Our Goddard School Teachers

Ms. Meaghan is our Head of School. She joined The Goddard School in 2007 and earned her bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Missouri–Columbia. Throughout her career at Goddard, her passion for early childhood education, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have helped our school achieve accreditation through both NAEYC and the Missouri Accreditation Program. As both a school leader and the parent of two Goddard graduates, Meaghan understands firsthand the lasting impact a high-quality early education can have on children and their families. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired every day.

Ms. Jaime started her career in early childhood in 2003 and continued while she earned degrees in both fine art and elementary education from Webster University. After working in various child care and education programs throughout St. Louis, she found herself a home at Goddard in 2012! "It's so rewarding to be a part of such a quality school for so many years, and now have the opportunity to see my daughter benefit from the experience as well."

Ms. Lexi simultaneously completed her bachelor's degree in psychology from Lindenwood University while also working in early childhood education. She brought her skills and experience to The Goddard Team in January 2023 as a preschool teacher, and took on the role of Assistant Director in 2026!

Ms. Brenna, our kitchen manager, began with Goddard in August 2025.  With 6 years of experience in food service and a bachelor's degree in business from Lindenwood University, she brings a variety of knowledge to our team.  She loves to get creative in the kitchen and find ways to balance both fun and nutritional value in our menus!

Ms. Diana received an associate's degree in social work before completing her bachelor's from Missouri State University in child and family development. She had 7 years of experience in child care before landing here at The Goddard School in September of 2021. As an infant teacher, Ms. Diana's calm presence provides a relaxed environment for babies to thrive in!

Ms. Jennifer began with The Goddard School in 2018 with over 20 years of early childhood experience all over St. Louis. With a major of early childhood education at SCCC, she gained the skills and knowledge to provide a supportive environment.

Ms. Ana has a bachelor's degree in biology and was previously a high school biology teacher in her hometown in Brazil. Looking for an adventure in the United States, she became an au pair as her heart was with younger children. Moving her way into early childhood positions, Ms. Ana found her niche with the one-year-old program and joined our faculty in September 2021.

Ms. Jessie pursued a degree in psychology as she worked as a manager in the food service industry. Knowing her heart was in early childhood, she made the switch to join our team in October 2022. Ms. Jessie is the friendly face you'll see every evening in our toddler program as she loves to support those crucial milestones in the early years!

Ms. Misty rejoined the program in February 2025 after spending several years taking care of her growing family. She brings plenty of professional and personal experience to our team as she has a broad childcare background and is a foster parent too! Her passion is help child grow in a fun-loving and healthy environment and she is happy to continue that journey with us for years to come.

Ms. Katie has an applied science degree in child care/early childhood education and has been in the field of ECE since 2007. After primarily working with toddlers in previous education centers, Ms. Katie was thrilled to have a permanent placement with our young 2's classroom when joining our team in 2020!

Ms. Natalie was pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and had nearly ten years of experience when she landed here at Goddard in March 2024. Ms. Natalie's teaching philosphy is to first provide a safe and comfortable environment to build trust with her students and their families. We love watching her continue to flourish within our school and look forward to all she will accomplish here!

Ms. Alaina joined the Goddard School in August of 2019 as she was working to complete her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governor's University. After finishing her degree, she was happy to accept the position of Lead Teacher in our older two's classroom, The Cheering Cheetahs!

Ms. Amber joined the team in March 2023 and was such a valuable asset as she assisted in all classrooms throughout the building. We were happy to bring her on full time as a 2 year old teacher in our Cheetah Classroom in March 2024. Her background and experience in early childhood programs laid a great foundation for her to hit the ground running here at Goddard in Arnold!

Ms. Danielle majored in education at St. Louis Community College. She has previously worked as a nanny and Sunday school teacher before staying home with her 4 kids. She then joined The Goddard School in February 2023 as a Tiger Teacher. She has loved watching her kids enjoy the benefits of our program as well!

Ms. Tracy has a degree in Education and worked previously as a Parent Educator for the FoxC-6 district for 11 years before coming to Goddard in 2009. "I look forward to giving each of your children the best possible preschool experience."

Ms. Jenn came to the Goddard Team in January, 2023 with over 20 years of experience working with young children. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education and is director certified. Ms. Jenn loves teaching in our Pre-Kindergarten Program alongside her teammates and consistently strives to provide opportunities for her students to explore, discover, create and imagine!

Ms. Sara has a degree in early childhood education from Eastern Illinois University and worked as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher for 11 years before coming to Goddard in July 2024 in the Zebra classroom with Ms. Jenn.

Ms. Lynn has her degree in Education from Central Missouri University and brought over 20 years of experience when she began at The Goddard School in 2008. "I love teaching science and math and look forward to giving the kids the best educational start to get them ready for Kindergarten."

Ms. Morgan joined us in November 2023 after spending time in Colorado. Ms. Morgan has been a wonderful asset as she supports all classrooms and students in our building!
