Hello! I’m Mr. Bill, the proud on-site owner and operator of The Goddard School in Ramsey since 2000—and now also in Paramus! As both an educator and a parent, I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children can thrive. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and as a proud father of two boys, I understand the importance of combining curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning. That’s why I love being part of The Goddard School family, where children discover, grow, and develop through play-based learning every single day. Hello! I’m Ms. Wendy, the proud onsite owner of The Goddard School. With over 15 years in finance and a Bachelor's in Accounting, I bring strong leadership and organizational skills. While my background is in finance, my true passion lies in early childhood education. As a mother of two grown children, I deeply understand the importance of laying a strong foundation for success. I believe a positive, engaging early education is a priceless gift. At The Goddard School, we create a nurturing, enriching environment where children grow and thrive. We are more than educators; we’re partners in your child’s development, committed to a safe, loving, and stimulating space. Hi, I'm Mr. Matt and I am the Operating Director. I started working at Goddard in November 2023. While my previous experience is as a manager in medical communications, I am excited to start my new career with Goddard. I have a bachelor's degree in marketing from Saint Joseph's University. I am looking forward to getting to know all the families, children and staff!

Hi, I’m Ms. Danielle and I am the Executive Director. I started working at the Goddard School in September 2006 as the Kindergarten Head Teacher. In 2012, I was promoted to Assistant Director and for two years I played a dual role as Assistant Director and Kindergarten Head Teacher. In June 2019, I was promoted to Director. I graduated Cum Laude from Towson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I love watching the children grow and learn and successfully meet the developmental goals set for them. The Goddard philosophy allows children to learn in a fun, safe environment and I truly believe that children thrive in our school.

Hi, I’m Ms. Alison. I have been working at the Goddard School since November 2008. Since August 2022, I have taken on a new role as Curriculum Support. Prior to this role I was the Head Teacher in Get Set 2 for 14 years. While I have college experience in Art Psychology, I also completed my CDA coursework. I have over 20 years of experience working with children from infants through pre-teens. I am also the mother of three young adults, which only adds to my knowledge of how to manage children of all ages. Prior to joining the Goddard Team, I was the Program Supervisor for Infants and Toddlers at another childcare facility. I now especially enjoy mentoring and supporting our teachers and helping them find new, creative ways to inspire learning in the children that we work with each day.

Hi, I'm Ms. Bri (Brianne) and I am the Pre-K 2 Head Teacher. I started working at the Ramsey Goddard School in August 2020 as the Kindergarten Teaching Assistant and in July 2021 I was promoted to Head Teacher in Pre-K. I also have previous experience working at another Goddard as a float and the Pre-K teacher for five years. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and I plan to go back to school to further my education. I have a passion to work with children and help them become the best person they can be. I am a very hard worker and I am up for any task. I am excited to start my new adventure with the Pre-K 2 class.

Hi, I'm Ms. Nicole and I recently started working at the Goddard School. I am happy to be the Pre-K 2 assistant. I graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree and have experience in both childcare and customer service. I’m excited to bring my skills and passion into the classroom to support the children’s learning and growth.

Hi, I’m Ms. Donna and am the Pre-K 1 Head Teacher. I have been working at the Goddard School since April 1997 with the Preschool and Pre-K age children. I have a degree in Elementary Education and I am CPR/First Aid Certified. I especially love watching the children grow and mature. Each year, my main goal is to build each child’s self-confidence and willingness to learn. I feel that with these goals each child will have the opportunity to master the necessary skills for the next level of development.

Hi, I'm Ms. Magdalena and I am the Pre-K 1 Teaching Assistant. I started at Goddard in June 2024. I have my CNA and experience working in nursing homes. I am excited to inspire young minds and help children explore the world around them in a caring and fun environment.

Hi, I'm Ms. Cori and I started at the Goddard School in September 2019 as the Pre-K 1 Teaching Assistant and in September 2020 I moved over to the Pre-K 2 classroom. I received my Master of Arts in Teaching for Early Childhood in May 2019. I have previously worked in childcare and currently coach a Girls U-13 soccer team. I am now excited to take on a new position as the Preschool 2 Head Teacher.

I'm Ms. Cheyenne and I started working as a float/assistant at Goddard in June 2025. I graduated from Ramapo College this summer with a bachelor's degree in education with a minor in psychology. I have prior experience working with children by volunteering at a library and babysitting. I have enjoyed getting to know the children and help them learn and grow as a part of the Goddard family. I am now excited in my new role as assistant teacher in the Preschool 2 classroom.

Hi, I'm Ms. Sydney and I am the Preschool 1 Head Teacher. I started working at the Goddard School in February 2022 and in December I found my permanent home with the Preschool 1 classroom. I love working with the children and getting to know each of them and their families.

Hi, I'm Ms. Allison and I started at Goddard in October 2024. After spending some time as a Float, I have settled in the Preschool 1 classroom as an assistant teacher. I graduated with my A.A.S. and spent time working with animals. However, I am excited to make this transition to help shape young minds, since it has been a dream of mine to work with children.

Hi, I'm Ms. Deanna and I am the Bridge C Head Teacher. I started working at Goddard in December 2023. I have previous experience babysitting children of different ages and also at another center. In the near future I will be attending Bergen Community College to obtain a degree in early childhood education. I love working with toddlers and I am looking forward to working with your child.

