Kaylee is the On-Site Owner of The Goddard School in Folsom. Ms. Kaylee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication Studies & Public Relations from California State University, Chico. She has been a part of The Goddard School “family” since 2007 & has a passion for working with children. Ms. Kaylee underst&s that you have a choice in childcare & preschool for your family. She believes in making a difference & recognizes the significance of positively affecting the lives of the students as well as the families in the community. The Goddard School features a warm, loving atmosphere in a year round program designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual & physical development of your child while enriching their desire to learn. Ms. Kaylee feels honored to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children of the Folsom community! In Ms. Kaylee's spare time, she enjoys being with her family, friends & black lab! John and Jody are Owners of The Goddard School in Folsom. Mrs. Jody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and has worked with children for over 25 years. Through Mrs. Jody’s experience, she is aware of the significance in providing a quality preschool setting with caring and professional teachers. Mr. John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and prior to Goddard he has worked with children as a sports coach. He also has an extensive background in management and customer service. They both recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Mr. John and Mrs. Jody are passionate and committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children of Folsom and the surrounding communities. In their spare time, John and Jody enjoy spending time with their family, camping and traveling.

Mrs. Ruthie is one of the Directors of our School and has been a part of our Goddard Family since 2017. She has over 30 ECE units complete and has been working in the Early Education field since 2006 with children ages birth through school-age. Mrs. Ruthie enjoys doing messy art and cooking projects with her class. She is bilingual so she also enjoys teaching Spanish. In her spare time, Mrs. Ruthie enjoys baking and trying new recipes from different cultures. She looks forward to providing children with the fundamental skills to be confident life-long learners. Mrs. Ruthie continues her education through Goddard System University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Mrs. Geanna is the Lead Teacher in our Crabs, First Steps classroom. She has been working with children since 2017 and earned her early childhood education units from Sacramento City College. In addition to her ECE units, she holds an Infant Care and Education Teacher certificate. Her favorite thing about working with children is watching them discover their capabilities, especially when they are finally able to do something they have been trying to achieve. In her free time, Mrs. Geanna loves to take her three kids to the park or play video games with them. Mrs. Geanna continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Mrs. Mannie is the Lead Teacher in our Seahorses, Infant Suites Classroom. She has an Associate of Science in General Education. Mrs. Mannie has 24 units in Early Childhood Education including Infant and Toddler specialized coursework. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the Child Development field. Mrs. Mannie has worked with young children since 2006. She loves watching the children play, explore, and get excited about new things they learn and experience. Mrs. Mannie speaks Punjabi and English. Mrs. Mannie continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Ms. Wana is our Director. Ms. Wana received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Development. She believes the best part about working with children is that it's always different. Ms. Wana loves that each young person is unique by bringing their own life experiences, needs, and expectations. She has over 6 years of experience. Ms. Wana is beyond thrilled to be a part of the Goddard Family. In her spare time, Ms. Wana enjoys the outdoors, working out, traveling, and simply watching tv with her loved ones. Ms. Wana continues her education through Goddard System University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Mrs. Michaela is a Lead Teacher in our Sharks, Pre- Kindergarten classroom. She earned her bachelor's degree in liberal arts from California State University, Sacramento and is now pursuing her master's degree in elementary education from Western Governor's University. Mrs. Michaela has been working with children since 2017 and enjoys helping them learn in creative ways. It is important to her that children have the space they need in order to learn and feel safe. Mrs. Michaela continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) courses and is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Ms. Reece is an Assistant Teacher, in our Sea Turtles, Toddler 1 classroom. Reece has obtained Early Childhood Education units through UCLA. She is currently attending Folsom Lake College to receive her degree in psychology, and plans on transitioning to Sacramento State University. Ms. Reece has four younger brothers, she has been working with children her whole life and enjoys every second of it. Ms. Reece is passionate about working with children because she gets to see each child's personalities shine as they learn and grow. Ms. Reece continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) courses and is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Mrs. Maha is an Assistant Teacher working in our Preschool classes. Mrs. Maha has earned her Early Childhood Educations units through Folsom Lake College and Montessori Teachers Education Center in San Francisco. She also holds and Assistant Teacher Certificate from Folsom Lake College and Folsom Cordova Adult School. Mrs. Maha has been working with children since 2018 and is passionate about helping children grow and develop to their utmost potential. She also enjoys being part of her Church and volunteering in different committees to support members of her church and people in the community. Mrs. Maha continues her education through Goddard System University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Ms. Sara is a Teacher in our Sharks, Pre- Kindergarten classroom. She has been working with children since 2001 and earned her Early Childhood Education units from Folsom Lake College. Her favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and watching how they explore the world around them. In addition to teaching, Ms. Sara has also taught children horseback riding. Ms. Sara continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Mrs Nazia is a Substitute Teacher