Our Goddard School Teachers

I am honored to be the on-site owner of the Avon Lake Goddard School. Our goal here is to create happy and confident learners through a fun, loving, and nurturing learning environment. Welcome to our school!

Miss Jody is our new Director and has been in the ECE field since 1994. She has a degree in business and a CDA in birth to 5 years. Miss Jody loves nature and lives surrounded by the metro parks with her husband, Tony, and their three cats! Miss Jody has lots of positive energy and loves bringing joy and kindness to others and is so happy to have joined the Goddard School in Avon Lake because joy and kindness is abundant here!

Miss Robin started with us in 2020 as a health and safety coordinator, then she spent time teaching our pre-toddlers. In 2023 she moved to the front office to join the management team! She is a busybody who is always looking for things to do to help the staff. Miss Robin is so kind and cares for all the teachers and children here at school.

Miss Becca has been with us since August 2018. She is so sweet and patient and has a very calm demeanor which makes her the perfect fit with our infants. When she is not multi-tasking here at school she enjoys doing yoga, reading, and spending time with her family.

Miss Faustyna will soon be entering the third year of her career in childcare having joined us in 2024. She has a very calm and sweet demeanor and loves spending time with our infants! She loves Disney and enjoys taking trips down to Orlando. We are happy to have watched her bloom and grow in her teaching position here at Goddard!

Miss Megan has been with our school since October of 2021. Miss Megan has a huge heart and is a dedicated teacher and friend. She enjoys watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.

Miss Fallon is a great addition to our teaching staff. She is sweet and eager to learn. She started off as a float/sub and earned herself a full-time position working with our toddlers. Miss Fallon enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and shopping. Miss Fallon is on pregnancy leave currently but will be back teaching the Minnows after her leave!

Miss Maya recently joined our school, bringing with her several years of valuable experience from another preschool. She has a kind heart, calm demeanor, and endless patience that quickly shine through. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team!

Miss Mallory has a degree in finance but has learned that she enjoys working with children rather than numbers! She has a very warm heart and is always willing to help out anywhere she is needed. Miss Mallory loves spending time with her family and cheering on the Cleveland Cavaliers!

Miss Kate brings many years of parenting experience and has recently returned to the workforce, excited to be part of our Goddard team. Her kind and nurturing nature shines through in everything she does. When she’s not at school, she loves spending quality time with her family.

Mack is a proud graduate of Kent State University, bringing a strong educational background and enthusiasm for early childhood development. With a passion for creating engaging and supportive learning environments, Mack is dedicated to helping each child grow and thrive. Outside of work, Mack enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with family and friends. We’re excited to welcome Mack to our team!.

Miss Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Bowling Green. She brings warmth, creativity, and a joyful energy to our preschool classroom. She loves helping children learn through play, exploration, and laughter. With her outgoing personality and fun-loving spirit, she creates a welcoming space where every child feels seen, supported, and excited to learn.

Miss Maya has a heart of gold and truly cares about all of the kids! She has jumped around and has helped us in most of the toddler rooms, but you can currently find her with the Jumping Jellyfish. Her hobbies include cooking, spending time with her pets, and going on road trips.

Miss Sam has been with the Goddard School since July of 2021. Miss Sam is a wonderful teacher and her students just love her! When she is not teaching kids here at school, she is at home spending time with her daughter who will be a Goddard Graduate in a few short years!

Miss Ana brings a calm and nurturing presence to the classroom. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is thrilled to be part of our team and looks forward to inspiring little learners as they discover the joy of learning each day!

Miss Hailee has her bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice but has found that what she really loves is working with kids. She also enjoys spending time at the lake and dancing. She has a calm presence and a smile that lights up the room. We look forward to watching Miss Hailee grow as a teacher!

Miss Erin joins our Goddard family as our new Pre-K teacher. She creates a fun, engaging classroom environment with her patient, encouraging nature; she inspires confidence and curiosity in her students every day. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys being outdoors, crafting, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family. We’re excited to have her as part of our team!

Miss Emma has been with us since November of 2025. As a float, Miss Emma brings a sweet calmness to every classroom she helps in. When she is not with us at the Goddard School, Miss Emma is studying psychology at school. She loves to spend time in nature and is always up for a good hike. Miss Emma has the hidden talent of playing the ukulele! She loves Italian food, especially pasta!

Miss Jessica recently joined our school, bringing with her several years of valuable experience from another preschool. While she may be a bit shy at first, her kind heart, calm demeanor, and endless patience quickly shine through. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team!
