Isha Gheek is the onsite owner of The Goddard School of Roseville, inspired by a lifelong passion for early childhood development and community engagement. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings 15 years of corporate experience before pursuing her true calling—supporting young children and families. Originally from India, Isha moved to the U.S. in 2010 with her husband, Nitin, and they are proud parents of two boys Arjun and Kabir. Her vision is to create a nurturing, safe, and developmentally rich environment where children thrive and feel valued. Equally committed to her team, Isha fosters a workplace where educators feel respected and supported, knowing that strong programs begin with strong people. Her dedication shapes a center that uplifts children, families, and staff alike

Nitin is the franchise owner of The Goddard School of Roseville. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and moved to the U.S. in 2008 to pursue career opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Nitin always aspired to entrepreneurship that makes a meaningful impact. Owning a Goddard School has been the perfect opportunity to combine his passion for education and community. He is committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Hello! I’m Ms. Nangdy. I have over 15 year experience in early childhood education. My love for teaching has always come from being a parent myself. I don’t just focus on creating a loving, warm, positive and welcoming environment, I also believe in building strong, trusting relationships with the families. My goal is to make everyday, a memorable adventure for everyone. My areas of expertise include curriculum development, staff coaching, and ongoing quality enhancement. I believe that strong programs thrive when educators are empowered, planning is intentional, and a culture of continuous learning is embraced. I'm a blessed mother of 6. I enjoy activities and movies nights with my family.

Ms. Tabby has been working with children for over a decade, with experience as a nanny, summer camp area director, and teacher. She has previously worked for the Goddard School of Woodbury- Radio Drive and the Goddard School of Eagan and is happy to be here at the Goddard School of Roseville! With a Preschool CDA and an AFA in Theatre, Tabby values creativity and is passionate about sparking curiosity in children. She believes in the power of questions and encourages those around her- be they child or adult- to keep learning, growing, and wondering. She believes that each person is unique and is dedicated to helping them become their very best self that no one else can be by providing a safe, caring, environment that respects each child as an individual.

Ms. Teaira is a dedicated early childhood educator with seven years of experience working with young children. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. Her love for early childhood education comes from the joy of watching children learn, develop, and discover who they are. Ms. Teaira believes kindness, encouragement, and patience are essential to helping children thrive, and she values being a trusted, supportive presence during both learning and challenging moments. She is currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and holds CPR and First Aid certification

Ms. Gloria is an experienced early childhood educator with over ten years of experience working with young children. She is passionate about supporting children’s growth, learning, and sense of safety in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Ms. Gloria holds Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool, including a bilingual CDA in Spanish and English. She is also CPR certified, making children’s health and safety a top priority. She finds joy in helping children build curiosity and confidence and is dedicated to creating a warm, engaging classroom where every child feels heard and understood. Ms. Gloria values strong relationships with families and believes in partnering closely with parents to ensure each child feels supported, welcomed, and encouraged to thrive.

Ms. Diamond is an early childhood educator with eight years of experience in diverse learning settings. She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where each child’s individuality is valued. With a patient and respectful teaching style, she adapts to different learning styles and supports children as they explore, grow, and build confidence. She finds joy in watching children discover new ways to understand their world. Ms. Diamond is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Child Psychology.

Ms. Sarah is a passionate early childhood educator with over ten years of experience working with young children across a wide variety of cultures. She is dedicated to creating engaging, joyful learning environments that spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love of learning. She strives to build a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe to ask questions about their world and develop the confidence to explore answers with gentle, loving guidance. Ms. Sarah believes in nurturing the whole child—supporting not only academic growth but also social and emotional self-regulation through thoughtful, developmentally appropriate practices. She loves crafting creative, collaborative stories with children and is especially enthusiastic about natural world science and STEM education. Above all, Ms. Sarah embraces the philosophy that it takes a village to raise a child. She values strong partnerships with families and works closely with them to support each child’s unique needs

Ms. Hibaq is a nurturing and dependable Infant/Toddler Teacher with two years of experience working with young children in childcare settings. She is enrolled in (CDA) credential and have developed strong skills in responsive caregiving, communication, and supporting early developmental milestones. She is currently a first-year college student pursuing a career in childcare. She is passionate about creating a safe, warm, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports infants’ and toddlers’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

Ms. Tessa began her childcare journey in 2022 as a camp counselor. In 2024, she discovered her passion for working with preschool and Pre-K children, where she enjoys supporting their growth during these important developmental years. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that encourages kindness, curiosity, and joyful learning. Ms. Tessa is currently working towards her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and holds certifications in PCA, CPR, and First Aid. She brings positive energy, patience, and a genuine love for early childhood education into the classroom every day.

Ms. Jen Ruzicka is a dedicated early childhood professional with over 10 years of experience working with children in early learning environments. She holds an associate’s degree in early childhood education and is passionate about supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth. Ms. Jen enjoys creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued, confident, and excited to learn.
