    Ms Madalyn Evans
    Head of School
    Madalyn serves as the Head of School at The Goddard School of Reynoldsburg. She leads daily operations, educational execution, and team development while fostering the close-knit, relationship-driven culture that defines the campus. With more than 10 years of experience in early childhood education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Madalyn brings strong academic knowledge and steady leadership. Under her guidance, the Reynoldsburg campus has built a reputation for delivering one of the area’s strongest early childhood programs. She works closely with teachers to ensure classrooms are engaging, structured, and designed to support kindergarten readiness and long-term success. Madalyn is known for building meaningful relationships with families. She is highly visible within the school, prioritizes clear communication, and takes pride in knowing families personally so they feel supported and confident each day.

    Kyle Arbaugh is the Owner of The Goddard Schools of Grandview, Lewis Center, Westerville (Polaris), and Reynoldsburg. He leads the organization’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and operational innovation to ensure each school delivers an exceptional and forward-thinking early childhood experience. Kyle works closely with leadership teams to strengthen systems, elevate talent, invest in facilities, and continuously improve how the schools serve families and support teachers. His focus is building an organization designed to deliver consistent excellence as it grows - schools that are not only high-performing today, but positioned for sustainable success in the years ahead. As a father of two young children who attend Goddard, Kyle is deeply committed to creating stable, modern, and community-centered campuses where families feel confident and children thrive. He believes strong schools strengthen neighborhoods and is committed to investing in the communities each campus serves.

    Ruth Arbaugh
    Owner & Educational Leader
    Ruth Arbaugh is the Owner & Educational Leader of The Goddard Schools of Grandview, Lewis Center, Westerville (Polaris) and Reynoldsburg. She oversees the educational program, school culture, and quality standards across all locations to ensure every classroom reflects the excellence families expect. Ruth works closely with each Head of School and teaching team to maintain strong curriculum execution, consistent classroom structure, and a positive, nurturing environment for children. She regularly evaluates classroom performance, curriculum implementation, and family experience to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. She is deeply committed to developing teachers, strengthening leadership within each building, and creating a culture where high expectations and genuine care go hand in hand. As a parent of two young children who attend Goddard, Ruth holds the schools to the same standards she expects for her own family.

    Executive Leadership Partner
    Crystal Gibney serves as the Executive Leadership Partner for The Goddard School of Reynoldsburg. She provides leadership oversight in operations and educational quality, working closely with the Head of School to ensure consistent standards, strong team development, and an exceptional experience for families. With extensive experience within the Goddard system, Crystal brings deep expertise in curriculum execution, faculty coaching, and performance management. She actively mentors school leaders, supports classroom excellence, and helps maintain the high expectations that define the Goddard experience across campuses. Crystal is committed to building stable, well-run schools where children thrive, teachers are supported, and families feel confident in their choice each day.

    Education Director
    Miss Lisa comes to The Goddard School with over 10 years of experience working with Pre-K children and a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education from Baldwin Wallace College (Univ.) She loves making a difference in each child’s life. She enjoys seeing the children learn and grow and the smile on their face when they learn something new. In her free time she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, cleaning and spending time with family. Overall Miss Lisa loves working with children, challenging them and helping them get prepared for their next adventure in Kindergarten!

    Assistant Director
    Miss Abby comes to the Goddard school as a passionate, CDA certified teacher with 4 years of experience in early childhood education. She strives to provide a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment to every child she meets. Her favorite part of being a teacher is seeing the expression on a child's face when they learn something new. Her favorite children's book is “My Shadow is Purple” by Scott Stuart because inclusivity in children's media is important. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, having a game night with friends, or snuggling her cat, Lorelai!

    Infant Teacher
    Miss Megan brings her Associates of Arts in Culinary and CDA certification to the Goddard School, along with over fourteen years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about watching children grow, as they explore new experiences, create lasting memories, and reach important milestones. In her free time, Miss Megan enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three kids, as well as reading a good book. Her favorite is "Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss, as it teaches the valuable lesson of embracing new experiences.

    Infant Teacher
    Miss Kaila comes to the Goddard School with over 10 years of experience and is currently working to complete her CDA. She has experience working with children of all ages with a variety of backgrounds but she loves working with the toddler ages. She brings a love of learning and watching children grow and discover the world around them. Her favorite part about being in the classroom is engaging children in different activities and seeing how each child learns and sees the world in their own way. Outside of school, Miss Kaila is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her son Hudson and with her beloved dog. She is passionate about her family and music, always seeking opportunities to expand her skills and knowledge in these areas. Miss Kaila loves all of the books with Pete the Cat and the learning that goes along with each book makes it special for each child.