throughout our school. Mrs. Nazia has an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked with children for 17 years. Mrs. Nazia took a break from teaching to raise her children, but is now excited to get back into the classroom. Mrs. Nazia has decided to gain more experience and knowledge by joining the Goddard School. She loves working with children watching them learn and develop their personalities. Mrs Nazia loves introducing creative activities using her creative side. In her spare time Mrs. Nazia enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Katie is a Teacher in our Seals, Twos classroom.Ms. Katie has been teaching preschool aged children for a few years now. She is very excited to dive into teaching the toddler ages and gain more experience. Ms. Katie has a multiple subject credential and a Masters in Education from UC Santa Barbara. Ms. Katie also posses a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit. Ms. Katie is passionate about early childhood education and caregiving, and helping children grow and understand the world around them. She loves encouraging creativity and curiosity, especially through crafts and music. Ms. Katie continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Ms. Anna has earned her Early Childhood Education Units through College of the Redwoods in Humboldt. She began her teaching career in 2016, and holds an Early Childhood Education certificate and is currently working towards her Bachelors degree in ECE/ Special needs populations. Ms. Anna has great experience in behavioral therapy and has a passion for helping others. Ms. Anna thinks it is important to advocate for others that cannot advocate for themselves. Ms. Anna continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Ms. Melinda has earned her Early Childhood Education units through Las Positas Junior College and American River College. Ms. Melinda plans to finish her Associates Degree and earn a teaching certificate. Ms. Melinda has been working with children for many years and truly loves watching them explore, learn, and grow. She is passionate about helping children thrive and reach their highest potential. Ms. Melinda is a mom of three girls and enjoys spending time with them. Ms. Melinda continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed a Livescan background check.

Ms. Lailla is and aide qualified teacher in our Crabs, Pre-Toddler classroom. Ms. Lailla has worked with children for two years, starting in after school programs and has experience working with children with special needs. Ms Lailla has always been passionate about working with children since she to a child development course in high school. It offered her experience as a second grade teacher's aide. Ms. Lailla hopes to continue her education through The Goddard Systems University and hopes to help children reach their developmental goals. Ms. Leah brings over 20 years of experience to the field of Early Childhood Education. Her passion for teaching is rooted in her deep commitment to supporting children's developmental growth and watching them thrive. She takes great pride in her role as an educator, where she plays a pivotal part in helping each child achieve their individual milestones. Ms. Leah is dedicated to her own professional development, with plans to continue her education and further her expertise in the field. She is enthusiastic about growing both personally and professionally as a member of the Goddard team. Ms. Leah values the opportunity to foster positive, nurturing relationships with each child in her care, ensuring a supportive learning environment where children feel safe, engaged, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential. Mrs. Kari has an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from Los Altos Foothill College and has completed 18 early childhood education units at San Diego Miramar College. Mrs. Kari believes every child is unique and has his or herown temperament and learning style. Mrs. Kari is bilingual,her native language is Spanish and she loves including Spanish in her teaching curriculum. Mrs. Kari lives in El Dorado Hills with her husband, their daughter, and their dog Mr. Chips. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, sewing, jewelry making, and crafting with her daughter. Mrs. Kari continues her education at Folsom Lake College, where she is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education Mrs. Kari continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. Ms. Shannon has great experience working with children of all ages. Ms. Shannon loves seeing how each child is unique in their own way and discovering what individual needs each child has and how she can help them to continue developing and help reach their developmental goals. In her free time Ms. Shannon enjoys line dancing and spending time with her two sons Nathan and Patrick. Ms. Shannon continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. Ms. Kelly has been completed her Early Childhood Education units through Sacramento City College. Ms. Kelly would love to continue her education and get a degree in teaching. Teaching is Ms. Kelly's passion, she loves watching children learn and grow. Having a daughter really changed Ms. Kelly's view of teaching and inspired her even further to want to be a great teacher. She hopes to continue learning and gaining experience by working at the Goddard School. Ms. Kelly continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. Ms. Trisha has earned her Early Childhood Education credentials through Los Rios Community Colleges and brings over 15 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, gaining valuable insights into the diverse needs of young children and their families. Ms. Trisha is passionate about watching children grow and reach new milestones, and she finds joy in creating a nurturing environment where each child can thrive. In her personal time, Ms. Trisha enjoys outdoor activities like camping and fishing, as well as relaxing at home with her beloved dog, Oreo. Her dedication to both her profession and personal well-being make her a well-rounded and caring educator. Ms. Trisha continues her education through Goddard Systems University (GSU) classes. Mrs. Karena is the Lead Teacher in the Preschool 1, Stingrays Classroom. She has earned a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona. Mrs. Karena has many years of experience working with children of all ages. She has enjoyed working with kindergarten children the most. She is passionate about curriculum, language development, and having students their learning goals. She loves working with parents and learning how to be a better caregiver and mother. in her spare time, she enjoys being home with her husband and son playing and watching tv.
