Proudly serving the Norwood community for 20 years, as a father of three wonderful daughters, Mr. Anthony understands the importance of providing a nurturing, safe, and fun environment for children. His own daughters are his inspiration, which led him to open the Goddard School in Norwood, NJ. He is passionate about creating a place where children not only feel secure, but also develop a lifelong love of learning. Every morning, Mr. Anthony is there to personally greet each child and parent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk through our doors. Many of the children love to end their day by giving him a “high-five,” a testament to the strong, positive relationships he builds with each child. Mr. Anthony is CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring your child's safety is always his top priority. His commitment to fostering a positive, engaging environment makes him a key part of what makes the Goddard School in Norwood so special.

Ms. Caroline has served as the Director of Operations at our Goddard School since February 2014. Her career in early childhood education began in 2004, and she has since gained valuable experience at Early Learning Centers in Arizona and New Jersey. Her love for working with children blossomed in high school, and she pursued her passion by studying Early Childhood Education at Bergen Community College, followed by Business Administration at Berkeley College. To ensure she’s always offering the best to the children and families she serves, Ms. Caroline has completed The Goddard School Director Development Program and continues to attend professional development workshops through Goddard Systems Inc. As a proud parent of two wonderful girls, Ms. Caroline understands the importance of creating a nurturing, enriching environment for children to grow and thrive. She is also CPR and First Aid Certified, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.

Ms. Nicole has been a valued member of The Goddard School since April 2007, bringing 16 years of experience in early childhood education, working with children from Infants through Junior Kindergarten. With a deep commitment to fostering growth and learning, she holds a CDA in Pre-School and Junior Kindergarten and is CPR and First Aid certified A dedicated mother of two daughters and a son, and understands firsthand the importance of a nurturing, supportive environment for children. Throughout her tenure at The Goddard School, she has worn many hats – from teacher to Curricular Coordinator – and is now thrilled to serve as our Director of Education. In this role, she continues to spend time in the classrooms, working closely with our talented team of educators to inspire and empower both teachers and students. Her mission is to guide each child in her care to grow socially, emotionally, and academically, ensuring they have the strong foundation they need to succeed.

Ms. Eunice has been a proud member of The Goddard School family since 2013, bringing a diverse background and a passion for early childhood education. With a B.S. in Fashion Design from Syracuse University, she spent 12 years in the fashion industry before deciding to focus on raising her children. Her natural love for teaching and guiding young children led her to serve as the Lead Teacher in the infant classroom for six years, where she made a lasting impact on the lives of many little ones. Recognizing her talent and dedication, Ms. Eunice transitioned into an administrative role in 2019 and was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations. In this role, she plays an integral part in managing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Ms. Eunice and her husband have three children, and she understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child.

Ms. Margaux has spent more than a decade working in early childhood education, beginning as a preschool teacher for 3-year-olds and later growing into the role of Assistant Director at The Goddard School. She loves creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences and believes children learn best when they feel supported, curious, and encouraged to explore. She holds a degree in Psychology, is CPR certified, and completed her CDA credential. Margaux’s career also took her abroad, where she taught Spanish, English, Science, and Cultural Studies to students from kindergarten through high school, blending academics with creativity and global awareness. Above all, she enjoys working with children and fostering environments that spark imagination, build confidence, and nurture a love of learning.

