Our Teachers

Utilizing my degree in Education from West Chester University I began my career with The Goddard School in Exton as a teacher in 2002. I then became the Director of Education for 5 years, before becoming an on-site Owner. As a mother of two Goddard graduates and an educator, I believe that providing children with daily experiences to grow and learn in an environment that supports the whole child is essential in creating life long learners! I truly love creating a family atmosphere here at Goddard!

I have been with The Goddard School, Exton since 2015, but my background in Early Childhood Education started back in 1991. Having worked both as a teacher, as well as Director, I have been able to experience preschool from a variety of levels. I've learned that patience, laughter and joy are what makes each day worthwhile!

My interest in education began in high school and continued on into college at West Chester University where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2013 and received my Prek-4 Teaching Certification. I taught Preschool and Pre-K before becoming a director in the fall of 2021. My passion for early education has only grown since then! What I love most about working at a school is that every day is different and brings something new. I believe in a positive mindset and building up those around me as much as I can!

Hello Goddard Families! My name is Savannah and in the time that I have been here I have had the pleasure of teaching in the Preschool, Toddler and First Step classrooms. Each class has taught me so much and has encouraged me to go back to school. I recently have completed my masters degree in education! My future goal is to become a director and I currently spend time closing the school in the afternoons as well as helping with a variety of office tasks. My current home is in the Toddler room and I can't wait to help your little one learn and grow!

I have been teaching at The Goddard School since 1999. I have over 20 years of experience working with children. Every day I am amazed by the inquisitiveness that my students bring to school; I love watching their personalities grow and develop. The Goddard School, Exton is my home away from home and I strive to make my classroom the same for your child!

I have been teaching the Pre-Toddlers here at The Goddard School for over 20 years! I have earned my CDA and enjoy continuing to learn more about my profession. Young Toddlers amaze me every day in how they show their independence! They love to learn and try new things; it's wonderful to have the opportunity to teach them every day!

I am a graduate of Cabrini College with my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Being a mother of three boys and a Toddler teacher, I am not a stranger to messes! I love to see the joy in a young child's face as they use their imagination to create and explore. I strive to make my classroom a warm home-like environment that allows Toddlers to learn, laugh and grow!

Hi, my name is Samantha and I am thrilled to be working in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom as well as mentoring new staff. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in elementary education, I spent time working in the local school districts as an reading interventionist. I look forward to meeting your family!

Hi, I am Jeanne. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. After 4 years in Special Education, I had the amazing opportunity to be home with my two girls while providing childcare in my home. After 10 years, I am so excited to be teaching again! When I am not at school, I enjoy the hustle of all things sports with my daughters and husband. We enjoy being outside as a family. I am excited to be in the Preschool classroom to help your children succeed and grow.

Hi, my name is Daniela but everyone calls me Miss Ella. I have my degree in Elementary Education through Grand Canyon University online. I have been working with children in a professional setting since 2017. I enjoy watching children grow and learn and being part of their educational journey. In my spare time, I spend time with my husband, Dylan and working on new craft projects.

My name is Audrie and I am thrilled to be returning to teach the First Steps Classroom, as I have a true passion for childcare. I was previously with The Goddard School Exton for almost 3 years teaching in the Infant Nursery. I have earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) and am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communication from Southern New Hampshire University. I love spending my free time with my friends and family, and I also enjoy hiking and discovering fun places to visit!

Hi, my name is Olivia and I am a student at West Chester University studying communication. I started working with children as a teenager through my school's preschool program. In my spare time I love to play with my nephew Jasper whenever I can. I am so excited to be able to work at Goddard and help the children learn and grow.

Hi, my name is Caitlyn. I am a graduate of Immaculata University with a degree in music. I have been working with children since I was in 7th grade, working as a mother's Helper along with 12 years of babysitting experience. I have been in the education field since 2019 helping children with all different needs and abilities. I have always loved working with children and cannot wait to get to know your children!

Hi, my name is Tiffany, and I am a Penn State Brandywine graduate with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I completed my internship here at Goddard Exton which led to my position as the Kindergarten assistant teacher. In my free time, I love taking my dog, Leo, to the park!

