    Heidi

    Onsite Owner/Operator
    Ms. Heidi joined the Goddard School of Arnold as the Onsite Owner in January 2021. Prior to joining the leadership team in Arnold, Heidi worked for Goddard Systems, Inc as a franchise consultant and gained valuable insight into the operation of Goddard Schools throughout the country. With a degree in Psychology and a background in early childhood education, owning and operating a school was a long term goal that was happily achieved. Ms. Heidi values the unique abilities of each child and teacher in the school and strives to create a family-centered approach to learning. When not at the school, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
  • Ms Jackie

    Ms Jackie

    Director
    Ms. Jackie earned her Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Development from Chesapeake College and is working towards her Bachelors in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. She has been working in the early childhood field since 2005. Ms. Jackie has been both a toddler teacher and a preschool teacher. She took on the role of Assistant Director at the Goddard School of Arnold in 2017 and became the Director in June 2022. When it comes to working with children, she loves being able to be a part of their “a-ha moments”. It is rewarding to see children reach their accomplishments and share in their excitement. In her free time, Ms. Jackie loves to go on adventures with her husband and three children.

    Ms. Erin graduated from Southern High School in Harwood, MD. She has her infant/toddler certification and has been a part of our fabulous teaching team since 2013. She enjoys establishing a connection with each of her children in her care. Ms. Erin also appreciates being a part of their everyday development as they reach their individual milestones and achievements. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Erin enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.

    Ms. Kaleigh joined the Goddard Arnold team in September 2022. She is new to the child care field, but enjoys children and making connections with them. Ms. Kaleigh enjoys getting to see so many firsts for the children and be apart of their learning experience. In her spare time, Ms. Kaleigh enjoys painting and anything arts and crafts.

    Ms. Katelyn joined the Goddard School of Arnold in August 2023. She comes to us with 2 years of experience working with young children and some college courses. Ms. Katelyn loves getting to see children grow and watch them achieve milestones. In her free time, Ms. Katelyn likes to hang out with her family, friends, and her kittens.

    Ms. Kelly joined the Goddard School of Arnold in August 2023. She comes to us with 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting. Ms. Kelly has taken three years of child development courses in high school. Ms. Kelly looks forward to forming bonds and creating relationships with families. In her free time, Ms. Kelly enjoys hiking, watching movies, and visiting museums.

    Ms. Sand joined our school in July 2023. She comes to us with 7 years of experience working with young children. Ms. Sand completed her 90-hour Infant and Toddler certification from Howard Community College and has two additional years of Early Childhood Education. Her favorite thing about working with young children is seeing them smile when they finally figure out a problem and start understanding cause and effect. In her free time, Ms. Sand likes to play video games, do martial arts, and hang out with her fiance and dog, and cat!

    Ms. Kimberley joined the Goddard Arnold team in April 2022. She previously worked in the public school system as an autism support specialist. Ms. Kimberley is currently working on obtaining her early childhood certification. She loves seeing children reach different milestones and is excited to make a difference in the lives of our little learners. In her spare time, Ms. Kimberley enjoys spending time with her family and bike riding.

    Ms. Chloe joined the Goddard Arnold team in April 2022. Ms. Chloe is new to the field of early childhood education with prior volunteer experience in elementary aged programs. Ms. Chloe is working on her MD early childhood certifications and looks forward to a long career working with children. She enjoys how excited the children get when they learn new things and their limitless imaginations. In her spare time, Ms. Chloe enjoys reading, knitting, and crochet projects.

    Ms. Lauren graduated from Geneva College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services along with concentrations in education and psychology. Ms. Lauren has over 12 years of experience teaching in the field of early childhood education. She enjoys watching her students meet their developmental milestones and seeing their smiling faces every day. In addition to Ms. Lauren’s love for teaching, she also enjoys crafting, scrapbooking, ballroom dancing, and playing boardgames with her family.

    Ms. Jamour has over four and a half years of experience in the early childhood field along with several courses in Early Childhood Development from Anne Arundel Community College. She enjoys teaching children new and exciting things and seeing their faces light up when they accomplish goals and areas of development. Listening to the children tell stories is her favorite part of working in this field! In her free time, Ms. Jamour loves spending time and doing various activities with her daughter.

