Our Teachers

As parents of three young children, Ryan and Catherine appreciate the importance of play in early childhood development. Goddard’s high standard of care and Quality Assurance program ensure that children can learn and grow in a fun, safe, and healthy setting. In his spare time, Mr. Ryan enjoys hockey and golf. Ms. Cat has a background in retail & design and loves to help with any creative classroom project. They both love to travel! We are excited to welcome you to our Goddard Family!

Ms. Jalyn has earned her teaching certificate in Early Childhood Development. She's always wanted to be a teacher and work with children - it's her passion! She loves seeing children interact with one another and explore through play. In her spare time, she likes to go to the movies, go out to eat, bake sweets and hang out with friends, family, and her sons. Ms. Jalyn's favorite children's book is Amazing Grace because her mother always tells her that she can do and be anything she sets her mind to!

Hello, My name is Ms. Nancy. I have worked in Child care for 20+ years. I have done many things from Nanny, in home child care, daycare teacher, to now the Assistant Director here at Goddard. I graduated from Columbus State with my associates degree in 2003. I am a mother and a Grandmother. I have 5 children, 2 grandchildren and one Bonus child. In my spare time i enjoy crafting, camping, riding my motorcycle, and just hanging out with family. Here at Goddard I look forward to getting to know all the families and being able to be as helpful to everyone as I can to make the transition to school as easy as possible. My favorite thing about working with children is being able to follow and watch them learn and grow.

Hello, my name is Ms. Dee. I have worked in childcare for almost 20 years now and have been at Goddard since 2021. At Goddard I look forward to bright spirits and smiling faces. About Me: I studied at Augusta Tech for business, Ga. State university and Columbus State for Early childhood education. I have a huge family! I am the youngest. I have one son who plays bass drum and trombone. I have 2 cats, 2 turtles, 2 dogs, and 2 leopard geckos. Some of my hobbies are Anime, Nerf, Laser tag, and reading novels. I like to color and paint. I like to paint large spaces, mandalas and decorate spaces. My favorite thing about being a teacher is watching students grow, progress and shine.

Hello, my name is Ms. Jenny. I have worked in Childcare on and off for over 20 years. At Goddard I look forward to tapping into the creative side of teaching and being hands on with the students at the Goddard school. About Me: I graduated from high school and have some college classes that I have taken. I have a son (23) Preston, and a daughter (19) Payton. In my spare time I like to roller skate, and I love to craft. My favorite thing about being a teacher is seeing a lightbulb go off in a child’s head when they learn something new.

Hello, my name is Ms. Dana. I have been in child care for 3 years and started here at Goddard in March 2024. My favorite thing about being a teacher is being patient and loving with my work children. I went to college for early childhood education. I am married to my husband Mohannad, and we have a 2 1/2 yr old girl named Rawan. We also have one cat named MR. My hobbies are reading, walking and horseback riding. I enjoy watching funny movies. At Goddard I look forward to working with the wonderful team here.

Hello, my name is Ms. Danielle. I have been in child care since 2021 here at Goddard. I attended high school at Westerville central, college at Otterbein university and I am currently in my Masters program at Capella University. At Goddard I enjoy seeing new kids faces in my classroom. I recently got a new puppy who is a shipoo (shitzu/ Poodle) mix named onyx Ace. One of my hobbies are trying out new restaurants. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the children learn and grow everyday.

Hello, my name is Ms. Chelsea, I have worked in childcare for 5 years. I am the longest employed staff member at Goddard. I am looking forward to growing the Goddard family and helping children to accept love, and to help one another. About me: I went to St. Matthew and Graduated high school from Bishop Hartley. I do not have any children; I am the youngest of three with one older brother and one older sister. I have a niece and two nephews (Wren 9, Henry 7, and George 2). I also have a 15-year-old cat named Pearl. I love to craft! Before Goddard i was a hairstylist for Penzone Salon and spas. I have had every color of rainbow hair. (ROYGBIV) as well as pink and silver. My favorite thing about being a teacher is i can work with parents and get them comfortable. I believe we have the opportunity to build the “village” it takes to raise a child.

Kymtra started her childcare career as a lifeguard. The position evolved into swim teacher and she decided to keep working with children. Kymtra is a student at The Ohio State University, earning her Bachelors of Science in Social Work with a Minor in Substance Abuse & Addiction. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting...painting, jewelry making, drawing and wood burning. She has a Siamese cat named Leo. Her favorite children's book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom because it reminds her of when she started to love reading. She is excited to watch our Goddard School students grow into who they are!

Hello my Name is Ms. Terryn, (Ms. T) I have worked in child care for 4 years. I an married with 3 amazing children. Amora (age 6), Tremayne (age 4), and my baby Cincere (4 months old). We also have a dog named Karter. I love sports! I enjoy Track and field, Basketball, and football. I met my husband while running track. I am a massage therapist. My favorite thing about being a teacher is the different things i have to face as a teacher helps me look at different things as a mother and vice versa. About Me: I have been Married to my husband since 2022. I do not have children of my own, but I would love to someday. I have a 10-year-old Pittie named Cooper, I received from my late best friend in 2021. In my spare time I love reading, and I would like to learn calligraphy someday. My favorite thing about being a teacher is interacting with the children and I love that I get to be a child right along with them.

I have a two-year-old puppy named Bear that I enjoy taking hikes with. A fun fact about me is that i am left-handed. Hello, my name is Ms. Monica. I have been in childcare here at Goddard since November of 2022. At Goddard I look forward to working with preschool and experiencing with other ages of children and watching them learn and grow. My name is Ms. Erin. I have been working in Childcare for about 6 years. I went to Pickerington Central high school and then went on to Ohio State University to become an intervention specialist in Columbus City schools. I currently live alone with my dog named Cash and my cat named mittens. Some of my hobbies are playing guitar, taking walks, and reading. The kids are our future. About me: I have been married to my husband Billy for 44 years. I have 2 children. Both of my children finished high school, and attended college, are Christians, and are very successful. We have a pet named Leo who stays with my husband at all times. Hello my name is Ms. Simi. This is my first formal childcare job, although I did babysit for my 3 and 5 yr-old cousins for 3 summers when i was 15. I graduated from Liking heights high school in 2020. I continued my education at OSU and then transferred to Mount Carmel College of nursing. I am currently in my 3rd year. I was raised by my 2 loving parents. My mother was born and raised in Ohio and my father was born and raised in India. I currently live with my boyfriend and my best friend. I have a super fluffy white cat names Alaska. My hobbies are reading, cooking, and exploring nature. I love to read fiction/dystopian books. Hello my name is Ms. Sammie. I graduated from West Jefferson High school in 2024. I also went to a technical school for early childhood education. I have worked in childcare for about a year. I have 9 siblings that range from 1-30 years old. I am the middle child. I love to cook (even though I'm not really good at it.) I enjoy camping and fishing. Hello my name is Ms. Karenna (Ms. K) i have been in childcare since 2019. I graduated from Reynoldsburg ESTEM high school and I am currently working on my CDA. I have two boys ages 6 yrs and 7 months. In my spare time i enjoy reading, being with my family and 2 boys, and fishing. My favorite children's books are by Dr. Seuss. I am also a huge hello Kitty and the color pink fan. My favorite part about being a teacher is watching the children gain confidence in themselves as they continue to learn new things. I love to teach lesson plans that will show each students own voice. At Goddard I am looking forward to teaching a new group of friends and i look forward to trying new learning activities with the children.
