Mr. Anthony is the father of three beautiful daughters and is a resident of Rivervale, NJ. His girls are his inspiration and are ultimately the reason he decided to open the Goddard School here in Norwood, NJ. His goal was to be able to provide a school where children can be safe, have fun and develop a lifelong love of learning. You can often see Mr. Anthony in the mornings greeting every child and parent that walks through our door. Many of the children like to end their day by giving him a “high-five.” Mr. Anthony is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Caroline has been the Director of Operations since February 2014. Prior to joining the Goddard Family, Ms. Caroline had experience working in Early Learning Centers in Arizona and New Jersey since 2004. Ms. Caroline discovered her passion for working with children in High School. While she attended Bergen Community College, she studied Early Childhood Education. She also studied Business Administration at Berkeley College. Ms. Caroline has also completed The Goddard School Director Development Program. She has also attended various other workshops and continuing education courses provided by Goddard Systems Inc. and Grow NJ Kids. She is CPR and First Aid Certified. Ms. Caroline is the parent of two beautiful girls and loves having them grow at Goddard. In her free-time, Ms. Caroline likes to spend time with her family and friends. Her husband and her love updating and redecorating their home in New Milford, NJ.

Ms. Nicole has been a part of The Goddard School since April of 2007 with 16 years of experience in Early Childhood from Infants through Junior Kindergarten age children. She currently has a CDA in Pre-School and Junior Kindergarten and is CPR and First Aid Certified. Ms. Nicole is a mother to her 2 beautiful daughters and her amazing son who resides in Dumont, NJ. While working with us, Ms. Nicole has spent her time as a teacher, Curricular Coordinator and is now our Director of Education, which she is very excited to continue spending her time within the classrooms to work alongside our teachers and students. Ms. Nicole’s goal is to give a helping hand and to guide children positively throughout their time in our care, socially, emotionally and academically.

Ms. Eunice has been apart of the Goddard family since 2013. She has a B.S. in Fashion Design from Syracuse University and worked in the fashion industry for 12 years before retiring to raise her children. Her love of teaching and guiding young children was evident as the Lead Teacher for 6 years in the infant classroom. While Ms. Eunice was an amazing asset to the infant room, the school was eager to have her grow into an administrative role. In 2019, Ms. Eunice was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations and assists the office and school with the daily operations. She is CPR & First Aid certified. She and her husband have 3 children and are life-long residents of Old Tappan. In her spare time, Ms. Eunice dedicates herself as a full-time soccer mom. You can find her on any soccer field in Northern, NJ!

Ms. Kerry has been a member of the Goddard family since October 2014. Her love for children comes from being 1 of 5 children. Ms. Kerry graduated from Bergen Community College with her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is also is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate with a specialized concentration in Infant-Toddler care. Ms. Kerry has worked in every classroom of The Goddard School but has now found her home as the Lead Teacher in our Infant class. She loves forming special bonds with all the babies in her class! Her warm and nurturing personality makes her the perfect fit for the infant room! She has wonderful communication skills that put first time parents at ease. She is always open and available to discuss your child’s developmental needs and milestones. She is also CPR & First Aid Certified. In her free time, Ms. Kerry likes having a great cup of coffee and going on hiking adventures with her boyfriend.