Ms. Kerry has been a member of the Goddard family since October 2014. Her love for children comes from being 1 of 5 children. Ms. Kerry graduated from Bergen Community College with her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is also is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate with a specialized concentration in Infant-Toddler care. Ms. Kerry has worked in every classroom of The Goddard School but has now found her home as the Lead Teacher in our Infant class. She loves forming special bonds with all the babies in her class! Her warm and nurturing personality makes her the perfect fit for the infant room! She has wonderful communication skills that put first time parents at ease. She is always open and available to discuss your child’s developmental needs and milestones. Ms. Kerry and her husband welcomed their first baby in late 2024! She is also CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Kelsey became a member of the Goddard team in 2023. She joins our staff after graduating from Pascack Valley High School. She has experience working as a private caregiver and is eager to learn more about Early Childhood Education. She believes that teachers have a huge role for future generations. Ms. Kelsey feels it’s her duty as an educator and caregiver to make sure each student is in a safe, open, and supportive environment. She wants to make a commitment to the needs of her students to provide them with the best. Ms. Kelsey is a warm and nurturing teacher that always has a smile on her face! She is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Gwyn became a member of the Goddard faculty in 2024. She joined our team with years of experience as a Preschool Assistant Teacher. She is a graduate of both Bergen Community College and Ramapo College of New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is also currently pursuing her CDA. Her teaching philosophy is to make her students feel capable of doing anything! Ms. Gwyn is a very patient and kind caregiver that wants to help her students thrive. She enjoys working with children of all ages. Ms. Gwyn is also CPR & First Aid certified. In her free time, Ms. Gwyn enjoys singing and writing.

Ms. Stefanie joined the Goddard faculty in 2021. She comes to our School with many years of experience working as a Lead Teacher. She previously attended Johnson and Wales University and studied at Berkeley College. Ms. Stefanie had previously worked as a Lead Teacher for 5 years and is excited to join our Toddler class as a Lead Teacher. She loves working with children of all ages but, the little ones are her favorite! She spends time with each and every child to create a bond so they can be comfortable and confident learners in her class. She encourages her “littles” to learn through play and she creates a kind and nurturing environment for all. In her spare time, Ms. Stefanie enjoys working out, playing softball, and candle shopping!

Ms. Vanessa joined the Goddard team in 2023. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Vanessa graduated from St. Mary’s and had many years of experience working in a preschool setting. She enjoys working with children of all ages and spent a lot of her career working as a Lead Preschool teacher. She believes in making learning fun while allowing children to explore in a positive and structured environment. Ms. Vanessa is a warm and bubbly individual and loves being hands-on with her students. Working with children makes her day as she brings positivity to the classroom. She is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Paige joined the Goddard Team in June of 2016. She graduated from Ramapo College and earned her BS in Psychology. Ms. Paige studied Education at Bergen Community College prior to completing her bachelor’s degree. Ms. Paige is very sweet by nature and loves to engage with the children in her care. She has a very patient and calm demeanor which always creates a nurturing environment for her students. Ms. Paige has worked in every classroom of our school and continues to grow with her students every year. She has spent a lot of her tenure working with Toddlers and Preschoolers which makes her role in Bridge 2 a natural fit for her! She feels as though children learn best through a great teacher and a generally eager to learn. Her positive attitude makes her a great asset to our school. She is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Kati joined our Goddard family in 2009. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Kati attended St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY and studied Liberal Arts at Bergen Community College. It was in college that Ms. Kati discovered her passion for teaching as she always loved working with young children. Upon joining our team, Ms. Kati was the Lead Teacher of our Get Set classroom for 8 years. In 2019, Ms. Kati was promoted to Lead Teacher of Preschool. Her classroom is always a happy and positive environment that has also earned the moniker "Candyland" by one of her students. Ms. Kati builds special bonds with all of her students and their families. Her natural nuture gives her students comfort while her experience and education gives them lots of fun and learning in a Preschool class. Ms. Kati and her husband are proud parents to two adorable children. She is also CPR and First-Aid certified.