Hi, I'm Ms. Chyna and I have been a part of the staff at Goddard since December, 2023. I was a school float and assisted in all the rooms. I gained a lot of experience through my previous work at other childcare centers. I am dedicated to making learning enjoyable and interactive in a positive, engaging and inclusive environment for all of the children in my care. I am happy to now be assisting in the Bridge C classroom.

Hi, I'm Ms. Jasmine and I am the Bridge B Head Teacher. I started working at the Goddard School in November 2022 as the Get Set 1 Teaching Assistant and in April 2023 I was promoted to Head teacher in the Get Set 2 room, now called Bridge B. I have previous experience at another childcare center and I also have babysitting experience. I am currently enrolled in my CDA certification, which will be completed within the year. I am looking forward to learning about your children.

Hi! I'm Ms. Danasha. I started at Goddard in January 2025. My prior experience was working as a teacher assistant and a babysitter/nanny. My educational background is in health care, where I have an Associate's degree. I am, however, versatile in working with different age groups and I have enjoyed the experience that I gained while working as a float at the school. I am now excited in my new role as the assistant teacher in the Bridge B classroom.

Hi, I'm Ms. Ervonia and I am the Bridge A Head Teacher. I started working at Goddard in June 2023 as an assistant and was promoted in December to be the head teacher. I have previous experience at another childcare center and babysitting. . I am currently enrolled in my CDA certification, which will be completed within the year.

Hi! I'm Ms. Bailey and I started the Goddard School in October 2025 as a float and am now happy to be assisting in the Bridge A classroom. I have previously worked in summer camps and aftercare programs and recently graduated from the University of Delaware. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard community!

Hi, I'm Ms. Amie and I am the Head Teacher in the Twos classroom. I started working at Goddard in September 2023. I had previous experience at another center working with children ranging in age from 3 - 11 years old. After spending my first two years here as an assistant in the Pre-K and Toddlers classrooms, I am very excited to now take on this new role.

Hi, I'm Ms. Mary and I am the Toddlers Head Teacher. I started working at the Goddard School in September 2021 and have helped in most of the rooms! In January 2023, I was promoted to Head Teacher in First Steps, now Toddlers. I am currently working on the coursework to obtain my CDA. I most enjoy creating a fun learning environment for the children at Goddard.

Hi, I'm Ms. Kayla and I am assisting in the First Steps classroom. I joined the team in April 2024 and love working with the babies! I am new to the field but excited to gain more knowledge and experience as I spend more time in the classroom and get to know the children and families. It is so fulfilling to help the children grow and learn each day!

Hi! I'm Ms. Ashley and I joined the Goddard family in December 2025. I am a mom of three kids who are my world. I am also an experienced teacher's assistant, having worked with children of all ages, including some with challenging disabilities. I find joy in working with children and helping them learn and grow. I am enjoying assisting in the First Steps and Infant classrooms and helping nurture our youngest students!

Hi, I'm Ms. Lacey and I am the Lead Teacher in the Infant classroom. I began working at the Goddard School in April 2024 and was an assistant, then lead in the First Steps class, prior to moving to the Infant room. I have about 10 years' experience working with children and am currently enrolled at Montclair State university.

Hi, I’m Ms. Gina. Although I began at Goddard in June 2025, it feels like I have been here forever. I have been working with children for many years and enjoy it very much! The staff and children are amazing and I especially love working in the Infant Room with Ms. Lacey. I am looking forward to a great future of happiness here at Goddard.

Hi, I'm Ms. Melanie and I started working at Goddard in August of 2024 as the Lead Teacher in the Preschool 2 classroom. I have previous work experience at the Green Twig School and LEAP Preschool. Most recently, I was an assistant teacher at the Temple Emanuel ECP. I attended the Gettysburg College after graduating high school locally. I am now looking forward to my new role as the STEAM teacher.

Hi, I'm Ms. Ayesha and I am a school float. I started working at the Goddard School in January 2022. While I am mostly with the preschool friends, I do also help in the morning with the Get Set kiddos. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Pakistan and I am a mom of three. I am looking forward to getting to know the children and helping them grow and learn.

Hi, I'm Ms. Emily and I started working at Goddard in April 2025 as an assistant in the Twos A classroom and then assisted in the Bridge A classroom. I am excited to be a part a team that values early childhood education and development. My previous experience working with children was as a counselor at sleep away camp. I enjoy the hands-on experience I am now gaining with each of the age groups from helping out in the different classrooms each day.

Hi, I'm Ms. Leila and I began working at the Goddard School in September 2025 as a float. I am currently a freshman at Ramapo College as an education major. My previous work experience includes working in an art studio for the past three years, allowing my creative mind to flourish and establish connections. I look forward to bringing that experience to my interactions with all the children I work with here and in the future.

Hi, I'm Ms. Madison. I began working at the Goddard School in August as a float. I will be attending school to obtain certification as a medical assistant but am enjoying this opportunity to work with all the children and gain experience and knowledge working in all the classrooms.

Hi, I'm Ms. Tatiana and I began at the Goddard School in September 2025 as a float. I am currently attending Ramapo College. My work experience includes customer service and assistant teaching in two dance schools. I was a competitive dancer for thirteen years. I enjoy working with children and look forward to sharing in the Goddard learning community.