Ms. Kelsey became a member of the Goddard team in 2023. She joins our staff after graduating from Pascack Valley High School. She has experience working as a private caregiver and is eager to learn more about Early Childhood Education. She believes that teachers have a huge role for future generations. Ms. Kelsey feels it’s her duty as an educator and caregiver to make sure each student is in a safe, open, and supportive environment. She wants to make a commitment to the needs of her students to provide them with the best. Ms. Kelsey is a warm and nurturing teacher that always has a smile on her face! She is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Damarys joined the Goddard Family in 2020. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Damarys worked at the Goddard School in Suffern, NY where she learned of her passion for working with young children. Ms. Damarys is currently a student at Rockland Community College where she is studying Early Childhood Education. Ms. Damarys has spent time working in all of our classrooms such as Preschool, Get Set, and now Toddlers! She is so happy to have found a home in Toddler 1 and loves making connections with her students. Ms. Damarys loves reading stories to her Toddler friends and engaging them in conversation while also encouraging independence and language skills. Ms. Damarys is also bilingual as she fluently speaks English and Spanish. She is also CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Stefanie joined the Goddard faculty in 2021. She comes to our School with many years of experience working as a Lead Teacher. She previously attended Johnson and Wales University and studied at Berkeley College. Ms. Stefanie had previously worked as a Lead Teacher for 5 years and is excited to join our Toddler class as a Lead Teacher. She loves working with children of all ages but, the little ones are her favorite! She spends time with each and every child to create a bond so they can be comfortable and confident learners in her class. She encourages her “littles” to learn through play and she creates a kind and nurturing environment for all. In her spare time, Ms. Stefanie enjoys working out, playing softball, and candle shopping!

Ms. Vanessa joined the Goddard team in 2023. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Vanessa graduated from St. Mary’s and had many years of experience working in a preschool setting. She enjoys working with children of all ages and spent a lot of her career working as a Lead Preschool teacher. She believes in making learning fun while allowing children to explore in a positive and structured environment. Ms. Vanessa is a warm and bubbly individual and loves being hands-on with her students. Working with children makes her day as she brings positivity to the classroom. She is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Paige joined the Goddard Team in June of 2016. She graduated from Ramapo College and earned her BS in Psychology. Ms. Paige studied Education at Bergen Community College prior to completing her bachelor’s degree. Ms. Paige is very sweet by nature and loves to engage with the children in her care. She has a very patient and calm demeanor which always creates a nurturing environment for her students. Ms. Paige has worked in every classroom of our school and continues to grow with her students every year. She has spent a lot of her tenure working with Toddlers and Preschool! She feels as though children learn best through a great teacher and a generally eager to learn. Her positive attitude makes her a great asset to our school. She is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Val first joined the Goddard staff in August 2018. She has explored other opportunities between the years but is so happy to be back in our classrooms. She is a graduate of Dumont High School and also attended Parisian Beauty Academy. Ms. Val has spent a lot of time in our Junior Kindergarten and Preschool classrooms. She was also a paraprofessional for elementary school students. Ms. Val loves working with children and making sure they are safe and happy while in her care. Ms. Valerie has a bubbly personality and always has her students laughing! She is always ready to greet you with a smile and we adore her positivity. Ms. Val is also CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Kati joined our Goddard family in 2009. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Kati attended St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY and studied Liberal Arts at Bergen Community College. It was in college that Ms. Kati discovered her passion for teaching as she always loved working with young children. Upon joining our team, Ms. Kati was the Lead Teacher of our Get Set classroom for 8 years. In 2019, Ms. Kati was promoted to Lead Teacher of Preschool. Her classroom is always a happy and positive environment that has also earned the moniker "Candyland" by one of her students. Ms. Kati builds special bonds with all of her students and their families. Her natural nuture gives her students comfort while her experience and education gives them lots of fun and learning in a Preschool class. Ms. Kati and her husband are proud parents to two adorable children. She is also CPR and First-Aid certified.

Ms. Maria joined the Goddard family in September 2011. Prior to joining our school, Ms. Maria studied Education at William Patterson University. She taught and choreographed dance for over 18 years to children and adults. Ms. Maria has worked with infants and toddlers for over a decade. Her goal is to “learn something new every day” and shares this idea within the classroom and with her twin daughters. While Ms. Maria has worked in every classroom in our school, for the last 6 years, Ms. Maria had found her home in Preschool 1. While Ms. Maria was an amazing preschool teacher, it was time for her grow and she accepted the promotion to Junior Kindergarten 1 in 2020. Ms. Maria also spends time as an administrator helping out in the office and giving tours to new families. Ms. Maria is also CPR and First-Aid certified.

