    Ms. Maureen is the Educational Director at The Goddard School, bringing over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Since joining our team in 2013, she has worked in nearly every classroom, building strong connections with both families and teachers. Her deep understanding of our school’s philosophy and daily operations has made her an invaluable part of the leadership team. Prior to her current role, Ms. Maureen spent 11 years successfully managing a local nursery school, further enhancing her expertise in early childhood development. Her passion for education and commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment make her a trusted leader at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Allison is the Assistant Director at our school, bringing 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has a rich background working with children of all ages, from 18 months to school age. Allison began her journey with us as a lead teacher in our Crocodile Room in 2014, where she developed a deep connection with both children and families. Passionate about fostering a nurturing, individualized learning environment, she believes every child should be able to learn and grow at their own pace. Now in her new administrative role, Allison is thrilled to continue supporting our families and helping guide children toward success in a caring and engaging atmosphere.

    With over 35 years of experience in both early childhood education and business, Miss Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our team. Holding an Early Childhood degree from Dutchess Community College, she has been an integral part of our administrative team for over three years. Miss Kathy’s calm, nurturing approach creates a warm and supportive environment where children thrive. We’re proud to have her as part of our family!

Although she’s been with us for one year, she brings 4 years of valuable experience in childcare. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Special Education, Miss Tanya is dedicated to creating a nurturing, supportive environment where babies can thrive and reach their full potential. Her passion for early childhood development and her commitment to providing a safe, loving space for growth make her an exceptional educator and a wonderful asset to our school community.

    Meet Ms. Brianna, the dedicated lead teacher in the Crocodile Room at Goddard, where she has been inspiring young minds since 2021. With four years of experience, Ms. Brianna started her journey as a floater, gaining valuable insights and assisting in every classroom. Her passion for education is evident as she works towards her goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Education at SUNY New Paltz, Ms. Brianna already holds an Associate’s in Early Childhood/Childhood Education. Her well-rounded experience includes leading the School Age Summer Camp program in 2024, providing her with a strong foundation in working with children of all ages. Ms. Brianna is a firm believer in the power of hands-on learning. She creates an environment where children thrive through interactive play and creative expression allowing each child to feel welcomed and comfortable.

Her passion for fostering early development ensures that each child feels supported and loved every day.

Her patient and loving approach creates a supportive environment where children can flourish. Outside of the classroom, Miss Alli enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son.

She is passionate about engaging children in the creative arts and reading theme-related books by popular children's authors. A dedicated and caring teacher, Elizabeth encourages her students' growth while helping them develop independence and essential skills.

    Miss Laura is the assistant teacher in the Antelope Classroom, bringing over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early and Elementary Education (B–6th) and is passionate about inspiring curiosity and a love of learning. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old cat Rosie, hiking, paddle boarding, crafting, and playing games.
