Our Goddard School Teachers

Dr. Ryan Fisk brings over 20 years of pre-k to post-graduate educational experience, serving previously as a graduate-level professor, K-12 director of technology and educational technology specialist, and prior to that, as a health and PE teacher, department chair, and varsity/JV coach. As an educator with three children of his own (one of whom attended a Goddard School), Ryan is deeply passionate about child-centered learning and fostering social, emotional, and academic growth to prepare our youngest learners for K-12 and beyond. Ryan looks forward to bringing his leadership, instructional, and coaching experience, along with his true love for learning, to the Goddard School.

Rami is excited to be part of the ownership team of The Goddard School of Lenox Hill. Rami is a proud husband and father of three young children, Asees , Japna, and Kirpa who all graduated from The Goddard School. Along with his wife Ribli, they have had the privilege of running The Goddard Schools of Murray Hill and Stuytown for the past 8 years. Over the years, they’ve built a strong reputation for operating some of the top preschools in Manhattan and now thrilled to bring that same dedication and care to The Goddard School of Lenox Hill opening in early 2026. Prior to this, Rami worked in Corporate America for 15 years and has a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Pace University in NYC. In his spare time, Rami loves to cook, host friends, travel, and try new foods.

Tiffany brings 25 years in education experience and is excited to celebrate this milestone joining the Goddard School at Lenox Hill. Tiffany started her Early Childhood journey as a Lead Teacher in daycare centers throughout the city, transitioning to leadership roles and acquiring NYC DOHMH permits for several childcare programs in shelters across Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Tiffany’s love for children drives her commitment to continue her professional career with our youngest children in efforts to spark their love for learning. Witnessing families grow within our program and support children as they thrive developmentally and socially in a safe, nurturing environment remains her daily goal.

Makia is a creative, organized, and people-centered administrative professional with experience in office operations, customer service, and front desk management. With a background in performing arts, Makia brings strong communication skills, adaptability, and a welcoming presence to every role. She is passionate about creating positive environments for children, families, and staff and is excited to bring her administrative expertise and enthusiasm to our Goddard School.