    Two's Teacher
    Miss Jenn joins us at the Goddard School with her Associates Degree in General Education and is currently working towards her Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration. She loves working with children because nothing beats watching the wonder in children as they grow and learn. She is a huge bookworm and swimmer. One of her favorite children’s books is Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax. She is a mother of three and they enjoy water parks and cabin trips together.

    Ms. Cindy comes to The Goddard School with over eight years of experience working with children. She earned her Early Childhood Education certificate from Rasmussen College in 2017 and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s in Psychology. Before joining Goddard, she ran her own in-home care center, nurturing children from infancy to preschool. She believes in building strong relationships with each child and tailoring activities to meet their individual needs. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Cindy enjoys reading and spending time with her three children, Jackson, Lily, and Leia. She is excited to support the growth and learning of every child and be part of the Goddard community.

    Miss Ariana comes to The Goddard School with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Akron and has several years of experience as a private nanny. Miss Ariana loves that every child offers a unique perspective, and she enjoys fostering the individual curiosity and growth of each child. In her free time, Miss Ariana enjoys reading, and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Missy and Indy! Her favorite children's book is "Love You Forever" by Robert Munch.

    Miss Ashley comes to the Goddard School with over ten years experience in the Early Childhood field. She graduated from The Ohio State University at Newark back in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early/Middle Childhood Studies. She has loved working with children since she was in high school when she volunteered at a preschool and has experience with every age group from newborns up to 14 years old. Her favorite part of working with children has always been seeing the “AHA!” moments with them. The minute where they finally understand or develop a new skill has always been the most rewarding thing since starting in the Early Childhood field. Miss Ashley’s hobbies include going for walks in her neighborhood, spending time with her family and recently picked up reading books and short stories again. Her favorite children’s book is Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax because her mom and dad would read it to her as a bedtime story when she was little.

    Preschool Teacher
    Miss Tessa is our lead Preschool I teacher and joins us with over 14 years of experience leading Preschool & Toddler classrooms and has a Child Development Degree from Columbus State. She brings a fun, joyful energy to her classroom every day. As students transition to her classroom she has the invaluable skill of helping make them feel at home from day one. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and be creative through various forms of crafting. Miss Tessa's favorite children's book is "Where's My Mummy" by Carolyn Crimi for the concepts it teaches and the ability to make literacy fun and engaging for the reader.

    Miss Allie comes to the Goddard School with over four years of experience working with children in the Early Childhood setting. She has experience with all ages but has a special place in her heart for preschool. She is currently working on her CDA. She loves to watch children grow and learn through their time in her classroom. Miss Allie loves reading and being in nature. She also loves animals and has 2 dogs and 2 cats. At home she lives with her pets, her husband Caine and her 7 month old son Leo! Miss Allie’s favorite children’s book is “I love you stinky face” by Lisa McCourt because it was a book her mom read to her every night and now she reads it to her son every night.

    Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
    Miss Nahid comes to the Goddard School with over 9 years of experience working in early childhood. She completed her CDA certification in 2017 and since then worked as Pre-K lead teacher at a 5-star childcare center. She finished her primary/middle/high school along with undergraduate studies in Bangladesh, a small country located in south Asia. She loves working with children and a helping hand in their learning experience/process. She loves to travel and enjoys the experience of different cuisines, also a huge fan of Jeni’s ice creams and her favorite color is purple. Miss Nahid’s beloved children’s book is “Llama Llama Red Pajama” by Anna Dewdney.

    Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
    Miss Marquita comes to The Goddard School originally from New York but has lived in Maryland for many years. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from American University Washington College of Law and began her work with children by volunteering at a children’s center. While she has experience working with school-aged children, she also brings four years of experience with preschool and pre-kindergarten students. She loves working with all age groups but finds younger children especially inspiring because of their curiosity, forgiving nature, and eagerness to learn. Her favorite part of being in the classroom is teaching while nurturing their impressionable spirits and watching them grow through new experiences.

    Resource Teacher
    Miss Shayla comes to the Goddard School with her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been in a childcare setting for about seven years ranging from infant to school age. She love's working with children because they are so curious about the environment around them and they want to know more about it. She enjoys watching the gears turn in their head when they are working towards a concept. In her free time she enjoys being with my family, shopping, swimming, and watching movies. She has a seven year old son in The Goddard summer camp program and they have a one year old hound dog at home named Stella! She is so excited to be working with your children!
