Our Goddard School Teachers

Ms. Kristi joined Goddard in 2014 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2001. She began her career as a preschool teacher and has grown through several roles at Goddard, including Preschool Support Teacher, Preschool Lead Teacher, and Infant Nursery Supervisor. She earned her Director’s Degree in 2020 and became the Center Director shortly after. Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Kristi always knew that working with children was her passion. Preschool is her favorite age group to work with, and she especially enjoys watching children learn and grow during these important years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. She also hopes to continue growing professionally by learning more about child behavior. “One of the greatest things about working with children is knowing I am making a difference in a child’s life.”

Ms. Chrissy joined Goddard in 2015 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 1997. She holds a Child Development Credential from Rasmussen University, along with certifications in First Aid/CPR, Standard Precautions, Pyramid Plus, and EQIT Training. She currently serves as the Assistant Director. Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Chrissy is married and has two grown children. Through her own family’s journey, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of Early Childhood Education and the impact educators can have on children and families. “My favorite thing about being in the ECE field is getting to watch all the children explore and learn new things, the expressions on their faces when they learn something new just melts my heart.”

Ms. Charli joined Goddard in 2019 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2006. She holds an Early Childhood Teacher Credential, Infant Nursery Supervisor Credential, First Aid/CPR, Standard Precautions, and Pyramid Plus certification. Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Charli is a proud mom of two children and has a dog. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking and fishing and spending time with her family. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is that I am a part of their growth and development.”

Ms. Rinabel joined Goddard in 2023 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2017. She attended Pima Medical Institute and holds certifications in First Aid/CPR and Standard Precautions. Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Ms. Rinabel is a proud mother of five. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and volunteering. She loves building meaningful connections with children and being part of their growth and development. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is working with the children and watching them grow.”

Ms. Michelle joined Goddard in 2014 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 1995. She holds an Early Childhood Teacher Credential, First Aid/CPR, Standard Precautions, and Medication Training. Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Michelle and her husband are foster parents. She is passionate about supporting children and families and hopes to continue growing in her career by becoming an Assistant Director. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is getting to see when a child learns something new. I love knowing I made a positive impact in a child’s life.”

Ms. Mindy joined Goddard in 2022 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2016. She holds an Early Childhood Teacher Credential, First Aid/CPR, and Standard Precautions certification. As a mom of two, Ms. Mindy understands the importance of creating a loving and supportive environment for every child. She loves being part of each child’s unique story and hopes to continue growing in her career by becoming a Director. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is sharing all of the different stories of each student and making a difference in their lives.”

Ms. Keira joined Goddard in 2023 and is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She holds certifications in First Aid/CPR and Standard Precautions and is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education, with plans to continue working toward a graduate degree. Born and raised in Denver, Ms. Keira loves watching children discover new things and celebrating their accomplishments along the way. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is watching a child learn something new.”

Ms. Paige joined Goddard in 2022 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2022. She holds certifications in First Aid/CPR, Standard Precautions, and Pyramid Plus. Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Paige hopes to one day become an elementary school teacher. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading and anything Disney! “The reason I love being a teacher is that I'm able to spend quality time with children and help them learn new things.”

Ms. Judy joined Goddard in 2007 and brought with her a long history of experience in education. She holds certifications in First Aid/CPR and Standard Precautions. After moving to Denver, Ms. Judy continued her passion for education by becoming part of the Goddard community. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys quilting, reading, and volunteering in her community. “It is rewarding to be a teacher because if I can make a difference in just one child’s life, then my time in the education field has been a success.”

MK and Romy Gill are the owners of The Goddard School, bringing together a wealth of professional experience, education and passion for early childhood learning. MK brings nearly two decades of experience as an IT Project Manager and holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Finance from Tarleton State University. Romy is a UCLA graduate in Political Studies and an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in business ownership. MK and Romy are passionate advocates for early childhood education. They believe the first few years of a child’s life are a critical time when curiosity is sparked, confidence is built, and a lifelong love of learning begins. Every decision they make at The Goddard School is guided by their commitment to creating an environment where every child feels safe to explore, free to imagine, and deeply loved. “Every child who walks through our doors carries limitless potential. We are simply here to nurture it with love, intention and joy."

Ms. Alexsis joined Goddard in 2023 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2023. She holds certifications in First Aid/CPR and Standard Precautions and is currently working toward her degree in Early Childhood Education. Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Alexsis is passionate about nurturing young minds and helping children build a strong foundation for their future. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is teaching young minds and watching them grow.”

Ms. Rajae joined Goddard in 2024 and has completed Early Childhood Education training. She holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Standard Precautions. Born and raised in Morocco, Ms. Rajae values the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys music, reading, and spending time with her family. “I love being able to guide the children and problem solve with them.”

Ms. Chelsea joined Goddard in 2023 and holds certifications in CPR/First Aid and Standard Precautions. A proud mom to her daughter, Layanna, Ms. Chelsea enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family. She loves being part of each child’s journey and celebrating their growth, accomplishments, and new milestones. “My favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow, learn, and gain confidence as they reach new milestones.”

Ms. Emily joined Goddard in 2023 and has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2017. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, along with certifications in First Aid/CPR and Standard Precautions. Born and raised in Golden, Colorado, Ms. Emily is a proud mother.. She is passionate about supporting children as they discover their unique personalities and abilities and hopes to continue growing in her career by becoming a Center Director. “My favorite thing about being a teacher is seeing the children learn and grow into little unique humans.”
