    Hi, my name is Sally Lo and I am proud to be opening a brand new Goddard School in the community of Worcester. I am an impassioned educator and have been teaching in public schools and colleges for more than 20 years. I hold a M.S. in Information Technology from Clark University and a B.A. in Linguistics. Both of my sons attended a Goddard School when they were young and my husband and I were always happy and impressed by the high-quality educational programs that the Goddard School provided. I look forward to delivering a wonderful early childhood learning experience to the families in our community!

    Education Director
    Jessica joined the Goddard family in 2020 as the Center Director of the brand-new Worcester location. She got her start in Early Childhood Education in 2000 and it has been quite an adventure ever since. After receiving a double B.S. degree in Education and Psychology, Jessica explored many areas of Education including Public School, Preschool, and Early Intervention teaching. After realizing how much she enjoyed her interactions with parents as well as the children, in 2015 she began working as a Center Director. Jessica is excited to be on this journey with her Goddard team, and takes pleasure in making this location a "home away from home" for the families and staff.

    Noel joined the Goddard school in 2020 on opening day, but started working with children in high school at Monty Tech in 2004. After completing Early Childhood Education as her trade, she graduated in 2008 with her EEC Teacher certification for Infants and Toddlers. She went on to study Early Childhood Education at Bay State College where she received an A.S. in Education and EEC Teacher certification for Preschool in 2010. Since graduating college, she has worked with children of all ages in a variety of childcare centers. Noel absolutely LOVES teaching children and helping them meet new goals for the future. A child’s Social and Emotional needs are one of the most important things to her as a teacher.

    Abha started her Early Childhood Education career as a teacher in 2018 in the states. Before that she completed her M.S. in Elementary Education and B.S. in Education from India. She also has a B.S. and M.S. in Zoology. She has two daughters at home. Abha loves working with children and seeing them growing in front of her eyes. Her favorite book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle and her favorite nursery rhyme is, “if you’re happy and you know, clap your hands”. She is more than excited to pursue her career as a teacher in The Goddard School, Worcester.

    Hollie began working in childcare in 2018, and found herself in love with this career. She has worked with Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers before joining Goddard in 2021 to teach Pre-K students. She received an AS in Early Childhood Education from QCC in 2023 while in her pursuit of greater knowledge. Hollie loves to see the children grow and achieve all their tasks, no matter how small. She understands that children are children, but they will not stay small for long. Her goal as an educator is to prepare them as best as possible to move on to the next steps in the process of learning and to give them the best company while they are away from their parents. In her spare time, Hollie spends time with family, and loves to explore local activities like art painting, claytime, rock climbing and golf. She is excited to have the opportunity to join the Goddard School team and can see herself learning a lot from her professional partners and looks forward to growing her knowledge here.

    Hilary joined the Goddard School in the Spring of 2022 and is excited to continue her teaching journey, however she has been working with children since 2012. After having worked in Autism Specialty Services, ABA, and Early Intervention she joined the childcare world. Hilary holds a BS in Environmental Studies and a CDA in Infant/Toddler care; she hopes to purse a Masters in Early Childhood Education in the future. During her time working with children she has enjoyed the benefit of watching a variety of little ones learn new skills and show excitement in the world around them. Hilary shares her home with her husband, and in her spare time she enjoys riding horses and participating in aerial arts (Lyra, Silks, Hammock).

    Iesha joined the Goddard School in 2022. She began working in childcare in high school and began teaching preschool in 2014 after she graduated with a BA in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Springfield College. Iesha is the oldest of 11 siblings so taking care of children is all she has ever known! She enjoys teaching because she loves the curiosity of children and the funny things they say when they learn new things. From her experience at Goddard, she hopes to learn new skills from the teachers around her. In her spare time, Iesha coaches Cheer and enjoys spending time with family and friends!
  • Ms Jennifer

    Ms Jennifer

    Jennifer began her adventure at the Goddard School as a Floating Teacher in the Fall of 2020. After receiving her B.S., she was privileged to work in the Early Childhood Education field for many years before deciding to be a stay at home mom. As her children aged, she realized how much she missed watching them grow and achieve milestones while nurturing their love to learn. This prompted Jennifer’s return to the field!
  • Ms Joanna

    Ms Joanna

    Joanna began her journey in Education in the Public Schools after graduating from Brandeis University in 1986 with a BA in Mathematics and a Certificate for grades 1-6. After years of teaching students in Grade 5, she took a break from Education to raise her own children at home, which she notes as the most rewarding years of her life. Joanna reentered the Public Schools working with children with special needs, which prompted a move to the world of Early Childhood Education. In 2019 she began working in Childcare as a Certified Teacher and has enjoyed working with children under five. She joined the Goddard team in late Summer 2021 and is looking forward to continued growth as an educator. When she's not working Joanna enjoys studying nutrition and cooking healthy meals, walking, biking, and hitting the beach!

