    Mr. Eddy was motivated by his own children to build and provide high quality early education to the community. Mr. Eddy has a bachelor's degree in economics with an extensive background in management and customer service as well as years of experience managing the school since it opened in 2010. He recognizes the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Mr. Eddy is passionate and committed to providing the highest preschool experience for the children of Wellington and surrounding communities. In his spare time, he trains and competes in open water swimming and half marathons.

    As a passionate early childhood educator with over 18 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. My journey began as an assistant teacher, and through hard work and unwavering commitment, I advanced to lead teacher and ultimately center director. I’ve had the joy of working with children at all stages of their growth, guiding them as they explore their world. My role as a mother of four spirited boys enriches my professional life immeasurably. They are my greatest inspiration and the driving force behind my mission to ensure that every child receives the best possible start in life. Their unique personalities remind me daily of the importance of creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe to explore, discover, and thrive. Teaching young children isn’t just a job for me it’s a heartfelt calling. I’m dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of my students.

    Ms. Sue is our Educational Director. Ms. Sue has over 30 years of experience teaching and administrative work in preschools. She has her National Childcare Development Associate certification as well as her Director Credential. Ms. Sue has many years of experience as a director of high quality, prestigious preschools in Palm Beach County. Her love of children is her passion and she enjoys helping children grow and learn. She also enjoys bringing her love of academics and instills a high quality education from her teaching staff. We welcome Ms. Sue and her vision for The Goddard School of Wellington.

    I’m from New Jersey and have spent the past 14 years working in the front office of an elementary school. My role has allowed me to witness firsthand the incredible growth of children as they transition into young adults. I take great pride in supporting both students and families in our school community. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to two amazing daughters and share my home with two wonderful cats. I cherish the moments spent with my family and enjoy creating a nurturing environment for both my kids and the students I serve.

    Ms. Pia has been working in childcare for over ten years. She wants every child to be treated with kindness and feel safe and love learning and coming to school. She enjoys working one on one with children to help them develop their skills. We are very happy to have Ms. Pia on our staff with all her years of classroom experience.

    Ms. Sonia is the Assist Teacher of the Infant Class. Ms. Sonia has a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She also has her childcare certification from Florida Dept of Children and Families. Sonia loves working with young children especially she enjoys helping in the infant classroom.

    I received my bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Camaguey in Cuba where I was born. I speak Spanish and English. I have been working with children since 2012 and love creating an environment for the children where they can enjoy my story telling, singing our songs and of course blowing our bubbles. When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family and friends and I love to travel to see new places.

    Hi! I’m Alina, and I’m excited to begin my journey in childcare. While this is my first experience in the field, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children. I believe in the power of play and creativity to foster growth and learning. In my personal life, I’m a proud cat owner to my furry friend Smokey. I love spending my free time at the beach, experimenting with makeup, and exploring new foods. I also enjoy catching the latest films at the movies. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and fresh perspective to my work with children!

    I’m originally from Chicago and have dedicated the past nine years to working with the school district, where I find joy in teaching reading. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to connect with a diverse group of students and families. Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud parent to two amazing teenagers who keep life exciting. I love to travel, explore new cuisines, and take on DIY home improvement projects. I believe that learning extends beyond the classroom, and I enjoy sharing that passion with my students and community.

    I have a passion for teaching in all areas, but what truly excites me is witnessing the pure joy of learning in children. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, I’ve been working in childcare for six years. One of my favorite lessons to teach is helping children identify shapes and colors, as I love seeing their excitement when they make new discoveries. When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me outdoors, enjoying nature with my dog, Pixie.

I attended ICES (Bogota-Colombia University) and have my teaching and CPR/First Aid certifications. I love art, painting, music, and all things creative. I do have a beautiful female dog Luna who is my baby.

I love helping children learn especially through arts and crafts that they enjoy so much. I am helping raise my 2 nieces and love them like they are my own. I have 2 dogs as well. I love music, food, and doing other people’s hair and I’m very organized which helps in a preschool.

I love going on adventures, snorkeling, riding motorcycles, boating, and fishing. I have a chocolate lab named Mr. Sagers.

    I’m Ms. Bri. I have been working in the education field for 4 years. I started at 16 years old babysitting, camp counselor, and on to lead teacher. Being an educator means a lot to me and I come from a family of educators including teachers, counselors, principals, and professors. Teaching isn’t just about curriculum as much as it is about helping young minds grow into the best version of themselves. I get great satisfaction out of seeing children reach their milestones. I have my child development associate certification along with my CPR and other continuing education certifications. I am a mother to 2 young daughters, ages 3 and 7 months. They are my world and have also taught me the value of patience with children.

    This is my first time working in childcare. My love for children prompted my career path and I began working at The Goddard School this year. I have been growing as a teacher through the training offered at Goddard. Not only do I get to see your children grow and learn but my 3-year-old daughter, Tori, is also getting to experience the joy of preschool at Goddard. I love being a mom and a teacher of young children. When I’m not in class, you can find me listening to my favorite songs or playing my favorite game, Mancala. I look forward to getting to know, grow, laugh, and learn with your children.

    With four years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about creating a fun and nurturing environment for young learners. I especially enjoy working with VPK students, supporting aftercare programs, and helping children grow academically and socially. Beyond the classroom, I love spending time with my two dogs, Brody and Luke. In my free time, I enjoy an active and balanced lifestyle at the park or the gym.
