Our Teachers

My husband Rey and I are honored to be the owners of The Goddard School of Hamilton ll. We have 2 beautiful children Alexa and Julian. I have been in the education field for 18 years most recently as a Childcare Director for 6 years as well as owning my in-home childcare business for 5 years. Every child has special gifts to offer the world and my work allows me to help bring those gifts to light. I am dedicated to delivering the highest quality care possible here at The Goddard School of Hamilton by providing a positive learning environment for every child that enters our center. My goal is to foster physical development, social and emotional learning, and intellectual growth. I look forward to working closely with families and teachers in providing the most successful learning experience for all of our young learners throughout this educational journey. Together we can make this an effective learning environment.

Ms. Alyssa joined our Goddard family in January 2023 as the Director of Education. She has a background in education and over 7 years of experience in a licensed childcare center. She studied early childhood education and obtained her Associate of Arts Degree from Rowan College at Burlington County and graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She looks forward to working with her families and staff and ensuring that your children are receiving the best possible care and education.

Miss Amanda joined our Goddard family in July of 2022 and has been a wonderful addition to our team. She began working in childcare in 2016 and is currently pursuing a degree in Education as well as her CDA. Amanda has a passion for educating young children and being an integral part of their daily lives as they grow and change.

Hi! My name is Ms. Emma, and I am so excited for this school year! I have worked with Goddard for a few summers over the years while also pursuing a degree in elementary education and psychology. My number one goal in the classroom is too creative a positive and safe environment for your kiddos to learn and grow as well as have fun and make the best of every moment! In my free time I enjoy surrounding myself with friends and family and going on all types of adventures. I can’t wait to meet you and see everything this year has in store for us!

Ms. Shivana joined our Goddard family in September of 2023 and has been working in childcare for over 20 years. Shivana has been the most amazing addition to our Infant classroom. Shivana enjoys watching as children grow and learn new things. Ms. Shivana has a son who is 26 and a daughter who is 11. In her free time, she likes to cook and spend time with her family.

Brittany has worked with children since the age of 16 when she used to volunteer at a local childcare center by her home. Brittany’s high energy shines bright in any classroom she is in. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends. Her favorite book is A Bad Case of The Stripes. She also enjoys watching movies and listening to podcast.

Ms. Caitlin has been working in childcare as a toddler teacher for two years. She attended Mercer County Community College for two years for Early Childhood Education and recently obtained her Child Development Associate. At home, Caitlin has a yorkie puppy whom is her very best friend! Caitlin has been such an asset to our Twos class, and we are so happy to have her as a part of our Goddard team.

Ms. Yara joined our Goddard team in May of 2023. Yara currently attends The College of New Jersey pursuing a career in Elementary Education and Spanish as a second major. She has always been passionate about working with children and helping them to grow and develop in their early years. In her free time, Yara enjoys expressing her creative and artistic side by doing hair, makeup and lashes. She also enjoys going to the gym and working out.

Hi! My name is Ms. Alexis, I started working at The Goddard School in November of 2024 as an Assistant Teacher! I have always been passionate about working with children and have been for 9 years! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 9-year-old nephew and 2-year-old niece who I adore so much! I also enjoy reading, going for walks with my dog Jaxx, and spending time with family and friends!

Miss Heidi has faithfully worked in the Toddler Room at The Goddard School of Hamilton II since it’s opening in September 1999. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in ECE from Mercer County Community College. Heidi's favorite children's author is Eric Carle.

Miss Victoria has been working here at Goddard since June 2022. She has her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is close to completing her Bachelor of Education. Victoria has been working in childcare for over ten years now. Victoria is big on building strong relationships with not only her students but, their families as well. She strives to create a happy and positive learning environment for her students and enjoys watching them grow every single day.

