I am thrilled to be the owner and operator of The Goddard School – Macungie, a wonderful childcare center located in Breinigsville, where I have been working for over nine years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Millersville University. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA. Before joining the Goddard School Bethlehem in 2009 as a preschool and kindergarten teacher, I owned and managed a veterinary hospital for ten years. I am a proud mother of two grown-up kids and a 3-year-old Cavalier. As a childcare provider, I am passionate about children and feel privileged to watch them learn and grow. I strongly believe that providing a nurturing environment that supports the whole child is crucial in creating lifelong learners. Thank you for entrusting me with your child's development. Carol has been working with children of all ages for the past 40 years. She received her associate's degree in early childhood education from Northampton Community College and her bachelor's degree in psychology/elementary education from Moravian University. In addition to her work with children through various school systems, she cherishes her time spent in the field of high school youth ministry and homeschooling her 10 children.

Miss Jamie currently lives in the area but is originally from New Jersey where she graduated from a local community college with her Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Development. From there she went on to Kean University to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her teaching experience focuses on early childhood education as well as teaching children with special needs. She has over 16 years of experience teaching children ages six months to twelve years. Jamie loves teaching younger children because they have open minds and love exploring and learning new things every day. She looks forward to getting to know each student and supporting them in their learning journey. She loves being a part of The Goddard School family. Jamie looks forward to hearing from each of you and learning about your child.

Ms. Claire is our Director who is joining us from The Goddard School in Bethlehem. Ms. Claire has over 10 years of experience in education. She last worked at St. Ann School where she was a classroom and technology teacher. Ms. Claire has a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a Masters in Instructional Technology. She lives in the Lehigh Valley with her husband and her little son. Ms. Claire is passionate about STEM as well as sowing seeds for life long learning in young children, which is so close to our philosophy as well! In her free time, she loves to spend time playing with her little guy, as well as collecting Harry Potter trivia.

Miss Nikki has been working with children for two years now! She has worked with ages infants to three! Miss Nikki has a strong passion for teaching and caring for little ones! She loves working out and spending time with her family and friends during her free time! Miss Nikki is so excited to be a part of our Goddard family and is so excited to meet you and your children and learn more about them!

Miss Akira has been working with children since 2021. She is currently attending Reading Area Community Collage to obtain her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education! Miss Akira is a very friendly, caring and creative person who loves working with children of all different ages! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her nephew and going on adventures with her friends and family!

Miss Sarah has been working with children for about 2 years now! Her favorite children's book is "The Rainbow Fish". Miss Sarah loves working with children because she wants to make a loving difference in their lives. She wants to make sure while your child is in her care they are being loved and nurtured! Miss Sarah feels that children are new to the world and love is a great first form of guidance in life and children no matter the age can sense everything. Outside of working with children Miss Sarah enjoys drawing, painting, reading, and being out in nature! She can't wait to meet your little one!

Miss Maheen maintains a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been working with children for the past 4 years. She enjoys spending her free time with her 2 beautiful young daughters. She enjoys working with little children and watching them grow, as she does with her own daughters. Besides being a work, Maheen loves to have movie nights with her family. Her favorite child's movie is Coco and her favorite children's book series is the Magic Tree House by Mary Pope.

Miss Karen is CDA certified and has been in the early childhood field for more than 12 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with all age groups from 1 year old to Kindergarten. She enjoys getting to know the children and playing with them as well as teaching. She believes children learn through play and with a little strategic planning that makes my job so enjoyable. She has two boys who are all grown up and out on their own. When she is not teaching, Karen enjoys writing short stories, drawing, and swimming. Karen loves the outdoors, the four seasons, and nature. Her favorite children's book is “Are You My Mother?” by P.D. Eastman. She enjoys taking on the characters of a story when she read it.

Miss Rajee is very grateful and happy to be working with kids because she enjoys being part of their growth and progress. She loves teaching children using her academic knowledge and life experiences. Miss Rajee has completed her Masters Degree in Science and Bachelors in Education with Special Education and ESL part 1. Her hobbies are traveling and learning new cultures, cooking, gardening, needlework and macrame. Miss Rajee is the proud mother of two young adults! Her favorite children's books are all Eric Carl stories!

