    Onsite Owner
    Isha Gheek is the onsite owner of The Goddard School of Roseville, inspired by a lifelong passion for early childhood development and community engagement. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings 15 years of corporate experience before pursuing her true calling—supporting young children and families. Originally from India, Isha moved to the U.S. in 2010 with her husband, Nitin, and they are proud parents of two boys Arjun and Kabir. Her vision is to create a nurturing, safe, and developmentally rich environment where children thrive and feel valued. Equally committed to her team, Isha fosters a workplace where educators feel respected and supported, knowing that strong programs begin with strong people. Her dedication shapes a center that uplifts children, families, and staff alike

    Nitin is the franchise owner of The Goddard School of Roseville. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and moved to the U.S. in 2008 to pursue career opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Nitin always aspired to entrepreneurship that makes a meaningful impact. Owning a Goddard School has been the perfect opportunity to combine his passion for education and community. He is committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
  •  Ms. Tabby
    Ms. Tabby
    Director
    Ms. Tabby has been working with children for over a decade, with experience as a nanny, summer camp area director, and teacher. She has previously worked for the Goddard School of Woodbury- Radio Drive and the Goddard School of Eagan and is happy to be here at the Goddard School of Roseville! With a Preschool CDA and an AFA in Theatre, Tabby values creativity and is passionate about sparking curiosity in children. She believes in the power of questions and encourages those around her- be they child or adult- to keep learning, growing, and wondering. She believes that each person is unique and is dedicated to helping them become their very best self that no one else can be by providing a safe, caring, environment that respects each child as an individual.

    Ms. Gloria
    Teacher
    Ms. Gloria is an experienced early childhood educator with over ten years of experience working with young children. She is passionate about supporting children’s growth, learning, and sense of safety in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Ms. Gloria holds Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool, including a bilingual CDA in Spanish and English. She is also CPR certified, making children’s health and safety a top priority. She finds joy in helping children build curiosity and confidence and is dedicated to creating a warm, engaging classroom where every child feels heard and understood. Ms. Gloria values strong relationships with families and believes in partnering closely with parents to ensure each child feels supported, welcomed, and encouraged to thrive.

    Ms. Brooke Is a dedicated early childhood professional with over five years of experience working with children of various ages and abilities. She holds an associate degree in early childhood and youth development and is passionate about supporting the whole child. Ms. Brooke enjoys creating a safe nurturing environment where children love to learn and play. She is excited to be here at the Goddard School of Roseville and can’t wait to get to know you and your family!
  •  Ms. Alissa

    Ms. Alissa is a dedicated early childhood professional who has been working in the field since 2007. With a focus on building independence and supporting neurodivergent children, especially those with diagnosed or suspected autism and ADHD, she loves to help all children succeed by creating a place where they can feel safe to explore and be themselves.  When not at work, Ms. Alissa loves to spend time with her family, including her husband and their pet cat. She loves the outdoors, something she strives to also instill in the children in her care, and enjoys camping. She is excited to be here at the Goddard School of Roseville, and can't wait to get to know you and your family!

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Destiny has been in the childcare field for over 6 years. With a love for Psychology and Early Childhood Education, she got a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Childhood Development from University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She loves to incorporate social and emotional development within the classroom; making all students feel safe, confident, and ready to explore the world no matter the age. She is passionate about empathy and sympathy; her love of childcare comes from making a positive impact on those around her and building life-long learners. Ms. Destiny grew up going to daycare when she was little and remembers the teachers that inspires her into the field and hopes to do the same for the next generations. She values curiosity and play in her classroom. She is so excited to be a part of Goddard- Roseville and thrilled to meet families to foster positive dynamics.

    Assistant Teacher
    Ms. Barehan is a dedicated early childhood educator with over 14 years of experience working with children. She is passionate about creating a safe, caring environment where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. With much early childhood training and ongoing professional development, she is committed to developing her professional skills and providing a great learning experience. Ms. Barehan believes that kindness, patience, and encouragement are important in helping children build confidence and developing neew skills. She enjoys supporting children through play, learning activities, and daily routines and caretaking. She is thrilled to be here at the Goddard School of Roseville, and can't wait to meet you and your child!

    Kayla is a dependable and highly organized caregiver with years of experience in healthcare, currently pursuing her CDA. As a mother to a 3-year-old boy, and one on the way, she's adept at managing routines, schedules and a busy household. Coming from a large family, Kayla has always loved being surrounded by children of all ages, fostering her love for keeping them active, creative, and engaged with a calm, nurturing and patient approach.

    Lead Teacher
    Eric has been working in childcare since 2020, his mother sparking an interest in both Psychology and Childcare. He earned his bachelor's degree in graphic communications, a design and interactive multimedia focused degree. He has always worked on flexing his creativity, and he always finds some sort of craft to work on. He hopes to promote this kind of creative output in his classroom and his primary focuses are teaching conflict resolution, teaching forgiveness and grace, and actively engaging creativity and inquiry. Eric has worked to tailor curriculum to children’s interests in his many teaching roles. He hopes to continue to allow students’ curiosity to be the forward momentum of learning. He is deeply passionate about helping bring about more positive and introspective little ones, hoping to guide them to become lifelong students of the world.

    Lead Teacher
    Ms. Erin is a loving and dedicated teacher with over 3 years of hands-on experience working in early childhood education. After 2 years studying towards a bachelor's degree at Augsburg University, Ms. Erin decided to switch gears and pursue her true passion- making the little ones feel safe, loved, and taken care of. Ms. Erin has always loved teaching, and her mom will attest to this- She has wanted to take care of people and help them learn since she was a little girl. Ms. Erin is passionate about making sure the children in her care can depend on two things: Feeling safe and being encouraged to be curious. Ms. Erin brings her love for music, connection, creativity, and learning to the classroom, is proficient in Spanish, and is very excited to be a part of the Goddard village!

    Ms. Cyana is so excited to be at the Goddard School of Roseville! With over a year of experience, she loves getting to teach children, watch them grow and develop, and build special bonds with them along the way. With a background in psychology, as well as several other subjects, Ms. Cyana has learned and grown in many ways and is glad to bring all of her expertise into your child’s classroom. Outside of teaching, Ms. Cyana enjoys singing, going to church, drawing, shopping, cooking, and baking. She is a a big foodie and loves trying and making different foods. She has a son who is a student here at the Goddard School of Roseville, and loves getting to work in the same building as him and be part of his school experience She is looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful children and families.

    Ms. Sachie is a caring and dependable caregiver with over four years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including nannying, summer camp, and childcare. She loves creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow. Ms. Sachie is currently pursuing her nursing degree with the goal of becoming a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. She values building strong relationships with children and their families and strives to help every child feel engaged, supported, and welcomed. She is so excited to be joining the Goddard School of Roseville and looks forward to getting to know all of the wonderful families!
