Hello, my name is Pam King and my husband, Shawn, and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School® located on Avalon Rd. in Winter Garden. We opened our first Goddard School in Alpharetta, Georgia in 2000. We live in Windermere, and have three beautiful children (All graduates of Goddard). I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Before opening our first Goddard School, I worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family on the lake and watching my youngest daughter pitch on the softball field. Since I was a young girl I knew that I wanted to work with children. It gives me such pleasure to nurture, educate, and laugh with young children. I am beyond thrilled to be able to spend my days with the amazing children that attend our Goddard School®. I look forward to meeting you and showing you our amazing school.

Hello! My name is Mr. Shawn. My wife Pam and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School in Winter Garden. We have three children, Shelby, Ryan and Lexi who are all graduates of our program. We founded our first school nearly 20 years ago. The Winter Garden location is the 7th school we've opened and represents the completion of all the things we learned over the years. We were able to incorporate all of our desires into this one-of-a-kind facility. It truly is a campus as opposed to your typical childcare center. It features a state-of-the-art gymnasium with a rock wall! We have three separate secure playgrounds that have specialized surfacing to allow our children to spend more time outside. During a tour of our facility, you can see these and many other features that make our program so special. But the heart of our program is the experienced and talented faculty that deliver cutting edge education programs for your child. While touring our school, you can observe the multi-sensory approach in action for maximizing your child's learning FUNdamentals!

Jessica brings 10 years of experience in early childhood education. She is a dedicated educational leader with a passion for early childhood development and education. She holds an Associate's Degree from St. Petersburg College and furthered her studies in Music Therapy at Florida State University. Jessica has a VPK endorsed Director's credential as well as a Florida Staff Credential, equipping her with both the leadership and classroom insight needed to guide high-quality early learning programs. Jessica is committed to fostering meaningful relationships with families and believes children thrive in environments where they feel safe, encouraged, and inspired to be brave, curious learners. Outside of her professional role, Jessica cherishes spending time with her daughter. Creating memories and simply enjoying everyday moments together, her role as a mom continues to inspire her work she does with children and families each day.

Jennifer brings more than 26 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, customer service, and business management. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and has dedicated her career to building high-quality, compliant, and family-centered learning environments. Throughout her career, Jennifer has led large early childhood programs serving more than 300 children, supported multiple school locations in achieving and maintaining accreditation and regulatory excellence. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, staff coaching, operational leadership, and quality assurance. Jennifer is passionate about fostering strong partnerships with families, mentoring educators, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Corrie joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden when we opened in 2019. After obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Corrie continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, Severe Allergy Training, and her DCF 45 Hours. FUN FACT: “I am fluent in sign language!"

Bernie brings over 22 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles including Curriculum Director for the last 10 years, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both classroom instruction and educational leadership. She has extensive experience leading school-wide curriculum initiatives aligned with early learning standards and best practices, as well as coaching teachers through classroom observations and professional development. Bernie is passionate about creating engaging learning environments for young children while also mentoring and supporting teachers to reach their full potential. She builds strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff, making her a valued leader within the school community. She holds a Child Development Associate credential and is continuing her education in the field with Florida International University, further demonstrating her commitment to growth and excellence.

Hi there! I'm Keli, the Director of Compliance & Business at The Goddard School in Winter Garden. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Education & Psychology from the University of Central Florida and hold a Florida Staff Credential as well as a VPK Endorsed Director Credential. I have over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have served in a variety of roles, including lead teacher, education specialist with the Early Learning Coalition, assistant director, and now director. My diverse background allows me to effectively support families and children while fostering a strong school community. I have been with this Goddard School since its opening in 2019 and feel grateful to be part of such a nurturing and high-quality learning environment! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. As Florida natives, we love visiting the beach, exploring state parks, and enjoying local theme parks together.

Hello! My name is Tasha. I am the Business Manager here at The Goddard School in Winter Garden. The early childhood education field has always been my passion. I received my degree in childhood education, focusing on special needs in Bristol, England where I was born until moving to Orlando over 20 years ago. I bring 30+ years of experience, including roles such as Teacher, Administration, Enrollment, Retention and Managerial. My Husband, Kendrick and I have four daughters, Paige, Kimberly, Shannon, and Alexandria. We also have four Grandaughters aged between 12 to 4 years and two Grandsons aged between 7 and 3 years. In my free time I can be seen walking, bike riding, in the gym or spending time with our Grandchildren. I am blessed to be a part of the Goddard family, and look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful school and being a part of the growth and development of your little ones.

Andrea joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2020. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree, Andrea continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, Severe Allergy Training, and her DCF 45 hours. FUN FACT: "I have a twin sister!"

Diana joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2024. Diana has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, Severe Allergy Training, and her DCF 45 Hours.

Mariana joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2024. Mariana has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: “I am Brazilian and speak Portuguese!"

Alyssa joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2024. Alyssa obtained her 45 hours and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as a National Childhood Development Certificate, First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: "I got my passport this year and I am excited to travel!"

Kyndal joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. While working on her training through DCF, Kyndal has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: "Cinderella, live action, is my favorite movie!"

Ajani joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Ajani obtained her DCF 45 hours and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: "I dance professionally."

Eliana joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Eliana has an Associate's Degree and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: “I love to dance!"

Erica joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Angelina joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Aficha joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2022. Aficha obtained her DCF 45 Hours and managed to expand her training further by obtaining other certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: “I love to braid hair!”

Christiana joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Viktoria joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Viktoria has completed her training through the Department of Children and Families and has gone on to obtain a Florida Staff Credential in early childhood education. She expanded her training further earning certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: "I used to work for Disney!"

Jordan joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Loisbeth joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2024. FUN FACT: "I have my ABA therapy certification!"

Breanon joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. While working on her training tthrough the Department of Children and Families, Breanon has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training.

Hannah joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Hannah has a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University. Patricia joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Patricia has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training.

Daniella joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2022. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Daniella continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: "I was so little as a child that my childhood nickname was stick!"

Waleska joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Waleska has a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, Severe Allergy Training, and her DCF 45 Hours.

Sarah joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Sarah has a Bachelor's Degree in English and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: “I love to go to Universal Studios!"

Abigail joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Abigail is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training. FUN FACT: “I am a foodie and currently attend UCF!"

Erica joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2020. Caitlyn joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2026. Caitlyn has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and has continued expanding her training by obtaining certifications such as First Aid & CPR, Medication Administration, and Severe Allergy Training.

Marie joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2023. Tionna joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2025. Amanda joined the Goddard School of Winter Garden in 2020. After obtaining her Associate's Degree, Amanda went on to obtain a Florida Staff Credential in early childhood education.
