Our Goddard School Teachers

My husband and I are parents of two children and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. I am happy to be able to provide Goddard's outstanding program to the children in the community. I have earned my Bachelor's Degree in Home Science from S.N.D.T University of Mumbai with a major in Textiles and Clothing and minor in a number of fields including Early Childhood Development. Also, I have earned the State of Maryland Certification in Early Childhood Development. My experience with children comes from having children of my own, operating my own childcare business in my home for over a decade. I am excited and proud to be a part of The Goddard School and am committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in the neighborhood.

Ms. Carin serves as the Director of Operations at The Goddard School of Gambrills and has been part of the school community for over seven years. For the past five years, she has supported teachers and families as a valued member of the leadership team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and nurturing environment. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis, and her experience spans early childhood, elementary, and special education. Ms. Carin is passionate about creating engaging, organized spaces where children thrive, teachers feel supported, and families feel connected. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and being outdoors. She is a proud mom of three—two daughters and a son—who inspire her daily and remind her of the joy and wonder of childhood.

Mrs. Saudhi joined The Goddard School family in March 2016. She proudly serves as the Assistant Director & Enrollment Specialist. Her journey here began as a Pre-School teacher, where she discovered the joy of guiding young children through their early learning experiences. Saudhi studied at Bowie State University for Elementary education and has dedicated much of her career to nurturing young minds both in the classroom and in her own in-home daycares, which she owned and operated for many years. One of Saudhi's greatest passions is watching children grow through hands on learning, curiosity, and play. Mrs. Saudhi is fluent in Spanish and shares her passion for the language biweekly through our ‘Spanish with Mrs. Saudhi’ sessions.

Mrs. Kelly joined The Goddard School family in November 2017. She holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification and 45-hour Infant/Toddler Certification and serves as our Quality Assurance Coordinator, ensuring the school is running to the highest standards. Her goal each day is to create a positive and nurturing environment for children, parents, and coworkers alike. She loves inspiring laughter, creativity, and confidence in every child she teaches. In her free time, Mrs. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. She loves spending outdoors, going to the beach, and relaxing by her firepit.

Mrs. Makenzie joined The Goddard School family in August 2024 as the first teacher of our Kindergarten program. She also is the Lead teacher in our school age program. She loves working with children because of their contagious curiosity. Before Goddard, she was a reading specialist for Austin Achieve Public Schools, an elementary teacher at BCPS, and has been a dance teacher for 9 years. In her free time, she is active in the Maryland theater and dance community. Originally from the South, she grew up in Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina.

Mrs. Angela joined The Goddard School family in July 2012 and has over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. Her heart truly belongs in Pre-K, where she loves preparing young learners for the exciting adventure of kindergarten. Originally from a military family, Mrs. Angela and her husband settled in Maryland in 2000 and are happy to finally call it home. She has three children and enjoys spending her free time listening to music, crafting, taking photos, and watching football. Mrs. Angela loves being part of The Goddard community and looks forward to building strong connections with each of the wonderful families she serves

Mrs. Stella joined The Goddard School family in March 2025 and brings over five years of experience working with children of all ages in a variety of educational settings. She holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification and is passionate about creating a fun and nurturing classroom environment. Ms. Stella loves working with children because of their creativity, imagination, and the joy they bring to each day. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, writing, and practicing yoga.

Ms. Chloe joined The Goddard School family in February 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Flagler College in 2018, where she also completed her 90-hour Preschool Certification. Ms. Chloe has always had a passion for working with children and loves being part of their learning journey. Her favorite part about teaching preschool is watching how much her students grow and learn in such a short time! Outside of the classroom, Ms. Chloe enjoys spending time with her dog, Marcy, exploring Quiet Waters Park or any nearby trails. Her favorite children’s book is The Sneetches by Dr. Seuss, and she loves playing “Simon Says” with her class.

Ms. Bri joined The Goddard School family in March 2024. She enjoys working with children, being a positive role model, and watching them grow, learn, and share laughter. She has experience tutoring and babysitting and loves supporting children in their development. In her free time, Ms. Bri enjoys doing nails, shopping, and spending time with her younger siblings.

Ms. Ashlyn joined The Goddard School family in April 2021. She holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification and is currently completing her degree in Sociology at FSU. Her goal at our school is to help children develop new skills while fostering a love of learning. Ms. Ashlyn loves working with children and watching them grow and thrive every day.

Mrs. Sam joined The Goddard School family in September 2019. She became an Early Childhood Educator because she loves making learning fun and helping children feel safe, included, and excited to learn. She has over 11 years of experience working with children of all ages. Ms. Sam brings her genuine love for children and music into every aspect of her classroom.

Brandi joined The Goddard School family in August 2025. She holds her 90-hour Preschool and 45-hour Infant and Toddler Certifications and has 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. She loves seeing children’s faces light up when they achieve a goal or learn something new. In her free time, Brandi enjoys reading and watching TV.

Mrs. Patsy joined The Goddard School family in August 2025. She loves helping children reach milestones and watching them grow. With experience in childcare and as a longtime nanny, she holds her 90-hour Infant and Toddler certification. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and corgi, and playing the occasional video game.

Ms. Jackie joined The Goddard School family in February 2022. She holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification and 45-hour Infant and Toddler Certification, and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2018. Ms. Jackie loves supporting children on their journey to independence and providing tools to help them problem-solve with their peers. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, making stuffed animals, and drawing cartoons.

Mrs. Stephanie joined The Goddard School family in September 2024 and holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification. She enjoys working with children because she helps them build the foundation for whatever they choose to pursue in the future. Mrs. Stephanie has five children, ranging in age from 2 years old to middle school, and was a stay-at-home mom for seven years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, dining out, and reading whenever she has a quiet moment.