Ms. Lisa joined the Goddard Family in 2009. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Lisa worked as an Assistant Teacher in a Kindergarten classroom for many years. Ms. Lisa brings a tremendous amount of heart and soul into our school. Not only does she give every child lots of love and care, but she also is responsible for all our classroom and school décor. You can always tell when Ms. Lisa has been involved in a project. She is the mother of three and has also recently welcomed her first grandchild. Ms. Lisa loves working in all of our classroom, but she has a knack for working with our babies! She treats each child as if they are her own and she adds the perfect balance of her mothering nature along with her many many years of experience. Ms. Lisa is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Lauren joined the Goddard team in 2023. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Lauren was a Goddard Parent as both of her children attended the school when she decided to pursue a career change and work with children. Being that she is a mother of two, Ms. Lauren is a natural in the classroom. She has her BA in Business Administration from Dominican College and decided to leave the corporate world to gain more experience working in childcare. She is a bubbly and warm individual that is the perfect fit for our infant program. She believes children learn through love, attention, and care. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Emily joined the Goddard team in 2021. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Emily had two years of experience working with young children in a school setting. She also had experience working as a nanny. She is currently a full-time student at Saint Thomas Aquinas College where she is majoring in Educational Studies. Ms. Emily loves working with children of all ages but has found a home in the Infant class as she absolutely adores working with our babies! Ms. Emily has a bright smile with a warm and calm demeanor which makes her the perfect addition to the class. She has a special way with each of our students and she loves engaging with everyone. In her spare time, Ms. Emily loves to hike and walk her dogs. Ms. Emily is also CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Doris joined the Goddard family in 2022. After a lengthy career in retail, Ms. Doris decided to make a career change that would better reflect her passion: working with children. Ms. Doris believes that children are our future and it’s important to give them a great foundation in our school before moving up to kindergarten. Ms. Doris is a mother of two and a longtime resident of Bergenfield, NJ. She joins our team with an eagerness to learn more about the early education field. Ms. Doris is a nurturer with a big heart. She is always positive and walks in each day with a bright smile on her face. She loves working with children of all ages and is enjoying her time in First Steps. She is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Holly has been a member of the Goddard family since 2008. She loves working with children and having a positive influence in their lives. Ms. Holly studied Social Science and earned her Associates Degree from Bergen Community College. She is continuing her education and currently studying at Ramapo College, in Ramapo, NJ. She's also currently studying to earn her CDA in the Preschool age group. Ms. Holly has a passion for teaching children and helping to make a difference in our future generation. While Ms. Holly has spent time in every single classroom of the Goddard School, it was Junior Kindergarten that always seemed like the perfect fit. Ms. Holly accepted the position of Lead Teacher of Junior Kindergarten 2 in 2019. Ms. Holly and her husband welcomed their first child in the spring of 2019. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Any joined the Goddard School in 2023. She joins our staff with many years of experience working with children. For many years, Ms. Any drove a school bus which piqued her interest in working with children in a more hands-on environment. Ms. Any enrolled in the CDA program to begin her education in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Any is also a proud mother of 3. She is a team player and loves working with children of all ages. She has a bubbly and vibrant personality and is a wonderful nurturer. She believes that all children are special, and she is excited to be a part of their early learning. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Alisson joined the Goddard faculty in 2022. Ms. Alisson recently relocated to the area and has experience working with Toddlers at a previous center. Ms. Alisson graduated from Farmingdale Senior High School and wanted to pursue a career working with young children. She views herself as a patient, caring, and loving individual which makes her a perfect fit to work among our team. Ms. Alisson enjoys working with a Toddler age group but is excited to spend time with any age group. She enjoys hands-on learning that keeps students engaged while having fun. In her free time, Ms. Alisson likes to shop and cook!