    Lead Teacher
    Jordan excitedly joined the Goddard School during the Summer of 2022. She has been working in childcare since becoming EEC certified after graduating from Monty Tech High School in 2015. She went on to continue her formal education at QCC where she graduated with an Associates Degree and EEC Lead Teacher certification. Her favorite part about working with children is when they do silly things like saying something funny or doing something funny. She also loves seeing their faces light up when they understand something they've been learning and they are excited that they learned something new. During her time with Goddard, Jordan hopes to expand her knowledge of teaching and learn more. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, watching TV and movies, and exploring new areas around Massachusetts!

    Maritza joined the Goddard team in Fall 2021. She worked as a Teacher's Aid in the Worcester Public Schools for a school year before deciding to work with younger students. Maritza is working to continue her education at QCC and looks forward to growing as an educator. In her free time she likes relax and read.

    Ornela has been working in childcare for over 20 years, originally joining the Goddard family in the Northborough location in 2001. She made the lateral move to join the Goddard Worcester team in the Fall of 2021. She holds a BA in Elementary Education and certification to teach all ages, but her passion is for educating Preschool and Pre-K students. Ornela has a wealth of knowledge gained over decades of teaching that she hopes to share with not just the children but her colleagues as well.

    Pamela excitedly joined the Goddard School family in the Winter of 2021. She however started working with children at a young age by assisting her mother in the local church’s Sunday School, and babysitting for other local families. In high school, she completed an internship in Shrewsbury High’s preschool program. After graduation, Pamela went on to study Early Childhood Education at Framingham State University and graduated in 2021 with a BS in Education. She absolutely loves working with young students and watching her them grow. Pamela believes that connections with families are very important for creating a classroom community! When she is not working, Pamela loves going for hikes around New England trails, running at local parks or gyms, and reading new books.

    Taylor joined the Goddard School in 2022. She started working in child care in 2020 after graduating from High School, because she always wanted to help children and get them excited to learn about new things everyday. During her experience with Goddard, Taylor is looking forward to learning new things from co teachers and meeting new people as well as learning how to be the best teacher for the children! Her favorite part working with children is watching them learn and the way they interact with each other. She feels it is incredible to watch them learn how to problem solve with each other too. In her spare time Taylor likes to go on walks with her boyfriend and play with her nephew Bentley (hide and seek always). She also loves napping !!

    Viviana has been working in the childcare field since 2011. During her career, she has attended QCC and WSU where she obtained her Associates and Bachelors degrees (respectively) in Early Childhood Education. While attending WSU she also minored in Psychology. When not working, Viviana enjoys traveling, music, attending Church, and going on cruises. She is a thrill seeker , always waiting for her next adventure whether it be zip lining or swimming with stingrays! Viviana is filled with excitement as she starts her journey with the Goddard Family in the Spring of 2021, and looks forward to creating new memories and relationships.

    Hailey eagerly joined the Goddard School in the Fall of 2022 while attending the Early Childhood Education Chapter 74 Program at South High. She looks forward to graduating as part of the Class of 2024. During her teaching experience here at Goddard she hopes to gain experience as an educator, learning from more experienced colleagues. Hailey’s favorite part about working with children is finding new ways to engage all learning styles and helping children problem solve. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, watching TV, and spending time with her 3 siblings.

    Jay happily joined the Goddard School team in the Fall of 2022, but her education journey began over a decade before. After staying home with her own children she returned to the childcare field to help working families care for their little ones. While working she enjoys watching Infants/Toddlers learn many new skills (walking, talking, dancing) and providing them with love and support while their parents are away. Jay attended college as a Business Major, receiving a Bachelors degree, and plans to continue her education in childcare studies as well. At home she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, reading books, and playing video games with her kiddos.

    Meghan excitedly joined the Goddard School during the Summer of 2022, but has wanted to work with children for as long as she can remember. She enjoys watching children grow everyday and is exited to see how they change as they grow and learn. Growing up her mom ran a Family Childcare center giving her a desire to follow in her footsteps. Meghan hopes to gain valuable experience working along side her more seasoned colleagues. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at the camp ground to teach arts and crafts to visiting children.