Ms. Michelle became a member of the Goddard faculty in 2022. Ms. Michelle recently relocated to Northern New Jersey and joins our team with years of experience working with young children. She earned her degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she studied Liberal Arts & Spanish. Ms. Michelle has experience in both the classroom setting and as a private nanny. She loves working with children of all ages and enjoys spending time floating from classroom to classroom. Ms. Michelle is warm and bubbly in nature and isn’t afraid to be silly and encourages her students to be themselves. Ms. Michelle also teaches our Spanish enrichment program to all classrooms on Friday. In her free time, Ms. Michelle spends her time with family, friends, and her cat! She’s CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Maria joined the Goddard family in September 2011. Prior to joining our school, Ms. Maria studied Education at William Patterson University. She taught and choreographed dance for over 18 years to children and adults. Ms. Maria has worked with infants and toddlers for over a decade. Her goal is to “learn something new every day” and shares this idea within the classroom and with her twin daughters. While Ms. Maria has worked in every classroom in our school, for the last 6 years, Ms. Maria had found her home in Preschool 1. While Ms. Maria was an amazing preschool teacher, it was time for her grow and she accepted the promotion to Pre-K in 2020. Ms. Maria also spends time as an administrator helping out in the office and giving tours to new families. Ms. Maria is also CPR and First-Aid certified.

Ms. Holly has been a member of the Goddard family since 2008. She loves working with children and having a positive influence in their lives. Ms. Holly studied Social Science and earned her Associates Degree from Bergen Community College. She is continuing her education and currently studying at Ramapo College, in Ramapo, NJ. She's also currently studying to earn her CDA in the Preschool age group. Ms. Holly has a passion for teaching children and helping to make a difference in our future generation. While Ms. Holly has spent time in every single classroom of the Goddard School, it was Junior Kindergarten that always seemed like the perfect fit. Ms. Holly accepted the position of Lead Teacher of Junior Kindergarten 2 in 2019. On Mondays, Ms. Holly visits each classroom with a prepared ASL activity that is age appropriate and theme related. Ms. Holly and her husband welcomed their first child in the spring of 2019. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Lisa joined the Goddard family in 2009 after many years of experience as an Assistant Teacher in a Kindergarten classroom. She brings a tremendous amount of heart and creativity to our school, giving every child love and care while also making her mark through her beautiful classroom and school décor—you can always tell when Ms. Lisa has been involved in a project! A proud mother of three and grandmother to two Goddard students, Ms. Lisa loves working in all of our classrooms. Her creativity and passion for hands-on learning have led her to lead our Outdoor Classroom, where she brings STEAM to life in fun and exciting ways. The Outdoor Classroom is truly extra special thanks to Ms. Lisa’s unique touch.

Ms. Ilaiza joined the Goddard team in 2022. She found our school by joining an internship while in high school. Now a recent graduate, Ms. Ilaiza attends Montclaie State University while also working full-time. She has a special connection with babies which made her a natural fit for our infant classroom. She loves getting on the floor and playing with our babies and taking them for strolls outside. Her energy is always positive and we're grateful to have her on our faculty. In her spare time, Ms. Ilaiza enjoys going out with her friends and making new memories. She is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Anne joined the Goddard family in 2025 after making a career change following more than 30 years at her previous company. With a keen eye for detail and a willingness to help wherever needed, she quickly became a seamless addition to our Infant team. Always greeting families with a warm smile, Ms. Anne helps our little ones and their parents feel at ease during dropoff. A strong communicator and dedicated team player, she is always eager to lend a hand. Ms. Anne is CPR and First Aid certified and has also completed additional Infant/Toddler and SIDS training to ensure she provides the highest level of care to our students.

Ms. Doris joined the Goddard family in 2022. After a lengthy career in retail, Ms. Doris decided to make a career change that would better reflect her passion: working with children. Ms. Doris believes that children are our future and it’s important to give them a great foundation in our school before moving up to kindergarten. Ms. Doris is a mother of two and a longtime resident of Bergenfield, NJ. She joins our team with an eagerness to learn more about the early education field. Ms. Doris is a nurturer with a big heart. She is always positive and walks in each day with a bright smile on her face. She loves working with children of all ages and is enjoying her time in First Steps. She is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Karina joined the Goddard team in 2024. She is new to the childcare and Early Childhood Education industry and is eager to learn more about child development and assisting in classrooms. Ms. Karina recently relocated to New York before finding The Goddard School. Ms. Karina is fluent in Spanish and loves helping out in all of our classrooms. She is a nurturer by nature and especially loves spending time in Infants and Toddlers! Ms. Karina assists the entire school and always greats you with a smile!

