    Director of Operations
    With over 21 years of experience as a Pre-K teacher, Miss. Bettina has spent her career creating loving, nurturing classrooms where young learners can grow and thrive. For the past nine years, she has worked in a director role, supporting teachers, partnering with families, and helping the schools run smoothly and successfully. She has worked as the Operations Director for the last five years. In this role, she combines her passion for early childhood education with strong leadership and organizational skills to support staff, students, and families each day. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resource Management, continuing to invest in her professional growth and leadership development. Outside of work, she has been happily married for 24 years and is a proud mom of four adult children and one sweet grandchild that keeps her smiling. She truly believes that the early years matter most.

    Ms. Lixia has been with The Goddard School for 4 years. She started in the toddler classroom and has moved with those same children all the way up to preschool! Her favorite book is Pete the Cat and likes to spend time with her family, cook and watch TV in her free time. Ms. Lixia is also fluent in Mandarin and loves to teach it to her students!

    Ms. Mariah has over four years of experience in Early Childcare and is the lead teacher in our infant room. Her favorite book is A Mother For Choco and in her free time she likes to swim and play tennis.

    Ms. Tracy has been with The Goddard School for 11 years and has over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite children's book is Good Night Moon and she likes to watch sports in her free time.

    Lead Teacher
    I have worked at Goddard for over four years now. I am currently attending ASU studying Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education, with hopes of pursuing a career in Social Emotional Learning. My favorite children's book is "The Monster Who Lost His Mean" written by Tiffany Strelitz Haber. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and going to new coffee shops, and plant stores.
