Our Goddard School Teachers

I was born and raised in Colorado. I always knew working with children was my passion. While in High School, I took Early Childhood Education classes and realized that was the career I wanted to go into. I began working in this field in 2001 as a preschool teacher. I started working for Goddard in August of 2014 as a preschool support teacher, and quickly moved into being the preschool lead teacher. From there I became the Infant Nursery Supervisor. I began taking more early childhood classes and earned my directors degree in 2020. After earning my directors degree I became the director. Preschool is probably my favorite age to work with. I love watching as children learn and grow during those years. As I continue to grow professionally, I plan on learning more about behavior. One of the greatest things about working with children is knowing I am making a difference in a child's life. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my sons and my husband!

We are MK and Romy Gill, co-owners of The Goddard School. MK brings nearly two decades of experience as an IT Project Manager, backed by a Master's in Information Technology and Finance from Tarleton State University (Texas A&M System). Romy is a UCLA Political Studies graduate and seasoned entrepreneur with 20+ years of business ownership. Above all, we are passionate advocates for early childhood learning. We believe the first few years of a child's life are the most critical — a window of wonder where curiosity is ignited, confidence is built, and a lifelong love of learning is born. Every decision we make at The Goddard School is guided by our commitment to honoring that precious time — ensuring every child feels safe to explore, free to imagine, and deeply loved every single day.
