Meet David OnSite Owner
Mr. Dave is our onsite owner of The Goddard School of Hendersonville. He has an Engineering Degree from West Virginia University and 20 years in sales with The Lincoln Electric Company.
Mr. Dave is a proud father of twin boys and a daughter. Known as "Coach Dave" to many, he has served on several boards and coached various sports teams within our Hendersonville community. Dave works alongside his wife Kara, who has a strong background in education. She holds a BS and MS in Early Childhood Education and has over 25 years of experience in education administration. Her passion for early learning is rooted in both her professional background and her personal experience as a Goddard parent. Together, Dave and Kara are passionate about ensuring a top-notch academic and nurturing environment for your children.

Infant
6 w - 12 m
In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the cuddles and care they need with opportunities to begin exploring the world around them.
Toddlers
12 - 24 m
As your little one rapidly develops physically and cognitively, our Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is fostered and their budding skills are nurtured.
Twos
2 - 3 yrs
In the Twos classroom, experienced, caring teachers guide your child through playful exploration, helping navigate big emotions while providing hands-on learning experiences that nurture their innate curiosity.
Bridge
2.5 - 3.5 yrs
As your child continues to gain independence, build self-care skills and learn more about themselves, the Bridge classroom provides the support they need to thrive in a preschool setting.
Preschool
3 - 4 yrs
In our Preschool classroom, your child starts their journey into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting.
Pre-K
4 - 5 yrs
As your child prepares for Kindergarten, our Pre-K classroom offers exciting opportunities to develop important skills, make new friends and explore the world around them.

What Our Goddard Village Is Saying
We couldn't be more pleased with Goddard's methods - we feel our son is advancing quickly and we are amazed each week by things he says and what he has learned. From an early age and in each classroom, your teachers focus on developing skills in each child that will help them to develop as a individual and prepare them for school and life!! Very exciting. Relationships. The admins and teachers truly seem to want to know me and my child. They listen and care if I have questions or concerns.
I feel the teachers create fun and challenging lesson plans for the children. I know my child has a fun day, but is also learning. Everyone is very friendly and the school is so clean.
The professionalism, attention to detail, and focus on a curriculum based instruction are key components. Additionally the timely and detailed feedback to the parent is also a value
the tadpole system integration has been awesome -- love the reports and the photos via email. both our boys are pushed educationally and, from feedback i get from them each day, a lot of what is being conveyed is sticking. i really like the notebook system and daily info we receive from the jr kindergarten class.
I'm delighted with the way the teachers interact with the students and have their full attention. I also like the consistency of the staff. I haven't seen any turnover since we've been here. Children need consistency and they form a bond with their teachers that makes them feel secure
I like that the lesson plans are tailored to meet the needs of each individual child and that the teachers get to make the plans themselves. I don't like the cookie cutter lesson plans where everyone is doing the same thing time after time. I also love the 21st Century Learning and hands on activities.

STAR QUALITY CHILDCARE FACILITY
LEVEL 3
This Tennessee state rating system is a voluntary program that recognizes childcare providers who meet a higher standard of quality. Once qualified for this program, providers can receive one, two or three stars to place on their license. Each star shows that a provider meets increasingly higher standards. The more stars a program has, the better the quality of care it offers to children.