Ms. Maria joined the Goddard Team in 2024, bringing her lifelong connection to our school full circle. A proud Goddard School graduate herself, her positive experiences as a child inspired her to return as a teacher. Ms. Maria earned her degree from Rutgers University, where she studied Psychology and Biological Sciences, with a particular passion for pediatric studies. She is also a licensed EMT and approaches every situation with optimism and resilience. Her goal is to radiate positivity and kindness in everything she does. While she loves working with children of all ages, she’s especially excited to have found her home in the Toddlers classroom. Ms. Maria’s creativity, energy, and enthusiasm bring joy to her students every day. Ms. Maria is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Ms. Karen joined The Goddard School in 2025, bringing previous experience as a Preschool Assistant Teacher. She earned her degree in Fashion Marketing from The Berkeley School before discovering her true passion for working with children. As a mother of four, Ms. Karen understands the individual needs of each child and cares for them as if they were her own. Her kindness and hands-on approach make her an asset to our school community, and her loving nature makes her a wonderful fit in our Toddler classroom. Ms. Karen is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Alejandra joined The Goddard School in 2025 with four years of experience as a Lead Toddler Teacher. A graduate of Bergenfield High School, she first discovered her passion for working with children while serving as a Nurse Assistant at a children’s hospital. Always greeting others with a bright smile and a helping hand, Ms. Alejandra brings both warmth and experience to our team. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys introducing our students to a new language. Outside of the classroom, she loves spending time with family and friends and pursuing her second passion as a make-up artist. Ms. Alejandra is also CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Sital became a member of the Goddard faculty in 2024. She joined our team with 3 years of experience as a Lead Preschool teacher and is also a mother to two young children. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and during the pandemic, made a career change while assisting as a Bus Aide for young students. She realized she had a natural talent for working with young children and decided to pursue Early Childhood Education full-time. She is eager to share her positive approach with our students and creating a fun and safe learning environment while they are in her care. Ms. Sital is CPR & FIrst Aid certified.

Ms. Marisa joined the Goddard team in 2024. She is a graduate of Montclair State University where she studied History and Journalism. She joined our team due to her love of working with young children. Ms. Marisa has previous experience as a Camp Counselor and Preschool Assistant Teacher. She has a passion for teaching and hopes to have her own class one day. Ms. Marisa enjoys building relationships with her students and making them feel happy and comfortable in the classroom. You can often find her with a child on her lap as she gives her students lots of love. Ms. Marisa is also CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Chloe joined The Goddard School team in 2024. She is a recent graduate of Dumont High School and currently attends Bergen Community College. Before joining our team, Ms. Chloe discovered her passion for working with young children through various babysitting experiences. This interest led her to participate in a high school work program that allowed her to learn and work at The Goddard School during her school day. After school, she continued as a teacher assistant and, upon graduating, transitioned into a full-time role. Since then, Ms. Chloe has enjoyed working in all our classrooms and is now pleased to be part of the Bridge 2 class, where she loves engaging with students at their level. She believes children are naturally curious and strives to foster a safe and fun environment where they can explore, learn, and truly be themselves. Ms. Chloe is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Jade joined the Goddard team in 2023. Prior to joining our staff, she attended Suny Oneonta where she studied Business Administration. While in college, Ms. Jade decided she wanted to pursue a different career path and wanted to gain experience working in Early Childhood Education. She had experience working with young children as a Sunday School teacher and realized she had a passion for working with children. Ms. Jade loves working with children of all ages but has found a home in Preschool 1. She loves making connections and building relationships with her students while also teaching them something new each day. Ms. Jade is CPR & First Aid Certified.

Ms. Melanie became a member of the Goddard team in 2022. She joined our staff as a new career path that she is eager to excel in. Ms. Melanie always had a love for working with children and she is excited to grow and learn at our School. Ms. Melanie had previous experience working as a counselor in the Bronx. She also spent 3 years working in an elementary school creating lesson plans and supervising activities. Ms. Melanie studied Early Childhood Education at Hostos Community College before relocating. Ms. Melanie is bilingual and also enjoys teaching ASL. Ms. Melanie is very family oriented and always treats people with kindness. She wants to be a positive role model for the students in her care. In her free time, Ms. Melanie enjoys spending time with family, going to different restaurants, and shopping.