Miss Rachael has been working with children since 2017! She has her bachelor's degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania! She is currently studying at Kutztown University to obtain her master's degree in early childhood education! Miss Rachael's favorite children's book is "If You Give A Moose A Muffin"! She loves working with children because she gets to see each child develop their own unique personality! Outside of working with children Miss Rachael likes to travel, read, volunteer at a local cat shelter, and spend time with her family and friends!

Mr. David is the youngest sibling in his family, with one older brother and one older sister. He has been working with children since 2022 and joined our Macungie family in October of 2023! Mr. David's favorite thing about working with children is talking with them and learning about their different interests! He is studying social work at Gwynedd Mercy University with plans to graduate in the spring of 2024! We are so happy to have Mr. David with us!

Miss Adana is studying early childhood education at Lehigh Carbon Community College with the aspiration to become a 3rd grade teacher! She is the oldest of three girls! Miss Adana has been working with children for about 10 years now! In her free time Miss Adana loves to spend time at the gym and waitressing at a local restaurant! Miss Adana's favorite children's book is "All The Places You'll Go" By Dr Seuss!

Miss Karissa has been working with children for 4 years now! She loves working with children because they are inspiring, they are always learning new things while teaching her a few things along the way! Outside of work Miss Karissa spends the rest of her day relaxing at home! Once a week she attends dance practice for a completive dance team! Her favorite children's book is "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Suess

Mr. Mason has been working in early child care for over 8 years. He is very happy to be working here at the Goddard School, and he is currently taking criminal justice courses at Kutztown University.

Miss Ashley has been working with kids since she was 16 years old! She loves working with children because they are always willing to learn different and new things throughout the day! Outside of work Miss Ashley loves to hang out with her family and friends!

Miss Lauren has been working with children since she was 13 years old through volunteering! Her favorite children's book is "The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse" by Charlie Mackesy. Miss Lauren's love for her students is deeply rooted in her love of spending time with children! Interacting with the different age groups has helped her learn more about their perspectives and has brought such joy to her! Outside of work Miss Lauren enjoys caring for plants, from succulents to house plants. She finds it calming and fulfilling to nurture them while continuously learning more about their care and characteristics.

Miss Liz has been working with children for about 2 years now! She has earned her bachelors degree in early childhood through Kutztown University. Miss Liz's favorite children's book is all of them! She could never pick a favorite book she loves them all! Miss Liz loves working with children because they are always coming up with fun new ideas! They love to explore which leads to learning. In Miss Liz's free time she loves to craft and make things for school as well as add to her large book collection!

Miss Aubrey is so excited to be apart of our Goddard family! She has a year and a half of experience working with ages 1-2! Her favorite part of teaching children so young is helping each child reach all of the fundamental milestones that they have been working so hard to achieve! Miss Aubrey believes it is essential to keep a cozy and not overwhelming classroom, this encourages children to want to learn in a place they can trust and know that they are safe! Miss Aubrey loves golden retrievers, ice coffee, The Aristocrats, painting, traveling, Panera Bread, Pinterest and playing the Sims 4!

Miss Bonnie has over 15 years of experience working with kids as a nanny. She has worked with infants up to 14 years old! Miss Bonnie's favorite thing about working with kids is seeing them learn new things through playing! Miss Bonnie's favorite children's book is "Miss Nelson is Missing". When Miss Bonnie isn't at school she loves to design websites using graphic design, reading and is an aquarist!

Miss Cora has been working with kids since she was 15! She started as a "mother's aid" for her next-door neighbor. She has also worked one on one with kids at a skating rink helping to teach them how to skate! Miss Cora's favorite book is "The Veery Hungry Caterpillar." Miss Cora loves working with kids because she loves to watch them grow and express their great ideas! Outside of work she likes to bake, play tennis, go to the gym and relax!
