We’re thrilled to welcome you to The Goddard School of Waunakee! My name is Jennifer Jakacki, and I’m proud to serve as your on-site owner at our brand-new school. With a background as a kindergarten and 4K teacher, I bring years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for nurturing young learners. At The Goddard School, we believe every child deserves a strong start in their academic journey. Hello! I'm Lucy Brooks, Director of The Goddard School in Waunakee. With a background in child development and years of experience working with children of all ages, I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of strong family partnerships, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with our school community while leading with a commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

Hi, my name is Marsha. I have two kiddos a daughter who is a Senior and a son who is a Sophomore, both in the Sun Prairie School District. I began my work professionally with children at the YMCA in 2008 where I started in child watch, working with ages 6 weeks-12yrs. I moved into the pre-school room and then to 4K until 2017, when I then went to work at the elementary school where both of kids went K-5. I started as a Special Education Aid for 6yrs, before moving into my last role for the past 3 yrs as the behavior coach for both regular ed and special ed. I spent the last 9yrs working in an elementary setting. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, NVCI, blood borne pathogens and autism trainings. Family time is my favorite time, movies, crafts, basketball and going to farmers markets. I LOVE watching my kids in their sports and all things to cheer them on. I look forward to getting to know you and your families.

My name is Caylee. I have 7 years of experience in early childhood and hold certifications in Early Childhood Education and am certified as a Occupational Therapy Assistant. My background has given me a strong understanding of developmental milestones and ways to help children grow and thrive. Outside of the classroom I enjoy cooking, photography, and spending time outside and with my two dogs. I can't wait to meet your family!

Hi my name is Cole and I'm excited to join the team. I've worked in childcare for several years and own my own dance studio here in Waunakee. I was born and raised in Waunakee and love my community. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I look forward to learning and growing with the children here at Goddard School of Waunakee.

Hello families, My name is Zia, and I am excited to be joining the team at The Goddard School! As the oldest sibling in my family, I developed an early love for caring for children and supporting their growth and development. I have been working in the early childhood education field for about a year now, and during this time I have learned so much about child development, building relationships, and creating meaningful learning experiences for young children. This experience has strengthened my passion for helping children learn, explore, and grow every day. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places and learning about different cultures. My goal at The Goddard School is to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where every child and family feel valued and respected. I look forward to helping children develop creativity, confidence, and curiosity while fostering a positive and nurturing classroom community.

Hello, my name is Donyae (Don-yay)! I'm so happy to be working here at Goddard! I've been officially working with children for almost 4 years. I've babysat for family and friends for as long as I can remember though! I'm passionate about child development and love watching children learn and grow. 

Hi! My name is Mariah; I am 25 and I have been working in childcare for 3 years. I have always had a passion and love for Montessori teaching, being able to teach the kids independence and work in an environment to where they can thrive together! Outside of work I love golfing, working out, and spending time with family. I am so excited to be a part of the Goddard family and make connections with the children and families.