    Ms. Regina received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashworth College. In her 48 years of teaching, Ms. Regina has had the opportunity to own and operate her own daycare as well as teach for a variety of learning centers. Ms. Regina finds this career very rewarding especially when students in her care find that they are not only capable but seeing the pride on their faces when they accomplish a difficult task. In Ms. Regina’s free time, you may see her riding her motorcycle, taking a walk or a hike, and/or reading a good book.

    Ms. Leah joined the Goddard Arnold team in October 2021 after spending 3 years at another Goddard school in the area. She holds a BA in Communications and her CDA in preschool education. Ms. Leah enjoys watching the children learn new skills, feel a sense of accomplishment, and develop their own unique personalities. Ms. Leah is a certified Yoga instructor and enjoys sharing this passion with her class. In her spare time Ms. Leah enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

    Ms. Gretchen joined our Goddard School of Arnold team in March 2023 after working 3 years in a licensed childcare program and working as a nanny and therapeutic aide. She has her Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies in Special and Elementary Education from Western Governors University. Ms. Gretchen loves watching the children’s curious minds at work and seeing how every day can be magical through their eyes. In her spare time, Ms. Gretchen enjoys drinking coffee, adventuring with her husband and son and spending as much time outside as she can.

    Ms. Rochelle is a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. In 2012 she received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology. She has also taken a variety of early childhood education courses for professional development. Ms. Rochelle finds the field of early childhood education very reward. She appreciates the opportunity to nurture the children in her care as well as prove guidance for the next generation. Ms. Rochelle promises to provide a caring and loving environment to all of the families at The Goddard School of Arnold. She looks forward to building relationships with parents, children and staff.

    Ms. Payton joined the Goddard Arnold team in October 2020. She is a graduate of Old Mill High School and is currently is majoring in Psychology at Anne Arundel Community College. Ms. Payton has been working with young children sine 2012. She enjoys teaching her students new things and watching them being able to apply what they learned in their everyday lives. In Ms. Payton's free-time, she enjoys painting, writing, and traveling.
  • Ms Molly

    Ms. Molly graduated from University of Maryland of Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has over 19 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Ms. Molly has had the opportunity to instruct in family childcare settings as well as at a center. Prior to her career in early childhood education, she was a health educator as well as an instructor at Gymboree. Ms. Molly enjoys many aspects of teaching, especially when it comes to watching her students take pleasure in the simple things, make connections and ask questions. She loves that every day is different, and nothing is predictable. Outside of the classroom, you may find Ms. Molly hiking, kayaking, attending music festivals, and spending time with her girlfriends. She enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer, except when it comes to gardening.

    Ms. Katie joined The Goddard School of Arnold team in September 2022, after working at another Goddard School in the area for 11 years. She has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Salisbury University and has her teaching certificate. Ms. Katie loves the natural curiosity children have toward the world around them, and the excitement they show when coming into the classroom and learning new things. In her spare time, Ms. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching movies.

    Ms. Katie joined The Goddard School of Arnold team in June 2022. She began her career working with young children in 2000 and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Maryland College Park. After working in the field for several years Ms. Katie earned her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland. Katie works full time as a therapist with a private practice group and teaches with our team part time because young children remind her how amazing, loving, and exciting the world can be. In her spare time, Ms. Katie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, gardening, watching movies, and hanging with her dog and husband.

    Ms. Angela joined the Goddard Arnold team in August 2022. She is currently enrolled in college with a major in Elementary Education. Having completed child development classes in high school, Ms. Angela felt joining the Goddard team would be an excellent way to utilize her knowledge and prepare her for future teaching in a public school classroom. Ms. Angela enjoys watching children become more knowledgeable about the world around them. In her spare time, she likes playing volleyball, taking her two dogs for walks, and spending time with her family.

    We happily welcomed Ms. Morgan to the Goddard School of Arnold in August 2023. Ms. Morgan has four years of experience working in a child care center and was also a nanny two years prior to that. Ms. Morgan's favorite thing about working with young children is watching their little minds shape them into big strong individuals. In her free time, Ms. Morgan loves to go on walks with her family and dog.
