Bill is the on-site owner of our Goddard location. Bill has been involved with The Goddard School since 1999. His love and passion for The Goddard School lead him to open this location in 2002. Bill received his Associates Degree in Business Management from Northwestern Business College. He wanted to operate a business that plays an important role in the community by providing an exceptional service for children. He is very proud to own a business that is centered on his most important priority – family. Bill is very excited to be a part of The Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in this neighborhood. He looks forward to getting to know you and your family as well as being a part of the community.

I am so proud to be part of this wonderful school; our children, parents, and faculty make an amazing family! Prior to owning the school, I worked for Goddard Systems Incorporated (Franchisor of The Goddard School). I decided early on that I firmly believed in the educational program that Goddard provides. I believe we change the lives of children and families. I believe we provide the environment, materials, direction, and opportunities for experiences that will promote a child's innate ability to learn and develop. I am passionate that they graduate being School Ready, Career Ready, Life Ready.

Ms. Melanie joined The Goddard Schools in January 2012. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Ohio University and is working on her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashland University. Ms. Melanie previously worked in our older toddler classroom and was promoted to director due to her passion for early childhood learning. She is dedicated to providing the best of care for every child and enjoys seeing children reach key milestones everyday. Ms. Melanie enjoys the time spent with her children as they attend The Goddard School.

Ms. Isabelle joined The Goddard School in November 2019. She is currently working to obtain her CDA for Infants and Toddlers. She is certified in Communicable Disease.

Ms. Lauri just celebrated her 16th year with us! She joined The Goddard School in February 2006 and has worked with young children since 1991. She attended Ohio Dominican University for Elementary Education. She is certified in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention.

Ms. Aimee joined The Goddard School in August 2018 and has been working with young children since 2015. She is certified in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention.

Mrs. Lisa started as a lead teacher at Goddard in December of 2021. She has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling but has found teaching to be very fulfilling. Mrs. Lisa enjoys learning alongside children and seeing the world from their fresh perspective. She believes in hands-on learning and focuses on the specific needs of her students by differentiating learning so each student's unique skills are emphasized.

Mr. Dylan earned his bachelor and master’s degree from Penn State University in psychology and counseling respectively. He is a strong believer that children learn by doing and observing those around them. He is also a strong advocate for making sure that children learn and care about their mental health even at a young age. His favorite children’s book is A Bad Case of the Stripes.

Mrs. Missy joined The Goddard School in August 2016. She attended Columbus State Community College for Nursing. She is certified in First Aid and CPR.
