My name is Kate, and I’m delighted to serve as the Director of The Goddard School in Wilton, CT. I’ve been part of this wonderful community since August 2018, working in several roles including Lead Teacher, Team Lead, and Assistant Director. I began my career in early childhood education in 2011 and completed my Child Development Associate in 2017. I also hold a degree in General Studies, with the majority of my coursework focused on early childhood education. I believe wholeheartedly in nurturing each child as an individual and creating an environment where they feel supported, confident, and excited to explore. Together with our wonderful teachers, I am committed to fostering a warm, joyful atmosphere where curiosity is encouraged, imaginations are valued, and every child can grow at their own pace. I am truly looking forward to partnering with you and welcoming your family into our school community!

My name is Laura and I am so excited to be part of The Goddard School Wilton as Assistant Director! I am a graduate from Skidmore College with a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Education Studies and I have a passion for working with children. I am honored to be a part of so many childhoods and love to see children reach different developmental milestones. I hope to help guide children to be our future leaders and create a safe environment for them to thrive in. Hi! My name is Tonianne and I am so excited to be a part of the Goddard team! I graduated from Marist College with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. I love working with children for the sheer joy of seeing their growth and the spark of discovery in their eyes. Teaching young children is incredibly rewarding as it allows me to nurture their curiosity and be a part of their journey of learning.

I am so pleased to be part of the amazing team at The Goddard School here in Wilton, since August 2018. I enjoy spending my days in the classroom helping children prepare for kindergarten through curriculum-based plans full of song, creative arts, collaboration and incidental teaching. I enjoy fostering relationships with students of varied abilities and partnering with administration, peers and parents to ensure I do the most I can for each child. Building relationships on trust and caring is the most rewarding facet of my time spent in the classroom. I have degrees in English and Journalism from the University of Connecticut and found my way into the education system through my children. When they were both in school full time, I began working in the public schools as a literacy para so I could share their schedule. From that point on I was hooked, and when my family moved to Maine, I became a Pre-K teacher at a private center. I am so happy to be back in this setting and look forward to the opportunity to work with your children. **Ms. Jen was our Teacher of The Year in 2021! She went on to win the Goddard School Northeast Region Teacher of The Year, and we are SO proud!!

I am thrilled to be part of this amazing Goddard School team since 2018. I have a Bachelor Degree in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education, and was pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Languages and Literature at the University of Spiru Haret, Bucharest, Romania. I worked as an Elementary School teacher for several years before I was given the opportunity to share my knowledge and study/learn more in the US. Working with so many different age groups made me realize that my true interest is in Early Childhood, where I can give my young students a strong academic foundation and help them develop skills that will prepare them for kindergarten! Looking forward to working with so many Goddard families!

My name is Mariuxi and I've been in the education field for over 4 years working as a school manager. I've now transitioned to working at The Goddard School to pursue my passion for working with young children. I love to see them grow and progress. I myself am a mother of two boys. I enjoy the well-structured environment at Goddard and want to make the best of this experience by helping these children start their education with a strong foundation.

My name is Ms. Christine and I am excited to be joining the Goddard School family! I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a dual degree in History and Human Development & Family Studies with a minor in Spanish. In the past ten years I have worked with children in tutoring programs to promote language and literacy development, as a nanny and a custody monitor. Most recently, I was an elementary assistant teacher in an out-placement special education school. My favorite thing about working with children, especially younger ages, is getting to experience their natural curiosity and creativity. I am looking forward to working with my fellow teachers to create an environment that allows each child to succeed academically and emotionally and encourages their innate desire to explore and learn about the world around them.

Hello everyone! My name is Carlie and I am excited to be joining The Goddard School Team. I have been working in the childcare field for almost 4 years. I started my teaching journey in Colorado and just recently moved back to Connecticut. I love working with children and helping them feel comfortable being themselves. The way their brains develop in such a short period of time is fascinating to me. It is rewarding to be a part of their learning experiences. Hello everyone! My name is Fatima. I am very excited to begin my teaching career here at Goddard school. My interest in teaching began in 2018, whilst volunteering as a teacher assistant in religious education classes. I have a plethora of interests ranging from sports, cosmetics, crafts and more. Hi! My name is Jimary. I am so grateful and honored to be a part of The Goddard School team! I've been working with Infants & Toddlers since 2017. I started off babysitting and decided I wanted to work with children starting my career as an early childhood professional at another child care center where I worked for 3 years. I joined the teaching team here at Goddard in October 2022. I love working with children, I love to see the process of how each child grows and develops, little by little. I love how happy and excited their faces get when they learn new things! I enjoy working with each child and helping them develop their own originality and individuality at an early age. Hello, my name is Janice, I’m a wife, mother, and caregiver to my father. I’m excited to be a part of the Goddard School team! I have many years experience of teaching children of all ages. I have earned my degree in Early Childhood Education, which I obtained at NCC, while graduating with honors. My passion for teaching began as a mother, and also having a large family. My daughter opened my eyes to the rewarding life of working with young children. I find joy in witnessing a child learn something new, knowing I was the influence in their doing so. I love working with children and it amazes me what young children are capable of learning when they are in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. My philosophy is that each child is unique, therefore they learn and thrive at their own pace. “Fair isn’t everybody getting the same thing…Fair is everybody getting what they need in order to be successful.” I found this quote to be meaningful and accurate while working with children. I can’t wait to come familiar with all the children and families here at the school. I’m excited to be your child’s teacher, not only to teach them, watch them grow, but also to learn from them myself. I enjoy spending time with my family, and cooking. My name is Lisa and I am so happy to be a part of the Goddard family. I have over six years of experience working with Pre-K students, and I have an Associate’s Degree in Educational Studies. I hold a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary studies from Southern Connecticut State University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Elementary Education at Liberty University. I'm Allison and I'm thrilled to join the Goddard School teaching staff as a Resource Teacher. I've recently shifted my career into Early Childhood Education after working 11 years in corporate retail. Being a mom of three, whose children have attended and are currently attending the Goddard School, I believe in the curriculum and learning environment set forth here.
