    On-Site Operator
    Miss. Kaitlyn has been with Goddard since 2019. Prior to her time at Goddard Wellesley, she spent about 4.5 years at our sister school in Lexington where she started out as the Lead Infant Teacher and moved up to Co- Director. Now in the Onsite-Operator role, she will continue to build important relationships with families and maintain a positive environment for the families, children, and staff.

    Ms. Nikki has been working in the Early Child Care field since 2011. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. With over 10 years teaching experience, a large amount of that time focused on teaching infant and toddlers age groups. After joining the Goddard School team in 2020 as an Infant-Toddler teacher she has furthered her passion for Early Childhood Education with the desire to guide other educators on the administrative side. As a Co-Director it is her goal to help both families and teachers as they create a positive learning environment for the young minds that come through our school.

    Nicole has over 20+ year’s experience in the Early Childcare field. During this time, she has worked with Infants, toddlers, and preschool throughout her career. As the Assistant Director she aides all age groups with her years of experience and guidance. She is currently working on the completion of her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. One of her favorite parts about working in the early education field is seeing the children's faces light up as they learn something new. When Nicole is not working or studying, she loves reading and spending time with her daughter.

    Miss Victoria has been in the childcare field for just about four years. She currently has her lead teacher certification and is currently still working towards furthering her education. In her free time, Miss Victoria enjoys spending time with her son and the rest of her family as well as shopping and teaching your little ones! Miss Victoria's goal for the kiddos in her care is to begin to develop the multiple skills they can use as they grow and learn. She looks forward to getting to know all the little ones that go into her class and their families!

    Miss Alice (Yanhong) is excited to be partnering with other teachers and families at the Goddard School. She has 6 years of experience working in the field and she has previous experience working as a Sunday School Teacher. She also speaks both English and Chinese. Miss Alice enjoys teaching because she loves getting on the children's level and helping them learn through play. She feels that children deserve an environment where they can thrive through play, imagination, and gentle guidance. When Miss Alice is not teaching, she enjoys swimming and hiking.

    Ms Abby is Early Education and Care certified to work with preschool children and has 6 years of experience working with children and families. Ms Abby loves teaching because she enjoys watching children grow, develop, and seeing their imaginations blossom. When she is not teaching, Ms Abby loves traveling, learning to cook and being with friends and family.

    Miss Natalie has 10 years of experience working with young children. She went to the Lesley University program and has a certificate in early childhood. She love working with children because of their funny personalities. Outside of work she loves to travel, go to the gym, and hang out with family and friends.

    Miss. Ari is a full-time student at Bridgewater state university and works part time with us at the Goddard School of Wellesley. She loves sports especially the Red Sox and loves exploring nature. Miss. Ari loves working with kids and being able to help them grow and learn new things. Miss. Ari used to work for a nonprofit where she taught middle school aged kids how to fish!

    Miss Adie is excited to be working at the Goddard School and she has 3 years of experience working with children. Miss Adie loves teaching because she enjoys watching her students learn and grow and partnering with families in the best interest of the child. When she is not teaching, Miss Adie enjoys playing sports and reading.

    Ms. Charina is an Early Education and Care certified teacher with a great amount of experience working with infants and toddlers. Charina joined us in 2024 and comes with over 5 years of experience in early childcare. While in the classroom she brings her skills of being bilingual as she speaks both English and Spanish fluently to enrich her classroom and the experience of her students. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and travel. With her love for teaching and love of seeing young children learn and grow she looks to the future in the pursuit to further her knowledge and skills in the early childcare field.

    Miss Jessica is Early Education and Care certified to work with all ages and has 14 years of experience in the field. She graduated Liberty University with a degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Miss Jessica loves teaching because she loves to see her students achieve their goals. When Miss Jessica is not teaching, she enjoys running and shopping.

    Miss Jackie is an Early Education and Care certified to work with toddlers and preschool aged children. She has two years of experience working in these age groups and has been with Goddard for over a year and has had the best experience working with us. She loves teaching and being able to watch her students grow and learn as well as making strides towards reaching their milestones. Miss Jackie is currently taking courses to further her education in working with children. When she is not teaching, she loves spending her time with family, friends, and listening to music.

    Miss. Caroline has been with the Goddard school for over four years at our sister location in Lexington before joining us about a year ago in Wellesley. She has a bachelors in English from UMass Amherst and a masters in secondary education from Framingham State. Caroline works full-time as a high school English teacher in Milford and joins us in the afternoons and on school breaks. When Miss. Caroline isn’t teaching, she enjoys traveling running and reading!

    This is Miss India's first year in early childhood education. She enjoys teaching because she loves making children excited about learning and watching them grow. When Miss India is not teaching, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, shopping, and trying new foods. Miss India is also fluent in both spanish and english!

Outside of work Miss Cici enjoys going to the beach, reading and spending time with family and friends.

