Meet Maitri Owner

Hi! My name is Ms. Mai. I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut. I’ve spent the bulk of my career in healthcare working in neurodiagnostic department, most recently at Grady in Atlanta. After a long career in corporate America, I felt that the time was right to make a meaningful change in our lives and our careers. My husband and I have two beautiful children. Our eldest is a Goddard alumnus and youngest is at our school. When my eldest son graduated from the Goddard school, he was well prepared for all the challenges that were going to come his way as he progressed to grade-school. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to be a part of Goddard Family. Over the years, we have felt a strong connection to the Goddard philosophy of fostering the love of learning while providing a safe, nurturing environment for children. Having the opportunity to shape young minds and play a role in development of children is the reason behind my passion to be leading our school

Infant

6 w - 12 m

In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.

Toddlers

12 - 24 m

As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.

Twos

2 - 3 yrs

In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.

Bridge

2.5 - 3.5 yrs

As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.

Preschool

3 - 4 yrs

In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.

Pre-K

4 - 5 yrs

As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

The different aspects of my son's curriculum, especially in the areas of language arts and science experiments. Each month has a different theme with learning objectives linked via centers. I especially enjoy receiving an email via Tadpoles daily so I can keep up with what my son learned throughout the day along with pictures interacting with his classmates and teachers.

We love how they take care of our kids and how are kids seem to love them back! For brand new parents when Covid hit, we appreciated so much how much they communicated with us and gave us a sense of ease with dropping our kids off there.