Ms. Melanie became a member of the Goddard team in 2022. She joined our staff as a new career path that she is eager to excel in. Ms. Melanie always had a love for working with children and she is excited to grow and learn at our School. Ms. Melanie had previous experience working as a counselor in the Bronx. She also spent 3 years working in an elementary school creating lesson plans and supervising activities. Ms. Melanie studied Early Childhood Education at Hostos Community College before relocating. Ms. Melanie is bilingual and also enjoys teaching ASL. Ms. Melanie is very family oriented and always treats people with kindness. She wants to be a positive role model for the students in her care. In her free time, Ms. Melanie enjoys spending time with family, going to different restaurants, and shopping.

Ms. Riley joined the Goddard team in 2020. She recently graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S in Human Development and Family Studies. This year, Ms. Riley will continue her education at NYU where she plans to earn her master’s in social work. Ms. Riley is a great team player and is always happy and ready to help. She does great working with children of all ages but has a particular interest in working with some of our youngest students! She builds special bonds with her students and always makes the time to come back and visit when she’s always for school. Ms. Riley is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Taylor joined the Goddard family in December 2021. She is a current college student and joined our team to learn more about Early Childhood Education from a first-hand experience. Ms. Taylor has a very sweet and kind personality. She’s an asset to any classroom she works in. She loves getting down on the child’s level and encouraging their imagination. From babies to preschoolers, Ms. Taylor is able to adapt her activities to every age group. We love watching her connect with students and build special bonds. Ms. Taylor has a hands-on approach and is always busy helping where she can. She is great with every age group and we’re excited to see her grow with us. Ms. Taylor is also CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Michelle became a member of the Goddard faculty in 2022. Ms. Michelle recently relocated to Northern New Jersey and joins our team with years of experience working with young children. She earned her degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she studied Liberal Arts & Spanish. Ms. Michelle has experience in both the classroom setting and as a private nanny. She loves working with children of all ages and enjoys spending time floating from classroom to classroom. Ms. Michelle is warm and bubbly in nature and isn’t afraid to be silly and encourages her students to be themselves. In her free time, Ms. Michelle spends her time with family, friends, and her two cats! She’s CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Sara joined the Goddard family in 2024. After graduating from The College of New Jersey with her degree in Civil Engineering, Ms. Sara decided she wanted a career changed and pursued working in a local elementary school. While there, Ms. Sara had the opportunity to work with preschoolers and she realized it was something she wanted to take on in a full-time capacity. We are so grateful that she did because Ms. Sara is a natural fit for working with children. She has a hands-on approach to help children problem solve and be a positive influence on her students. She understands that all children have different needs, and she brings a balanced approach to the way she teaches. Ms. Sara is also CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Sarah joined the Goddard faculty in 2023. Prior to joining the team, Ms. Sarah had experience working as an Assistant Teacher. She attended Bergen Community College where she studied Fashion & Fine Arts. Ms. Sarah discovered her passion for working with young children as she had a natural ability to work with toddlers and preschoolers. Ms. Sarah is bilingual and incorporates Spanish into her daily activities in the classroom. From singing songs walking down the hallway to teaching colors and numbers, Ms. Sarah loves being a part of the action in any classroom. She believes all children should enter and leave her class with a smile on their face. She is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Mr. Adam joined the Goddard team in 2023. Prior to joining our faculty, Mr. Adam was the Kiddie Soccer coach and we were able to witness first hand his enthusiasm for working with children. Once his season ended, he joined our faculty full-time and has been an Assistant Teacher in both our Junior Kindergarten and Preschool classes. Mr. Adam is a certified Physical Therapy Aide but is currently pursuing a career in childcare. Both of his parents were teachers, which fostered Mr. Adam’s desire to also work in a classroom. Mr. Adam always brings a positive attitude to the class and wants the students in his care to have fun while learning. Mr. Adam is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Jade joined the Goddard team in 2023. Prior to joining our staff, she attended Suny Oneonta where she studied Business Administration. While in college, Ms. Jade decided she wanted to pursue a different career path and wanted to gain experience working in Early Childhood Education. She had experience working with young children as a Sunday School teacher and realized she had a passion for working with children. Ms. Jade loves working with children of all ages but has found a home in Preschool 3. She loves making connections and building relationships with her students while also teaching them something new each day. Ms. Jade is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Kiera became a member of the Goddard team in 2021. She is a recent graduate of William Paterson University where she earned her BA in a dual major of Disability Studies and Liberal Studies. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Kiera worked volunteered at various special needs programs with preschool age children. Ms. Kiera brings a special level of love and compassion to her class. She takes the time to know her students individually to help meet their needs and milestones. Her kindness and soft nature bring her students lots of comfort while she also makes sure they are having fun! In her spare time, Ms. Kiera enjoys different hobbies such as being the Captain of her Color Guard! She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Jean joined the Goddard Team in September 2021. While she is new to our school, she is not new to the education field. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Jean worked as an Assistant Teacher in a Kindergarten class for 8 years. She loves working with children of all ages but is especially excited to work in our Junior Kindergarten class. Ms. Jean's experience and education will help to prepare our little learners for their next journey in kindergarten. Her kind and patient nature makes her a perfect fit for our team. Ms. Jean studied at Bergen Community College and is currently continuing ongoing education credits including webinars provided by Goddard Systems Inc. In her free time, Ms. Jean loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her son.