    Nayalis eagerly joined the Goddard School in the Spring of 2022 while attending the Early Childhood Education Chapter 74 Program at South High. She obtained her teacher certification after graduating as part of the Class of 2023. During her teaching experience here at Goddard she hopes to gain the "right" experience as an educator, learning from more experienced colleagues. Nayalis' favorite part about working with children is the playtime interaction, whether in the classroom or on the playground she enjoys getting involved in play. In her spare time she likes to paint and read poetry.

    Angelina began working in childcare in early 2023 when she joined the Goddard team. She graduated from Wachusett Regional High School in 2022. During her time here at Goddard, Angelina hopes to gain valuable professional experience while learning from colleagues. What she enjoys most about working with children is seeing them happy and smiling while she teachers them new things! In her spare time, Angelina enjoys writing poetry and going for a run.

    Falicia began working in childcare in early 2023 when she joined the Goddard team, however she has been volunteering with children since she was 12 years old. She graduated from her Homeschool High School program in 2022, and is pursuing a CDA for Infant & Toddler Teaching. During her time here at Goddard, Falicia hopes to gain valuable professional experience while learning from colleagues. What she enjoys most about working with children is playing games and making them laugh! In her spare time, Falicia enjoys reading & writing, listening to music, playing video games, and watching movies.

    Lisa joined the Goddard team in Spring 2023, but has been working in childcare since 2018. She attended QCC where she was awarded a certificate in Early Childhood Education. During her time here at Goddard, Lisa hopes to grow as a professional while learning from her colleagues. What she enjoys most about working with children is watching them grow and learn new things. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family & friends, bowling, going out to eat, and watching movies.

    Vanny joined the Goddard team in early 2023. She began working in childcare as a substitute in 2012 before joining the field fulltime in 2020. After becoming Teacher certified, she continued to work on her education and is currently working towards completion of a CDA. During her time here at Goddard, Vanny hopes to gain more experience to become the Greatest Infant Teacher of all time! What she loves most about working with children is watching them grow, develop, and meet new milestones. During her free time, Vanny enjoys getting outside for a hike or road trip, coloring, and building mini houses.

    Kyara eagerly joined the Goddard School in early 2023 while attending the Early Childhood Education Chapter 74 Program at South High. She looks forward to graduating as part of the Class of 2024. During her teaching experience here at Goddard she hopes to gain experience as an educator, learning from more experienced colleagues. Kyara’s favorite part about working with children is the bond she is able to build with them. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

    Courtney joined the Goddard family in the Fall of 2023, however she began working in childcare earlier that year following in her mom's teaching footsteps. During her time at Goddard Courtney hopes to gain more experience along side more seasoned co-workers and grow as an educator. Her favorite part about working with children is being able to watch them grow and learn while developing their own individual personalities. When she is not working, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, and playing disc golf.

    Karina joined the Goddard family in the Fall of 2023, however she began working in childcare in 2020 while attending South High for Early Childhood Education. She has always had a passion for caring for and teaching children! During her time at Goddard, Karina hopes to gain more experience along side more seasoned co-workers and create new bonds. Her favorite part about working with children is exploring their different personalities and creating lasting relationships with them. When she is not working, Karina enjoys painting and naps with her feline fur baby.

    Kris-Ellen began volunteering in childcare in 2014 while a Sophomore at Worcester Tech, and quickly realized it as a career path. She joined the Goddard School in the Fall of 2023 and hopes to return to school to work on her degree in ECE. During her time here at Goddard, Kris-Ellen hopes show the children she cares for that there are good people in the world and to help them grow and realize their potential. Her favorite part of working with children is the knowledge that children are the future and educating them allows her to shape that future for the better. When she is not working, Kris-Ellen enjoys time with her Fiancé and son!

    Linette joined the Goddard Worcester team in early 2024, but began working with children as a volunteer while attending college. She graduated from Worcester State University in 2021 with a BS in Early Childhood Education and Visual & Performing Arts. During her time here at Goddard, Linette hopes to gain valuable experience and continue her education in the field. Her favorite part of working with children each day is getting to be a part of their developmental growth and helping them learn new skills to reach milestones.

What she enjoys most about working with children is seeing them learn and try new things! In her spare time, Alexia enjoys spending time with friends and also practicing good self care with plenty of "me" time.

She comes from a large family that includes 10 siblings! During her time at Goddard, Maryan hopes to gain more experience along side more seasoned co-workers. Her favorite part about working with children is being able to watch them grow and learn. When she is not working, Maryan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends enjoying all their favorite activities.