Ms. Kiera became a member of the Goddard team in 2021. She is a recent graduate of William Paterson University where she earned her BA in a dual major of Disability Studies and Liberal Studies. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Kiera worked volunteered at various special needs programs with preschool age children. Ms. Kiera brings a special level of love and compassion to her class. She takes the time to know her students individually to help meet their needs and milestones. Her kindness and soft nature bring her students lots of comfort while she also makes sure they are having fun! In her spare time, Ms. Kiera enjoys different hobbies such as being the Captain of her Color Guard! She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Jean joined the Goddard Team in September 2021. Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Jean worked as an Assistant Teacher in a Kindergarten class for 8 years. She loves working with children of all ages but is especially excited to work in our Junior Kindergarten class. Ms. Jean's experience and education will help to prepare our little learners for their next journey in kindergarten. Her kind and patient nature makes her a perfect fit for our team. Ms. Jean studied at Bergen Community College and is currently continuing ongoing education credits including webinars provided by Goddard Systems Inc. In her free time, Ms. Jean loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her son.

Mr. Sean joined the Goddard team in June 2022. He currently studies Education at The Ramapo College of New Jersey. Mr. Sean is aways eager to help in any way that he can. Whether it be with our Senior Camp class or helping around the school, Mr. Sean always does it with a smile. Our classes get so excited when Mr. Sean comes in the room. He has a natural gift for working with children and is a great example for our students to look up to. He is CPR & First Aid certified.

Ms. Erin became a valued member of the Goddard Family in 2024. She is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Bergen Community College, where she is building on her passion for nurturing young learners. Before joining our team, Ms. Erin worked as a swimming instructor, which is where she discovered her love for working with young children. During high school, she also gained experience as a tutor, finding joy in helping others grow and succeed. Ms. Erin is kind-hearted and dedicated to providing the best care and education for our Goddard students. Having worked in every classroom, she loves children of all ages but has a special place in her heart for our Toddlers. Their curious minds and playful energy brighten her days and inspire her teaching. She is CPR and First Aid Certified, ensuring a safe and caring environment for all her students.

Ms. Joana joined The Goddard School in 2025. She is currently a student at Bergen Community College, where she is studying business. Her first experience working with young children was as a camp counselor, which sparked her passion for early childhood education. Ms. Joana comes from a large family and has always loved caring for little ones. Her calm, sweet, and kind nature makes her a natural caregiver and a wonderful asset to our team. She works in all of our classrooms but can most often be found in our Pre-K 2 classroom. Ms. Joana is always at the children’s level, engaging them in fun and creative activities. She believes that every child deserves a place where they feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.Ms. Joana is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Kat became a member of The Goddard Team in 2025. She currently attends Bergen Community College, where she is studying elementary and special education. Prior to joining our school, Ms. Kat worked as an Assistant Teacher, where she discovered her passion for working with children of all ages. Her motto, “Do it for the kids,” guides her teaching as she leads from a place of love, patience, and care. Ms. Kat believes she has already learned so much in her education career and looks forward to continuing to grow and learn each day. She is truly an asset to our school. You can often find her assisting in any classroom that needs a helping hand, always with a smile. Ms. Kat is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ms. Mariana joined The Goddard School in 2025. She is a graduate of Bergenfield High School and currently attends Bergen Community College. Ms. Mariana is also working toward earning her CDA in Infant-Toddlers. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Mariana gained experience working with young children as both an Assistant Teacher and an After School Teacher. She enjoys working with children of all ages but has a special connection with our littlest learners. You can often find her assisting in our Infant and Toddler classrooms. Ms. Mariana is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. As an educator, she strives to create a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and expressing themselves. Ms. Mariana is CPR and First Aid certified.
