  • Miss Rachel

    Miss Rachel

    Onsite Owner
I started my career here at the Goddard School in 2008 as a teacher, and then as director since 2015. I took over as the on-site owner in 2022 because I truly believe in not only the Goddard School name, but in the high quality education our specific teachers give to the students in our care. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development, so I know how truly important it is to set a positive foundation of learning in the early years of childhood. As a proud mother of three children, and learning through their happiness and early development, I hold a high standard for the quality of education that is being delivered to our children. I believe that they should have the opportunity to explore every inch of their environment with no limit as to what they are able to discover, achieve, and aspire to be.

I grew up in the small town of Southern Pines, NC and spent my adult life in Burlington/Greensboro, NC. I moved to Ohio to be closer to loved ones and family. In my free time I enjoy crafting, cooking, gaming, and spending time with my three children and loved ones. I first developed a love for teaching at a young age. It brought me joy pretending to be a teacher with my older brother. My passion for teaching continued to grown into adulthood where it currently rests in my heart. I heard someone say, "Teachers who love teaching teach children to love learning." It is my goal to apply my love and expertise to help your children continue to thrive and reach their education goals.
