Our Goddard School Teachers

Ms. Lynn, became part of the Goddard team in September 2005. She attended Rider University where she received a Paralegal certification and an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Education from Mercer County Community College. Ms. Lynn's laughter and dedication combine to continually improve our Goddard program.

Holly has been a part of the Goddard Family for over 10 years. She was the lead teacher in the preschool classroom before taking the next step into the Director position. Holly attended Rider University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in the Arts. Holly is committed to upholding the school's standards of excellence in a safe and happy environment. Holly loves being around children and looks forward to seeing their smiling faces walking through the front doors every day!

Ms. Kaitlin, a lead teacher in our Preschool program, has recently graduated with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Kaitlin has been with our Goddard family for over 9 years now. Kaitlin's dedication shines brightly through her teaching styles and her constant love and care for the children. She also has completed Director's Training and she frequently helps out in the office. We are lucky to have Kaitlin on staff here at Goddard.

Ms. Nely, is the Lead Teacher in the Prekindergarten class. She has a Child Development Associate's Degree (CDA)from the Council for Professional Recognition. She also has her Associate's Degree in Elementary Education from her home Country of Honduras. Ms. Nely began working at The Goddard School in September 2004. Her playful spirit creates extraordinary teachable moments throughout a child's school day. We welcome Ms. Nely's teaching style which promotes artistic creations and cognitive learning. She has completed Goddard Director Training and assists in the office frequently.

Molly, our Lead Preschool Teacher, has been a part of our staff since November of 2017. Molly's outgoing and bubbly personality certainly do not go unnoticed throughout the school day! When she is not at work, she devotes all of her time to her 7 year old son. We love having Molly on staff here at Goddard.

Ms. Sydney is the lead teacher for our toddler program, and she has been a part of our staff since June of 2022. Sydney is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where toddlers are able to thrive and grow. We are proud to have Sydney as a part of the Goddard Staff!

Donna, an assistant teacher in our infant room, has been a part of our Goddard Family since 2006. Donna absolutely loves caring for the babies at our school. She is certified in infant CPR, first aid and has training in early childhood development. Donna brings safety and warmth to all the families and children in our infant program.

Ivy, an assistant teacher in our Get Set program, has been with us since June 2023. Ivy has a natural ability to connect with young children, guiding them through key developmental stages of their lives. We are grateful to have Ms. Ivy on staff here at Goddard.

Ms. Janiya has been a part of our staff for two years now. As an assistant teacher, she supports creating a safe and loving environment for the children to learn and grow. Janiya genuinely loves to play with the children and keep them engaged. We are very lucky to have her here at Goddard!

Ms. Lawnah, an assistant teacher in our infant room, has a heart full of compassion and is always ready for a cuddle. Lawnah's calm presence and understanding of infant development makes her a trusted caregiver to our tiny learners. Lawnah is dedicated to making sure our infants are taken care of and we are grateful to have her on staff.

Ms. Layla is an assistant teacher in our infant room. From nap time to joyful playtime on the carpet, Ms. Layla supports every second of the day with our babies with love. She is dedicated to helping each child feel safe and happy and we are happy to have her here at Goddard.

Ms. Martha, an assistant teacher in our Infant Room, has been on staff since September 2021. With a gentle touch and a deep understanding of infant needs, Martha was a great asset to our infant program. She is certified in infant CPR and first aid, and is trained in safe sleep practices. We love having Martha here with us at Goddard.

Ms. Mikala, our other Get Set Lead Teacher, has been with us since September of 2022. Ms. Mikala graduated from MCCC this spring of 2025 with her Associates Degree in Education grades K-12. She will continue her education to achieve her Bachelor's degree in the upcoming year. Mikala gives a consistent approach to help the children feel confident and safe when coming to school.

Ms. Nadia, the Lead Teacher in the Infant room began working at our Goddard school in September 2004. Ms. Nadia has a Child Associates Degree (CDA) from the Council for Professional Recognition. Her maternal tenderness towards the children and their families is distinguishable.

Ms. Stephanie, the Lead teacher in the Get Set class, began working at Goddard in July 2015. Her dedication is an asset to our school. She has a CDA certification. Stephanie's favorite hobby is soccer.

Ms. Lola is the assistant teacher in our Pre-K classroom. She has been working for Goddard for 2 years. Lola is passionate about helping the children build a foundation for lifetime learning and growth. She loves helping our tiny learners explore and discover the world around them. We are very lucky to have Lola as a part of our Goddard family.
