    On Site Owner
    Mr. Dinesh is the on-site owner of the Goddard School. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Mr. Dinesh worked as a textile engineer. He has since owned several successful businesses in the service, retail and hospitality industries. He is excited and proud to be a part of the Goddard School and is committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in our community.

    Co-Owner
    Tejal is a Co-Owner of the Goddard School of Wesley Chapel. She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Education and Counseling Psychology. Along with Mr. Dinesh Patel, her vision is to offer the families in our Wesley Chapel area a quality, upscale educational childcare environment where a strong foundation is laid for future academic success. She is also passionate about building a strong sense of community among our Goddard families, as well as eager to see our children learning beyond the classroom through additional programs and events that are hosted at our school.

    Director of Operations
    Mrs. Dlal is the Director of Operations at The Goddard School and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the early childhood education field. She has been working in the childcare industry since the age of 16 and has held her Director’s Credential since 2006. In addition, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, further strengthening her commitment to providing high-quality educational experiences for young learners. As a mother of three wonderful school-aged children, Mrs. Dlal understands the importance of creating a nurturing, supportive, and engaging environment for children and families. When she is not at school, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether relaxing by the pool or exploring new restaurants together. Mrs. Dlal is excited to bring her expertise, passion, and leadership to The Goddard School. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with families and creating a warm, welcoming community.

    Director of Education
    Ms. RaShonda is the proud Director of Education at the Goddard School of Wesley Chapel. She has 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education as a teacher and an additional 10+ years of experience as a school administrator. She is an alumni of Ashford University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a concentration in Education. She also received her Master's of Science in Education with a specialization in Leadership from Keiser University. She is currently a doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University, where she is working on a Doctorate of Education (EDd) in Curriculum and Teaching. Ms. RaShonda is a mom of 5 and typically spends her free time coaching cheerleading, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to getting to know you and your children and inspiring a love of learning.

    Heather has dedicated nearly four decades to the field of early childhood education. With 23 years of classroom teaching and 15 years of leadership experience as a Director, she has guided both children and educators with compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to quality learning. She is passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. She also takes great pride in mentoring teachers and helping them reach their full potential. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of two and eagerly looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild in the new year. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, whether watching sports together or enjoying lively game nights at home.

    Mrs. Jessica is the lead teacher in the Toddler 1 classroom. She is from Colombia and came to the United States in the beginning of 2023. She has a Bachelors degree in Science in Mathematics and a Masters degree Science in Statistics. She loves working with children and being able to watch children grow comfortable in their new environments. She finds it very rewarding when children start to open up to her because it means she has become someone they trust. Outside of work she likes to swim, walk, and dance to all different kinds of music. She prides herself on punctuality and enjoys learning new things ever day. Mrs. Jessica can not wait to meet you and your family.

    Miss Farrah was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, and has always had a passion for working with young children. From an early age, she was surrounded by the field of education, as her mother was a Special Education teacher and her grandparents owned a preschool. These experiences helped inspire her love for nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. During high school, Farrah enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program that provided hands-on experience working in the school's preschool classroom. She later attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated with honors and earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. While pursuing her degree, she was especially drawn to courses focused on family reunification and the positive impact of helping children reconnect with their parents. Farrah's long-term goal is to become a social worker, combining her passion for children and families with her desire to make a meaningful difference in their live

    Lead Teacher - Older Toddlers
    Mrs. Quyen is the lead teacher in our Toddler 2 classroom. She has been in the childcare industry since 2009 and especially enjoys working with older toddlers. She has her 45 DCF hours as well as her National CDA Credential. Additionally, she has CPR and first aid certifications. Mrs. Quyen can often be found spending time with her family and friends. She has a grown daughter, who resides and works in Los Angeles, after graduating from USC. Mrs. Quyen adores children and loves working with them. She finds watching them grow up to be successful one of lifes greatest joys. To her, teaching is the most rewarding profession in the world.

