    On-Site Owner
    Miss Kaitlyn attended Vermont Technical College studying business and playing soccer. She has been working with children since 2014 with children ranging from 6 weeks- 12 years and is currently furthering her education in the Early Childhood Education field at North shore Community College . Miss. Kaitlyn was the infant teacher for 3 years at Goddard Lexington, as well as the Co-Director most recently for that past year and a half. Miss. Kaitlyn is passionate about building strong relationships with the children and their families. As she moves into an Onsite-Owner role, she will continue to build important relationships with families and maintain a positive environment for the families, children, and staff.

    Ms Michaela has been in the education field since 2013. She graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2018 with Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology and graduated with her Master's Degree from Merrimack College in 2020 for Curriculum and Instruction. Ms Michaela is passionate about Goddard’s philosophy and strives to help our teachers grow and ensure that the families we serve have the best and most fulfilling experience possible. As she goes through her career, she strives to grow as an educator, administrator, and mentor to teachers and students alike.

    Co-Director
    Ms. Nikki has been working in the Early Child Care field since 2011. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. With over 10 years teaching experience, a large amount of that time focused on teaching infant and toddlers age groups. After joining the Goddard School team in 2020 as an Infant-Toddler teacher she has furthered her passion for Early Childhood Education with the desire to guide other educators on the administrative side. As a Co-Director it is her goal to help both families and teachers as they create a positive learning environment for the young minds that come through our school.

    Assistant Director
    Miss Kerry has been in the early education field since 2006. She graduated from Worcester State University in 2011 with Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. Miss Kerry has been a teacher with the Goddard School franchise since 2011 and is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to the Wellesley location. She is Director certified and is thrilled about making the transition from teaching to administration as the Assistant Director. She loves helping to create a positive and welcoming school culture and looks forward to getting to know you all.

    Center Coordinator
    Nicole has over 20+ year’s experience in the Early Childcare field. During this time, she has worked with Infants, toddlers, and preschool throughout her career. As the Center Coordinator she aides all age groups with her years of experience and guidance. She is currently working on the completion of her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. One of her favorite parts about working in the early education field is seeing the children's faces light up as they learn something new. When Nicole is not working or studying, she loves reading and spending time with her daughter.

    Miss Joanna is Early Education and Care certified to work with our littlest learners, infants and toddlers. She has two years of experience working with this age group. Miss Joanna loves teaching because she enjoys helping the children learn new skills and reach new goals. When Miss Joanna is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing arts and crafts activities .

    Miss Tara is Early Education and Care certified to work with our infants and toddlers. She has over seven years of experience in the field. Miss Tara loves teaching because she loves inspiring young minds and getting them to watch them further their development. When Miss Tara is not teaching, she loves to read and spend time with her friends and family.

    Miss Alice (Yanhong) is excited to be partnering with other teachers and families at the Goddard School. She has 6 years of experience working in the field and she has previous experience working as a Sunday School Teacher. She also speaks both English and Chinese. Miss Alice enjoys teaching because she loves getting on the children's level and helping them learn through play. She feels that children deserve an environment where they can thrive through play, imagination, and gentle guidance. When Miss Alice is not teaching, she enjoys swimming and hiking.

    Miss Alejandra attends Valecia College and is pursuing a degree in the field of Psycology and Linguistics. Her hobbies include meditation and drawing. She enjoys working with children because she is able to make a fun a stimulating environment for her students. Miss Alejandra has a passion for learning more about early childhood intervention as she grows and develops as a support teacher

    Mrs. Gullar has been in the education field since 2011. During this time, she has worked with early-year, kindergarten, and elementary school students throughout her career. She is currently working towards her Early Education and Care certification. She speaks English, Turkish, and Russian. When Mrs. Gullar is not teaching, she enjoys going to the cinema and being with friends and family.

    Miss Monique is excited to become part of the Goddard Wellesley team. She is currently working towards her EEC certification. Miss Monique enjoys working with children and families because she is able to help her students grow and develop. When Miss Monique is not teaching, she enjoys writing, reading and exercising.

    Miss Safaa is excited to be here at the Goddard School. She has 5 years of experience working with with young children. She speaks three different languages: English, Arabic and French. Miss Safaa enjoys teaching because she loves being a part of a student learning or doing something new for the first time. When Miss Safaa is not teaching, she loves to go swimming and cook.

    Miss Hailey is Early Education and care certified to work with preschool and has years of experience working with children and their families. She attends Mass Bay College and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Miss Hailey enjoys working with children because she has a passion for helping students learn and grow as people, When she is not teaching, Miss Hailey enjoys walking her dogs and making arts and crafts with her nephews.

    Miss Kayla has been working with children since 2009. She attended Fitchburg State University where she completed her Bachelors Degree in Education and is currently working towards furthering her education. Kayla's favorite part of teaching is watching the children's curiosity bloom while learning in her classroom.

She love working with children because of their funny personalities. Outside of work she loves to travel, go to the gym, and hang out with family and friends.

    Miss Sharon attended Boston College for education. She has 30 years of experience working with typical and special needs children. She loves watching children develop their language, and thinking skills, as well as physically and emotionally. She enjoys cooking, travel, and summers on Cape Cod.

    Miss Katie attended Rollins College. She has been working with families since 2020 and has a degree in Elementary Education. She enjoys incorporating music and art into the classroom. When she is not teaching, her hobbies include traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Lauren loves teaching because knowing she has been a part in having each child go to the age level confident and with a solid foundation of skills.

    Ms. Sandy is Early Education and Care certified to work with infants through preschool. Most of her teaching experience is with infants and young toddlers. Ms. Sandy uses ASL along with English in the classroom. when she is not teaching, she enjoys taking her two children and three dogs on adventures!