Ms. Juliana began working at Goddard July of 2023. She has been working in early childhood care for 5 years. She graduated from Nottingham High School in 2018 and is currently working towards her CDA. In her free time, she enjoys hockey, reading, traveling and cooking. She enjoys connecting with your child and preparing them for kindergarten.

Ms. Madeleine just joined the Goddard School family in August 2023. She is a very bubbly person with a child-like heart. Ms. Madeleine is a student at The College of New Jersey where she is studying Speech Pathology & Audiology with a minor in Deaf Studies. She hopes to become a speech teacher for elementary education, with an ASL interpreter certification. When it comes to teaching, Madeleine loves to do anything with movement or dance, she thinks it is a fun way to learn while getting some sillies out. Her favorite colors are turquoise, lavender, and mint. Ms. Madeleine also loves the Marvel movies!

Ms. Karizma began working here at the Goddard School in September 2022. She has been working as an early childhood educator for over one year. Karizma quickly fell in love with the job and being able to spend her days teaching and playing with the most wonderful children. Ms. Karizma always has a fun sensory activity for the children to engage in. She loves letting the kids get messy! Outside of work, Ms. Karizma enjoys spending time with her friends, family, boyfriend, and puppy, Coquito! She is very close with her family, and they spend lots of time together.

Ms. Brooke began working for Goddard in November of 2017. Brooke has a passion for educating children and it shines bright every day. She really enjoys building strong relationships with the children and their families.

Ms. T began working at The Goddard School of Hamilton II in January of 2024. Although she has many years of experience in in-home childcare, this is her first experience in a childcare facility. Ms. T. is so excited to be a part of The Goddard School family. T’Yona is very animated when it comes to communicating and connecting with children. She believes that in order to understand children, we must meet them at their level and view things from their perspective. T’Yona is motivated to teach core values in each child she crosses paths with. She is confident that each child will make an impact on the world with the power of knowledge. In her free time, Ms. T’Yona cherishes memory making with her nieces and nephews. Her favorite part of the day is walking into the classroom to lots of hugs and big smiles from the children. She believes it is imperative that each child leave the classroom each day with a positive mindset and a beautiful smile!

Mrs. Nicole joined our Goddard family in October 2019 as our fabulous Preschool teacher. Nicole builds amazing relationships with children and families in her care and enjoys planning exciting activities to keep her class engaged in the learning. Ms. Nicole is also pursuing her degree in Special Education. When Mrs. Nicole is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, Jaxson.

Brianna joined our Goddard School team in January 2023. Ms. Brianna has become a wonderful addition to our Preschool room and she loves being a part of the children’s daily lives as they grow and learn! Brianna is a mother to two boys and two girls. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her children and her husband.

Ms. Ana has been with us since January 2023. Ana has been working in the Early Childhood Education field for the past 12 years. Ana is passionate about helping children grow and develop. She is very nurturing with the children and takes care of each one as if they were her own! When Ana is not working, she enjoys being with her two children.

Ms. Alexa joined the Goddard team in July 2023. She has a love and passion for educating children. You will often find Ms. Alexa helping in our Toddler 2 and Twos room!

Ms. Savanna joined our Goddard family in March of 2025. Savanna graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus in Early Childhood from William Patterson. She enjoys crocheting, reading and finding new hiking trails in her spare time! Ms. Savanna has been babysitting since she was 12 years old and has previously worked in other childcare centers as well as in various summer camp programs. Savanna is a wonderful addition to our Preschool classroom and is excited to get to know you and your family.

Ms. Sarah began working at the Goddard School of Hamilton II in April 2025. Sarah has five years of experience teaching at the Pre-K level and completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus in early childhood development. Ms. Sarah is very big on supporting children as they grow and learn and enjoys building strong relationships with children that foster a positive learning environment. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending all her time with her son and reading a great book when she can find one!

Ms. Emily joined our Goddard team in February of 2025. She brings to us a love for children and an excitement to create strong relationships with the children in her care. Emily has a background in the education field and has previously worked in other childcare facilities.