    Ms. Klara is an Assistant Teacher who is deeply passionate about working with young children and supporting their early education journey. She has completed her 45 hours of training through the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and plans to pursue her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential to continue growing in her field. Ms. Klara especially enjoys engaging children in hands-on activities and loves spending time outdoors, encouraging exploration and curiosity in nature. Her warm and positive approach helps her build strong connections with her students, making learning a fun and meaningful experience each day. As a mother of two, she brings both personal and professional insight to the classroom, creating a nurturing and caring environment where children feel safe and valued. She believes that children are our future and takes great joy in helping them learn, grow, and discover the world around them.

    She is excited to be the Two-Year-Old Teacher at The Goddard School. She has been teaching young children for over three years and truly loves their energy, curiosity, and unique personalities. Her favorite part of each day is hearing the children’s thoughts and ideas, which always brings a smile to her face. When she is not in the classroom, she enjoys reading and doing word searches. She looks forward to sharing a year full of learning, laughter, and fun with the children.

    Jomary is a Twos Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School, where she works closely with two-year-olds to support their early development in a safe and nurturing environment. She enjoys helping children learn through play, routines, and hands-on activities while building positive relationships with students and families. Passionate about early childhood education, she strives to create a supportive space where every child can grow and thrive.

    Lead Teacher - Preschool
    Mrs. Sarmistha serves as the lead teacher in our Preschool-1 classroom, bringing dedication, warmth, and a deep love for early childhood education. She has more than three years of experience in early childhood field. Before that she also worked as a volunteer and holding a Substitute Teaching License for the Hillsborough County Public schools. Since joining the childcare field, she has found her passion in working with older toddlers, guiding them through their most curious and formative years. She holds a National CDA Credential and has completed her 45 DCF training hours. In addition, she is certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child in her care. Originally from India, Mrs. Sarmistha brings a rich cultural perspective and holds a Master’s degree in History.

    Ms. Jaz has been working in the childcare field for three years and is passionate about creating a classroom environment where every child feels valued, included, and connected. She has completed her 45-hour DCF training and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens. Her love for teaching began at a young age while helping her cousins with homework and playing "teacher" with her siblings. Those early experiences sparked a passion for education that continues to inspire her work today. Ms. Jaz enjoys bringing energy and creativity into the classroom by incorporating games, songs, and hands-on activities that make learning exciting and engaging for young children. She believes that children learn best when they are having fun and feeling supported. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Jaz enjoys spending time with her favorite—and only—niece and getting lost in a good book.     Mrs. Flossie is the Lead Preschool 2 Teacher. She has earned her 45 DCF hours as well as her CDA. She has worked in childcare for 39 years and has a plethora of knowledge and experience to share. Her favorite subject to teach is Language and Literacy because she can help her students increase their knowledge and understanding of different stories. She enjoys teaching children so that she can see them grow and become their own person.

    Teacher Assistant- Preschool
    Ms. Jacqueline is part of the support staff at Goddard. She was born in Georgia, but has lived in Florida her whole life. She has four siblings, two nephews, and three nieces. Ms. Jacqueline currently has her 45 DCF hours and is looking into gaining more certifications in the future. Prior to joining the Goddard family she has worked within other facilities with one year olds to school agers, but loves two year olds.

    Ms. Monica Lopez is a dedicated preschool and Pre-K teacher with over a decade of experience nurturing young minds. She began her journey in early childhood education in the U.S. in 2019. Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and has completed 45 hours of training through the Department of Children and Families (DCF). She also possesses a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is currently pursuing her Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Instructor credential. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Monica brings a valuable multicultural perspective to her teaching. Her multilingual skills and extensive international experience enable her to connect effectively with diverse students and families, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment.

    Neamah, who is commonly known as Nancy, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Art (2019) and has a strong passion for working with children. In her home country, she gained valuable experience providing tutoring support and helping students build confidence in their learning. As a mother of three, Nancy has developed a deep understanding of child development, positive discipline, patience, and effective communication. She truly enjoys supporting children as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Her goal is to help create a safe, nurturing, and encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.

