    Mr. Sundeep is the On-site Owner of The Goddard School® located in Florham Park. He believes in making a difference and recognizes the significance of positively affecting the lives of the students as well as the families in the community. The Goddard School features a warm, loving atmosphere in a year round program designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of your child while enriching their desire to learn.

    Ms Laurie

    Director of Education
    Ms. Laurie is the School Director and Director of Education. She has been in early childhood education for 25 years. She started as a Prekindergarten teacher before becoming a Director. She has gained experience at preschools, daycare, and summer camps. She is passionate about education and providing the best opportunities for the children and faculty. She holds certifications in CPR/First Aid, Safe Sleep, New Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health Administration, Sexual Abuse Awareness, Severe Allergy Awareness, Mindfulness, Children's Yoga, and is endorsed by the Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Associate.

    Curriculum Coordinator
    Ms. Kendra has been working with children for almost 15 years. Her main hobbies are reading, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants with friends. She loves food. She received her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2019, her Bachelors in Psychology in 2021, and is now pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a mental health advocate who strongly believes in having a healthy mind to guide a healthy life. Her priority is to educate children while helping them obtain a healthy mental and emotional well-being.

    Office Assistant
    Ms. Kayla comes to The Goddard School with a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She believes in fostering a love for knowledge, encouraging children's critical thinking, and nurturing a growth mindset in each child.

    Teacher- Infant Class
    Ms. Kelly comes to The Goddard School with a degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Psychology. She specialized in childhood and adolescent development. She believes that children are a blank canvas. They have amazing curiosity about life and their environment. There is so much for children to learn and understand so their interest in all of this pushes them to test limits and try new things constantly. As a teacher, she feels it is her job to explain, educate, listen and encourage them, not only to learn and obtain knowledge but to reach their fullest potential.

    Ms. Vianny joins The Goddard School with 2 years of experience in early childhood education. She currently attends Saint Peter's University. She teaches in the Infant Class in the afternoons.

    Ms. Fiorela study primary education in Peru before moving to the United States. She also has 4 years of experience teaching young children. Her teaching philosophy is to encourage her students to discover the world around them.

    Ms. Cameron comes to The Goddard School having attended the County College of Morris and Lesley University. She has 2 years of experience in early childhood education and believes that all children should be treated with kindness, patience, and understanding.

    Ms. Doris comes to The Goddard School with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She believes that a teacher should be there to support, be patient, and show the children how much they care. She also believes that love, care, and emotional support are stepping stones in children's lives.

    Ms. Sam has 6 years of experience in early childhood education and has earned her C.D.A. She is certified in CPR and First Aid. In her free time, she loves to watch cooking shows, her favorite is Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman. She is the teacher of our Toddler class.

    Ms. Valerie comes to The Goddard School with a degree in Early Childhood Education and 4 years of experience. She believes that all children are different and need to be taught according to how they learn.

    Ms Brianna has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education along with 9 years of experience. She has worked her way up from being an assistant teacher to a lead teacher and at her previous school, she was a director designee. She is the Lead Teacher of our Get Set Class.

    Ms. Eliana comes to The Goddard School with her CDA and 4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She believes that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. She is the assistant teacher in the Get Set Room.

    Ms. Nina comes to The Goddard School with 1 year of experience in early childhood education. She believes in giving the children in her care a supportive and loving space in the classroom. She likes to give the students open-ended activities that allow them to show their individuality.

    Ms. Lauren has 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and studied at Florida A & M University. She believes that early childhood education should be fun and rewarding. Early Childhood Education sets the foundation for the children's love of education which will follow them throughout their educational successes. She wants the children to go home happy and enriched from the day, every day.

    Ms. Vanessa comes to The Goddard School with 2 years of experience. She earned her degree at Rowan University where she majored in Liberal Arts/Education. She believes that students learn best when they are in a positive, safe, and loving environment. She also believes students learn best when they have a solid connection with their teachers and feel supported. She is the teacher in our Prekindergarten class.

    Ms. Ricarda is the assistant teacher in our Prekindergarten Room. In her previous teaching experience, she would teach her students by making fun activities. For her, it is very important for the students to trust her.

    Ms. Kim has her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and 18 years of experience. She has taught Prekindergarten, Kindergarten, First, Second, and Sixth Grade. She joined The Goddard School in 2019. She is our kindergarten teacher.

    Ms. Taleesa worked at The Goddard School in Sparta before coming joining The Goddard School in Florham Park. She has her degree from the University of Bridgeport. She believes that it is important for the teachers in a classroom to communicate with each other, plan their day, and have great interactions between the teachers and the children they care for.
