  • Mrs Alicia

    Mrs Alicia

    Owner
    Miss Alicia is our on-site school owner. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University and has been a proud member of the Goddard School family since 2011. She began her journey as an infant and toddler teacher and later served as a School Director for eight years, bringing her passion for nurturing young learners and supporting educators to every role. Alicia believes that strong partnerships between school and home are essential to a child’s success. She values open communication and works closely with families to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and celebrated. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and a deep commitment to creating a warm, inclusive preschool community. Outside of school, Alicia enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending quality time with her husband, Adam, and their dog, Charlie.
  • Ms Becca

    Ms Becca

    Director
    Miss Becca is our passionate and dedicated director who is committed to nurturing young minds and supporting families. As the Director of the Goddard School of Strongsville, she oversees daily operations, curriculum development, staff training, and family engagement initiatives. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Ohio University. She has many years of experience in teaching young toddlers and preschoolers, as well as multiple years in an administrative role. She has a passion for working with young children and believes that every child deserves a safe, stimulating, and loving space to grow. Outside of work, she enjoys going to new restaurants, watching Netflix shows, and playing with her two cats, Pepper and Spice.

    Ms Ally

    Preschool Lead Teacher
    Miss Ally graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology from The College of Wooster. She started in October of 2023 as the lead preschool teacher. Ally loves reading, running and listening to Taylor Swift in her free time.

    Ms Nancy

    Infant Lead Teacher
    Nancy has her associates degree in early childhood education.  For more than five years Nancy worked in a school setting with children in grades first through third as a teacher's aid.  She has worked in a childcare setting for over 19 years and has been at The Goddard School Strongsville for over 11 years.  Nancy enjoys being an integral part of children's lives as she guides them to reach their developmental milestones.

    Ms Danielle

    Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Miss Danielle is currently attending University of Cincinnati, majoring in Social Work. She love spending time with her daughter, crafting and reading.

    Preschool Lead Teacher
    Miss Erica has her Associate of Arts in Criminology from Cleveland State University and is currently attending Cuyahoga Community College, majoring in Special Education. She loves baking and spending time with her family.

    Ms. Stacy

    Lead Infant Teacher
    Stacy Daniels was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1997. From there, she attended The English Nanny and Governess School becoming certified as a Professional Nanny. Stacy started her childcare career working in daycare before pursuing her Nanny career. She has had the opportunity and honor of working with four wonderful families, two of which lasted seven plus years. Stacy excited to continue her childcare career at the Goddard School.

    Ms Cindy

    Lead Pre-K Teacher
    Cynthia was born in Parma, Ohio and raised in Brunswick, Ohio. She received her CDA and Paraprofessional Certificate and continues her education of learning to better herself for her students. Cynthia has 27 years of experience in working with children in preschool/ pre-kindergarten. She has taught children to read and write, as well as, to be able to think outside the box through learning through hands-on activities. She loves teaching how to create provocations in the classroom that excites children who enter with their excitement in their eyes. Cynthia is excited to bring joy to the classroom, welcome families and friends to a new way of learning, and proud to be part of the Goddard family.

    Toddler Lead Teacher
    Miss Meghan is the lead teacher in our toddler program. She graduated high school and is looking to pursue her CDA credential.
  • Ms Dori

    Ms Dori

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Doriela was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, raised in Caracas, Venezuela, graduated from The College if Wooster, Oh with a BA in Psychology, later obtained a Masters of Early Childhood Education from The University of Phoenix, online campus. She has worked in childcare through the years, owned and operated a bilingual English/Spanish childcare center for 5 years, and has also worked in the public schools, K-3, taught High School Spanish and worked for Head Start and Starting Point. She is excited to bring her passion and experience to The Goddard School!

    Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher
    Miss Tamara graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Baldwin Wallace College. She is excited to be part of the Pre-k classroom here at The Goddard School. Her in free time she enjoys creating things for her classroom.

    Lead Preschool Teacher
    Mary was born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio and is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has 5 years of experience teaching in an elementary and preschool setting and over 10 years of experience with children. Miss Mary is excited to begin her journey at the Strongsville Goddard School in the fall of 2025. Miss Mary values parent-teacher communication and collaboration. She feels most fulfilled in her career when she sees children overcome social-emotional and academic challenges using problem-solving skills she taught them. 
  • Miss Michaela

    Miss Michaela

    Lead Toddler Teacher
    Miss Michaela graduation from Hudson High School and has experience working within the Goddard Family of schools before joining The Goddard School of Strongsville. In her free time she coaches youth sports and loves hiking and reading.

    Resource Teacher
    Chloe grew up in Liberty Township, Ohio and is currently attending Baldwin Wallace University for a bachelor’s degree in music education and composition. She worked in childcare for 4 years before joining The Goddard School in the fall of 2025. She loves working with kids and is excited to be part of the Goddard Family.

    Isabella

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Bella was born and raised in Delaware, Ohio and graduated with her bachelors degree in Psychology from Ohio Northern University in May 2025. A current student at Baldwin Wallace University in their Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters Program, she has experience working in preschool settings with kids aged 3-5 and in summer camp settings with kids aged 6-12. In her free time, she likes reading and antique shopping.
  •  Juliana

    Juliana

    Lead Bridge Teacher
    Miss Juliana was born in Lakewood, OH and raised in Brunswick. She has worked as a nanny and as a support teacher in her mother's in home childcare center. She earned her bachelors degree from the University of Akron as an Intervention Specialist and has years of experience working with children from infants through 15 years old. She resides in Parma with her dog. She loves creating new games to play in the classroom!
