzie

    Preschool 1 Lead Teacher
    Miss Mackenzie graduated from Lower Dauphin High School with an interest in music education. She has spent her summers as a nanny and used to volunteer at a library in their Born to Read and Toddler Time program. Miss Mackenzie looks forward to working with all of our families!

    Miss Miranda

    Kindergarten Lead Teacher & Kindergarten Program Director
    Ms. Miranda is excited to be a teacher at The Goddard School. She graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Pre-K to 4. Ms. Miranda has experience co-teaching in preschool, kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grade classrooms throughout the years. Miranda brings a playful energy to our Kindergarten Classroom. As a senior faculty member, she is well-trained in Goddard policies and upholds these standards in her classroom.

    Mr Scott

    Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Scott, or as the children like to refer to him-Mr B., graduated from Rider University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and American Studies. He has always had a love of teaching; starting with his first job working at a summer camp. Mr. B comes to us with many years of teaching experience in many different levels and settings, ranging from camps, after-school care, daycare's, and public and private schools. Mr B. looks forward to working with our Kindergarten children to instill a love for learning!

    Ms. Aja joins our team with ten plus years of hands on experience working with children. As a mom of two herself, she understands the importance of providing an environment in which children feel safe and secure. Ms. Aja has an energetic and friendly attitude that helps create a positive an creative atmosphere among children while supporting and supervising them in meeting necessary goals.

    Substitute Teacher
    Ms. Patty graduated from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science and a Major in Home Economics. Recently retired, after 30 years of teaching Family and Consumer Science, she is excited to join our team as our substitute teacher! Ms. Patty looks forward to working with all of the children in our school!

    First Steps Co-Teacher
    Mr. Ryan attended Millersville University on a scholarship for baseball. After college, Ryan ran a sports and fitness program for children 18 months to 12 years. With a passion for sports and fitness, Mr. Ryan enjoys incorporating fine and gross motor activities into his classroom. Mr Ryan is excited to be a part of The Goddard School and looks forward to meeting all the families at our school.

    Miss Debbie comes to us with experience working at another Goddard School. As a mother of two herself, she understands the importance of providing a nurturing environment in which children can learn. Miss Debbie had an in home child care center at her house for 8 years. She looks forward to getting to know all of the children and families at our school!
