Our Goddard School Teachers

Kristina is the owner of The Goddard School located in Beachwood, Ohio. She brings 13 years of elementary teaching experience, 10 years of administrative experience and 4 years of college teaching experience. Kristina has obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Lake Erie College, Master of Arts in Elementary Administration from Cleveland State University and PhD in Early Childhood Curriculum and Instruction from Kent State University.

Dr. Robin Pettiegrew comes to us from Lakewood City Schools with a great deal of experience. She has five years teaching experience, in addition to international teaching experience having taught in China and Belize. Dr. Robin comes with six years of administrative experience, serving as both Assistant Principal and Principal. Dr. Robin received her undergraduate degree in Middle Childhood Education from Miami University, Masters’ Degree in Education Leadership and PhD in School Administration, both from Cleveland State University. She comes with over 1500 hours in school and child safety certification and training.

Ms. Dominique Fabian graduated from John Carroll University and earned her Bachelors in Arts and Sciences. During that time, she taught Philosophy to children. She received her Masters Degree in Legal Studies at Cleveland- Marshall College of Law where she majored in Health Law and Healthcare Compliance. She has worked with children for over a decade. She currently attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes and has obtained her CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse.

Ms. Jessica Lidawer has a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University. She started with The Goddard School in February of 2023. Ms. Jessica has worked with children for five years. She currently attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes and has obtained her certification in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse.

Ms. Sue has been with The Goddard School Beachwood since April 2023. She is currently the Lead teacher in the Infant Classroom. Ms. Sue has over 20 years of teaching experience. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron and has obtained her certifications in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Prevention of Child Abuse. Ms. Sue also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education each year.

Ms. Destiny started at Goddard Beachwood in the Spring of 2024. Ms. Destiny has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. She also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard Child Development courses each year.

Ms. Stepheney started at The Goddard School Beachwood in March of 2025. She is currently working toward her Child Development Associate and has 4 years of experience working in early childcare. Ms. Stepheney has obtained her certification in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Prevention of Child Abuse. She attends to 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes each year.

Ms. Asunta has been with The Goddard School Beachwood since August 2023. She is currently an assistant teacher in the First Steps Classroom. Ms. Asunta has obtained her certifications in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Prevention of Child Abuse. Ms. Asunta also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education each year.

Ms. Krystal started at Goddard Beachwood in March of 2024. With a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Krystal bring experience in education and loves to foster relationships with families. Ms. Krystal has obtained her certification in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Prevention of Child Abuse. She attends to 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes each year.

Ms. Nautia has been with The Goddard School Beachwood since October 2022. She is currently one of the Co-Lead teachers in the Toddler One Classroom. Ms. Nautia has over 5 years of teaching experience. Ms. Nautia has obtained her certifications in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Prevention of Child Abuse. Ms. Nautia also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education each year.

Ms. Gevena started at Goddard Beachwood in the Spring of 2024. She graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. Ms. Gevena has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. She also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard Child Development courses each year.

Ms. Tanaijah has been with The Goddard Beachwood since June 2025. She is currently the Lead teacher in the Toddler 2 Classroom. Ms. Tanaijah has over 7 years of teaching experience formerly serving as a Director at a childcare facility. She has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently continuing her education to receive a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. She has obtained her certifications in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Prevention of Child Abuse. Ms. Tanaijah also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education each year.

Ms. Diamond is the assistant teacher in the Toddler Two Classroom. She has nearly 5 years of experience in early childcare serving as a teacher and a director. Ms. Diamond has obtained her certification in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Prevention of Child Abuse. She attends to 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes each year.

Mrs. Karnika started at Goddard Beachwood in the Summer of 2023. She comes to us with over 20 years' experience, teaching toddlers and preschool aged students. Ms. Karnika has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. She also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard Child Development courses each year.

Ms. Nia started at Goddard Beachwood in the Spring of 2024. She graduated from Notre Dame University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Nia has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. She also has completed 20 hours of Goddard Child Development hours this year.

Ms. Nicole started at Goddard Beachwood in the fall of 2023. She comes to us with over 15 years' experience in early childhood education. She graduated from Ashford University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Nicole has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. She also attends 20 hours or more of Childhood Development Courses each year.

Ms. Ashley has been with The Goddard School Beachwood since Spring 2025. She is currently the Co-Lead teacher in the Preschool Classroom. Ms. Ashley has obtained her certifications in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and Prevention of Child Abuse. Ms. Ashley also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education each year. She moved to Cleveland from San Francisco California. She loves dance, working with students and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Nick started at Goddard Beachwood in the fall of 2022. He graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree Early Childhood Education. Mr. Nick has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. He also attends 20 hours or more of Goddard Child Development Training courses each year. Mr. Nick is an avid running and loves participating in marathons.

Ms. Amy has been with The Goddard School of Beachwood since March of 2022. She has been in the education field 13 years with 10 years of experience in the special education field. Ms. Amy is currently working towards her CDA in preschool. She also attends to 15 hours or more of Step Up to Quality continuing education each year. She has obtained her certification in CPR, Frist Aid, Prevention of Communicable Disease and the Prevention of Child Abuse.

Ms. Shannon started at The Goddard School Beachwood in May of 2021. She obtained her CDA credential in August of 2022 and has an Associates of Arts Degree as of Spring 2025. Ms. Shannon has obtained her certification in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Prevention of Child Abuse. She attends to 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes each year.

Mrs. Maggie started at Goddard Beachwood in January of 2024. She graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Social Work. Mrs. Maggie has completed training in CPR and First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Recognition and Prevention of Child Abuse. She also attends 20 hours or more of Childhood Development Courses each year.

Ms. Amy started at The Goddard School of Beachwood in January of 2025. She has an Associates of Arts and Associates in applied science degrees. With nearly a decade of experience, Ms. Amy is a dedicated teaching professional. She has obtained her certification in CPR, First Aid, Prevention of Communicable Diseases and Prevention of Child Abuse. She attends to 20 hours or more of Goddard continuing education classes each year. Outside of school, she is a passionate wife and a mother to one of our own Goddard students!