    Ms. Estefany serves as the lead teacher in the Prekindergarten 2 classroom and brings nearly five years of experience in early childhood education. She holds certifications in CPR and First Aid, completed 45 hours of DCF training, and has earned both her Director's Credential and CDA. Passionate about working with young children, particularly those aged two and three, she believes in treating every child with the same care and dedication as she would her own. Ms. Estefany is committed to furthering her professional development, with aspirations to open her own daycare in the future. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time at the beach. She is a devoted mother to her son, who has enriched her understanding of motherhood. Ms. Estefany finds great joy in guiding children through their learning journeys, celebrating their achievements, and witnessing their excitement as they grow and discover new things.

    Lead Teacher- PreKindergarten
    Ms. Danita began her journey in the Early Childhood Profession as a Preschool Music and Pre-K Teacher. From there, she directed children's summer theater, and served as the Director of Children's Learning Center @ Florida Hospital Tampa. Her experience also includes teaching In-Service Continuing Education at the Local, State and National Levels. She holds a CDA. Her favorite teachers have always been the children. They taught her how to earn respect, listen intently, laugh more, sing louder, whisper, make funny voices, but most of all, they taught her patience. Giving them the opportunity to free their insecurities allows them to shine through their strengths while reinforcing successes through specific praise. Danita enjoys watching her student's progress while learning together with enthusiasm and positive energy. She spends free time with her family, power walking, yoga, shopping for unusual antiques and learning about Florida History.

    Asmaa has been working in childcare since 2019 and loves the opportunity to help educate the children of the future. She has experience working with all age groups, but she especially enjoys working with the little ones. Asmaa has completed her 45 DCF hours and is currently working toward earning her CDA. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her four children.

    Miss Sadean is a part of the support staff at Goddard. She is currently a student at Wiregrass Ranch High School and is working to get her Associates Degree at Pasco Hernando State College. Miss Sadean is on a medical track and hopes to go into the field of Anesthesiology. She has lived in Florida her whole life but she hopes to travel all over the world. She lives in a family of 7 with 2 younger brothers and 2 older sisters. Miss Sadean enjoys working with kids and she hopes to make a difference in their lives.

    Ms. Sema is part of the support staff at Goddard. She has lived in Florida her whole life, and is currently enrolled at Wiregrass Ranch, and in the medical program. She is also working to get her AA degree. Ms. Sema ultimately wants to get into the medical field. She is a part of a large family and often helps babysit her younger siblings. Ms. Sema enjoys working with kids of all ages as her main focus is to make kids feel important and happy.

    Miss Leslie Marcos was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up primarily in the Bronx, New York. She holds a bachelor's degree in Latin American and Afro-Caribbean History and a master's degree in Education with a TESOL concentration. After teaching elementary and TESOL students, she transitioned to early childhood education, working with infants and toddlers. Leslie is passionate about helping children learn and grow in a nurturing environment and believes that learning is a lifelong journey.

    Ms. Samantha also know as Ms. Sam, has been teaching preschool-aged children since 2015 and is passionate about helping every child grow and succeed. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Florida two years ago with her fiancé and two daughters. She holds an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working toward her Bachelor's degree. Ms. Sam loves teaching through hands-on activities, music, and interactive lessons, and believes in celebrating every student's achievements. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family and living each day with a positive and grateful mindset.

I work with Toddler Ones at The Goddard School and love supporting children as they reach important developmental milestones through play-based learning. I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, have completed my 45-hour training, and am Safely Trained. Outside the classroom, I am a proud mother who enjoys spending time with my family, visiting theme parks, and relaxing at the beach. I bring patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to every day.

I have my BA in Business Administration, and I’m currently working on my CDA and look forward to growing even more as an early childhood educator. When I’m not teaching, you can find me reading, watching Marvel movies, or spending time with my Bernedoodle puppy and my son.

Inspired by the opportunity to nurture young minds, build meaningful connections, and support children as they grow, Abby is excited to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment. She looks forward to encouraging curiosity, confidence, and joyful learning experiences for every child in her care.