Mrs. Estelle joined The Goddard School family in August 2025 as an Assistant Teacher. She enjoys making lasting memories with children, helping them feel heard and seen, and bringing smiles and laughter to their day. She has experience as an au pair and five years working in school-based childcare. In her free time, she enjoys nature, photography, and creative arts.

Ms. Gaby joined The Goddard School family in September 2023 and holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification. She has multiple years of lead teaching experience and has been working with children since she was 16. Ms. Gaby loves working with children because they inspire her playfulness, creativity, and curiosity, and she enjoys sharing unique adventures with them every day. In her free time, she loves collecting tumbler cups and Crocs, and going on adventures with her niece and nephew.

Ms. Idika joined The Goddard School family in January 2025. She loves working with children because of their happiness and funny personalities, and enjoys starting her mornings with their smiling faces. Although new to the childcare field, she has extensive babysitting experience and is a proud mom of a 2-year-old. In her free time, Ms. Idika enjoys walks, movies, and going to the beach, especially her favorite in Turks and Caicos.

Mr. Stevie joined The Goddard School family in December 2022. He graduated from Southern High School and has always dreamed of being a math teacher. He holds his 90-hour Preschool Certification and 45-hour Infant and Toddler Certification and enjoys educating and supporting children as they grow and develop.

Mrs. Querida joined The Goddard School family in May 2025. She enjoys working with children and seeing their happiness when they accomplish a task. She has extensive experience caring for children, including her two younger siblings and her godchildren. In her free time, Mrs. Querida enjoys cooking and watching TikTok.

Ms. Sara joined The Goddard School family in December 2024. She holds her 90-hour Infant and Toddler Certification and has been a valued member of our Young Toddlers program. Sara brings a lot of creativity and fun to our Young Toddlers Classroom. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending her time with family and her son Cody!

Katherine joined The Goddard School family in June 2025. She enjoys working with children because she loves seeing how each child approaches situations and guiding them toward positive solutions. Before joining Goddard, she volunteered as a tutor for elementary students and helped care for newborns in a hospital. In her free time, Katherine enjoys painting characters from animated shows and going to the movies with her sisters.

Mrs. Sally joined The Goddard School in October 2025. She enjoys working with children because she loves getting down on their level, playing alongside them, and helping them feel safe and happy. Seeing their smiles brings her joy every day. Her experience comes from raising her three children and volunteering for several years in Sunday School. In her free time, Mrs. Sally enjoys photography, recording videos, and listening to music.

Ms. Elise joined The Goddard School in August 2025 and is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps classroom. She loves watching children grow, become independent, and helping shape them into the best versions of themselves. Being part of their “village” is something she values deeply. Elise has been working in child care since March 2022 and is a proud mother to Nova. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and TV shows, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Tamar joined The Goddard School family in May 2025. She is currently working toward her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at AACC and has a lot of experience babysitting for friends and family. Tamar has a true passion for working with children, and her love and desire to care for others shine through in everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys organizing and keeping things tidy.

Ms. Jen joined The Goddard School family in October 2018 and holds her 90-hour Infant and Toddler Certification. She has over 17 years of experience working with children and is passionate about nurturing, guiding, and helping them grow into confident little leaders. Ms. Jen is a high school graduate with some college credits from Rutgers University. She loves being part of The Goddard community and sharing her knowledge and experience with the children she teaches.

Ms. Megan joined The Goddard School family in August 2024 and holds her 90-hour Infant and Toddler and Preschool Certifications. She has multiple years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to school age. Ms. Megan enjoys working with children because she loves making a positive impact and watching their minds grow every day. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, relaxing, and shopping.

Ms. Madisyn joined The Goddard School family in January 2018. She holds her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, as well as her 90-hour Preschool and 45-hour Infant/Toddler Certifications. Madisyn has a passion for helping children learn and grow and enjoys setting a strong foundation for their education.

Ms. Jaeda joined The Goddard School family in February 2023 and holds her 90-hour Infant and Toddler and Preschool Certification. She enjoys putting smiles on the faces of children and parents and loves watching children grow and develop their unique personalities. In her free time, she enjoys watching crime shows, spending time with her family and dog, and practicing her skills as a nail technician.

Ms. Katie joined The Goddard School in August 2025. She enjoys working with children because the bonds she creates motivate her to do her very best while she is part of their lives. Before joining Goddard, Ms. Katie worked as an assistant teacher for 8 years, teaching grades K–3. In her free time, she enjoys knitting animals, reading, and is crazy about cats.

Ms. Sammi joined The Goddard Family in January 2024. She is a Teacher Aide and helps in many of our classrooms. Sammi loves working with children and creating a safe, loving environment where they can grow and feel supported. She aspires to be the kind of teacher children run to when they need to be heard or seen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews and loves to go shopping.

Mrs. Angie joined The Goddard School in October 2022 and is truly our jack of all trades! She supports our school by helping with kitchen duties, maintenance needs, and classroom assistance wherever she’s needed. Mrs. Angie is a proud mom of three and spent several years at home raising her children. She spends her summers in Germany and, in her free time, she enjoys giving back to the local BMX track where her son races.

Mrs. Denise joined The Goddard School in October 2019 and is our Resource Teacher at the Annex and makes the Annex feel like the children's second home. She loves interacting with children and watching them grow and develop their individual personalities. Her goal at The Goddard School is to encourage children and make a positive difference in their lives. Mrs. Denise is a devoted mom and grandmother. She attended Mayfield High School in London, UK and Duffs Business College in Kingston, JA. in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Our Crofton High School interns are a part of the pilot CDA program, earning their hours while gaining hands-on experience at The Goddard School. They bring hard work, energy and fun to our afternoon classes, and we couldn't imagine our school without their dedication and enthusiasm!