Hi, my name is Rachel. I have been working with children ( infants and one year olds) for the past year. I love all ages but these age groups are my favorite! My goal is to go back to school for early childhood education. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my cat, Gracie and my dog, Blackbeard. I'm so excited to be joining the Goddard team and look forward to all the fun each day brings!

Hi, my name is Landon. I am an Anthropology major at West Chester University, and I am interested in becoming a counselor after attaining my degree. I helped to raise my little brother and sister after my dad passed in 2012. I enjoy spending time with children and playing games with them! I am especially excited to hang out and work with the children here at The Goddard School!

Hi, I'm Samantha! In addition to nannying for 2 families, I have a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, which I find very useful when working with children. I have been married for over 12 years and I am a mother of two beautiful girls. I love music, books and spending time with family and friends. I'm so excited to be at Goddard and I am looking forward to being a part of your child's learning experience.

My name is Maddie. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard family. Over the last two years spent in early education centers, I have worked mainly with ages 1-3 years. I hope to possibly have my own class in the future and to stay in the industry for a long time. My favorite part of working with children is watching them grow and seeing how excited they are to learn new things! I love being goofy with the kiddos and love that I feel I can be my true self with them. I also find building relationships with families to be very rewarding. Outside of work, I love spending time outside and taking any chance I can to go on little adventures whether it be driving to new places or going on hikes! I love animals and have lots of pets including a horse, Izzy, and my cat, Peppa!

Hi, my name is Katie and I am a senior at Cabrini University majoring in Educational Studies PreK-4 with Special Education. In addition to working with kids as a nanny, I also have my degree in Special Education. I look forward to growing with the children here at Goddard!

Hi, my name is Olivia. I attend TCHS Brandywine, and I've been involved in the early childcare program there for three years. I want to work with children because I love getting to know their personalities and watching them grow!

Hi, my name is Leah. I am studying Business Administration at Eastern University. I am the youngest sister in my family of four. My hobbies are singing, cooking, and braiding hair! I am very excited to learn and grow here at Goddard as I navigate the Kindergarten classroom this summer!

Hi, my name is Samantha, and I am currently an Early Childhood Education major at Immaculata University. I spent a lot of time babysitting my little cousins and watching them grow and learn over the years. I hope to have my own classroom in the future, either teaching Kindergarten or Second Grade. Hello! My name is Julia and I am an Early Childhood Education/ Special Education dual major at Shippensburg University. I have been working with children for about 5 years as a nanny. When I am not around children, I enjoy relaxing on the beach and skiing (which I have been doing since I was 10!).I look forward to getting to know all of the children here at Goddard, Exton.

Hi, my name is Akshitha. I am currently working on my master's degree from Wilmington University. I love spending time with my family, especially my nephew, whenever I can. My husband and I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. My hobbies include music, watching TV and family. I am very excited to be a part of the Goddard, Exton team, spending time in the Infant room helping the children learn and grow!

Hi, my name is Molly. I have been studying Early Childhood Education at the TCHS (Technical College) in Downingtown. I love working with children and being able to teach them how to be good friends. While I'm not at work, I like to read and cheer! I'm happy to join the Goddard team here in Exton and to be able to play with all of your children!

Hi, my name is Emma. I am currently a student at TCHS Brandywine in the Early Childhood Development program including a dual enrollment program at Delaware County Community College. I love working with children and have been doing so for many years. It is my goal to be a positive role model in children’s lives and to be someone they can look up to. Hi, I'm Grace! I am currently majoring in Applied Developmental Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. I have been babysitting for my cousins and other families since I was in middle school, and I will continue to do so while home from college! I enjoy working with young children because I love seeing all of their personalities shine. I can't wait to learn from the children and help to guide their learning as well!

Hi! My name is Lisvendy. I am currently a student at West Chester University studying Speech Pathology. I have always worked with children since I was a very young age and have been the built-in babysitter in my family, and that's more than okay with me! I've taken care of children of varying ages for both family and friends. I love watching them grow and flourish; it inspires me to continue pursuing a degree in SLP. I hope to take these experiences with me when working with my own child clients. I cannot wait to work with all of the children and families here at Goddard School of Exton!
