OwnersColton and Jordie Weaver are proud to bring a passion for early childhood education and child development to The Goddard School of Silverleaf. As on-site owners and parents themselves, they are committed to creating a safe, nurturing and fun environment where children can learn, grow and thrive! Colton has spent the last 13 years managing a team of financial advisors while Jordie has worked as a nurse in the Jacksonville area. Central to our approach is servant leadership—putting others first and creating an environment where people can excel. Colton and Jordie place special emphasis on supporting the teachers and staff who form the heart of the school, ensuring they feel valued, equipped, and respected so they can provide the high-quality care and education children deserve. Together, they are dedicated to ensuring every child feels loved, supported and excited to learn each day.