    Ms. Maggie has dedicated the past 14 years working with children of many ages. She attended the University of Colorado and later achieved her certificate in gestalt coaching with a focus on empowering youth. She finds passion in fostering a positive environment for learning and exploration where children feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. Outside of work, Ms. Maggie enjoys cooking, skiing, and time by the ocean with her family and her dogs.

    Miss Abbie has been an early childhood educator since she graduated high school. Her passion and enjoyment in working with young children began when she started babysitting and during her time as a paraprofessional. Miss Abbie loves creating connections with both the children in her care as well as their families. After work she loves reading or playing video games as well as spend time with her two cats that she loves more than anything, Pickles and Gidget!

    Miss. Judy has been working in the Early Child Care field and in the Sunday Chinese Language School since 2018 in MA. Miss. Judy is certified for infant/toddler/preschool teacher in MA and certified for preschool teacher through a CDA (The Child Development Associate). Miss. Judy enjoys spending time with all children. It brings her joy to watch children grow in a healthy and happy way. With 8 years of hospital experience as a registered nurse and clinical instructor in China, Miss. Judy expertly serves the needs of children too. In her spare time, Miss. Judy enjoys playing the piano and painting.

    Ms.Saori has a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Kyoto Pharmaceutical University and has over thirteen years of experience as a pharmacist in Japan. She worked with children when she was a pharmacist and is a mother of three. She loves working with children and is currently pursuing Lead Teacher certification through Middlesex Community College. Her oldest daughter loves watching sports and her younger two sons play soccer. Most of her time, she enjoys watching the boys’ soccer games and spends time with her family.

    Miss. Sommer has a passion for teaching and working with children. She is currently studying psychology, with plans to continue her education in child psychology. Miss. Sommer also has a background in criminal justice, which has inspired her to pursue a career where she can support and advocate for children in need. At home, Miss. Sommer enjoys the company of her two cats, Poopy and Spar, and her sweet bunny, Penelope. In her free time, she loves watching classic movies, spending time with friends, and relaxing.

    Ms. Susan is a mother of 3 adult children and a retired attorney from Sherborn. In addition to raising her own family, she nannied privately for several families working with children of all ages over the past thirty years including those with special needs. As her passion is caring for newborns and infant/toddlers she enjoys working as an assistant teacher in the infant toddler classroom. She loves babies and has a special gift of bonding with them quickly and handling them with the utmost care. In her free time, she loves to be with her husband, son and two daughters, traveling and being outdoors on the Cape with her dog Bella.

    Miss. Taylor is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students. She specializes in Get Set classes and am committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Miss. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in child and Developmental Psychology from Assumption University. Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset. Outside the classroom, Miss. Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, and she continually seeks new ways to bring real-world connections into her lessons. Miss. Taylor believes that every student has the potential to succeed, and she is honored to be part of every child's learning journey.

    Ms. Tatyana earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 2018. After graduating, she worked with a nonprofit organization called Child and Family in Newport, Rhode Island, where she connected families with community resources and discovered her passion for working with children. In 2021, she began her first job at a preschool and instantly fell in love with early childhood education. She has been working in the field ever since and joined The Goddard School in July 2025. Tatyana loves helping children grow more confident, curious, and independent each day. When she’s not in the classroom, you can find her exploring nature with her dog, Mila—especially on rainy day walks! She also enjoys shopping trips, sipping iced coffee, and spending time at the beach.

    Miss. Ayri has been in the education field since attending Wellesley High School, about 11 years. Miss. Ayri loves working with infant toddler age but has experience working with all ages including high school! Miss. Ayri loves to explore her creative side with arts, music, & especially doing spontaneous things that would make her & others laugh.

    Mr. Christian has 5 years of early childhood experience and is a former graduate from Bridgewater state university. Mr. Christian played professional basketball for 4 years. Currently Mr. Christian is a student at Mass Bay community college. And has a lot of love for his dog Reece!

In our Hungry Caterpillar class, she brings patience, creativity, and joy to each day—whether through stories, songs, or hands-on play. Her goal is for every child to feel safe, supported, and excited to learn as they take these first steps on their journey.

She graduated from Boston University with a degree in behavior and health science, focusing on child development. Miss Megan loves working with young children to see how much they can learn each day through play. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys crafting, running, and spending time with her triplet sisters

    Miss Karissa has a passion for teaching and caring for kids. She has ten years of experience caring for children, mostly spent nannying and tutoring. She is currently working towards furthering her education and aspires to become a high school teacher in the future. When not teaching, Karissa likes volunteering at animal shelters and community pantries, as well as playing scrabble and reading.

    Ms. Simela (Sam) is a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher with two years of experience at Sunny Bunny Daycare. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. Ms. Simela (Sam) is also bilingual and speaks Greek. She brings warmth, patience, and a deep sense of care to her classroom, helping each infant reach important developmental milestones through play, exploration, and positive interactions. Her goal is to provide families with peace of mind knowing their little ones are cared for with the same love and attention she gives her own children. Her free time she loves spending it with her family and friends.