Ms. Ivana became a member of the Goddard team in 2023. She initially sought our school out for her 3 children and decided to make a career change and work in the early education field. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Ivana was an attorney and graduated from Pace University. Ms. Ivana is full of energy and positivity and is always ready to have fun in the classroom. She spent most of her first year at Goddard working in Preschool 3 and our Senior Camp classroom. This year, she took on a new adventure as our Outdoor Classroom Teacher and she is doing amazing things with all of our students! Ms. Ivana is also CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Megan joined the Goddard family in September 2021. She is a graduate of Pascack Valley High School and is a current college student studying Early Childhood Education. Ms. Megan is very kind-hearted and has a very gentle approach when it comes to interacting with any age group. You can find her rocking a baby and feeding a bottle or out on the playground with our Preschoolers playing a game of tag. Ms. Megan is great in any classroom and loves to give a helping hand where needed. Ms. Megan is considered a “floater” because of her flexibility in working in all of our classrooms. She will always great you with a smile! Ms. Megan is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Mia became a member of the Goddard faculty in 2022. She is a college student that found her passion working with young children. Last year, Ms. Mia spent most of her time working in our Junior Kindergarten program. She is a great fit in any classroom she works in. She has a kind and patient demeanor, and our students naturally flock to her. Ms. Mia always has a positive attitude, and we are grateful to have her learn and grow with our students. While she is currently part-time at the Goddard School, she hopes to join the faculty in a full-time position in the next year. She is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Jessica joined the Goddard team in 2022. She is a graduate of Pearl River High School and currently attends Rockland Community College where she studies Psychology. Prior to joining our faculty, Ms. Jessica was a Sunday School Teacher and that’s where she developed her passion for teaching children. Ms. Jessica has always been around young children and really enjoys working in a classroom setting. Her goal is to always be patient and understanding. Ms. Jessica loves helping out in every classroom. She has a special connection with Preschoolers and you can often find her in Preschool 3. Ms. Jessica is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Karina joined the Goddard team in 2024. She is new to the childcare and Early Childhood Education industry and is eager to learn more about child development and assisting in classrooms. Ms. Karina recently relocated to New York before finding The Goddard School. Ms. Karina is fluent in Spanish and loves helping out in all of our classrooms. She is a nurturer by nature and especially loves spending time in Infants and First Steps! Ms. Karina assists the entire school and always greats you with a smile!
