    I am proud to be opening a Goddard School in the wonderful community of Prosper. It was my dream to work with little children. To teach them the value of learning and retaining. My mom has been in the school business for over 25 yrs in Pakistan. It is indeed a pleasure and gratification when I see my children doing well professionally and in life. Mir, my husband has been involved in construction and education. He has been a huge support. It is a great family business.

    Mrs. Lisa is our Director. She has worked in this industry for over 31 years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in education and before she and her husband moved to Texas from Missouri she was the Associate Director over 3 hospital based learning centers for 31 years. Prior to starting at Goddard, she was the Director at Castle Hills Montessori school. She and her husband recently bought a house in Pilot Point with their 3 dogs. She is very excited to join our Goddard School.

    I am Ms. Vandana Sharma, popularly known as Ms. Vandy! I have a bachelor’s degree and have worked in the early childhood education since 2002. I bring in the passion and drive to build the leaders of tomorrow who can be school, life and career ready. My belief is that the planned approach towards the development of the child helps laydown the platform for their overall growth and success in life. I like to lead by setting examples. My leadership style is very effective when it comes to either getting the things executed or managing escalations. I am a compassionate, dedicated, and a hard working person. My positive approach and willingness to adapt to different situations brings lots of ease, smile and effectiveness around. I firmly believe that "together we can make impossible possible". I am married and have two grown up kids. I likes to spend time with the family and socialize with friends. My favorite pastime is decorating the house and shopping.

    Ms. Bridgette is our lead Preschool 2 teacher. Her teaching philosophy is redirection, repetition, showing love and patience while caring and facilitating young learning. She is fun loving and full of energy. Ms. Bridgette holds a Bachelors in Anatomy in Sociology Forensic Science and has over 10 years of teaching experience. She loves building a positive relationship with families as she bonds with the children. She is delighted to be a Preschool Lead.

    Ela is our First Steps Lead Teacher. She has many years of experience working with infants! Ela loves to make sure the babies and classroom are kept clean. She gets excited to see all of the smiling students in our classroom. Ela has a Bachelors in Business Administration and is bilingual in Spanish. We welcome Ms. Ela's friendly personality in our Goddard Team of prosper !

    Hi everyone, My name is Farrel Cross. I absolutely love teaching, and I am excited to help your child learn and grow. I have a degree in child development from The University of North Texas. After my graduation from college, I worked as an Early Intervention Specialist with ECI in McKinney and Plano. My day was filled with developmental assessments and working with therapist to provide services to children. I have been married to my husband Chris for 16 years and have two beautiful daughters. When I am not at work, I enjoy attending my daughter’s sports events. I enjoy family time, a good workout, attending the church, and traveling. My favorite children’s book is “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch. I am thankful for the opportunity to help nurture and enrich our sweet infants at The Goddard School.

    My name is Anna Zaidel, and I am new to the early childhood development area of education, but not new to teaching! I have a master’s degree in mathematics and taught middle school Math in Uzbekistan (Central Asia) for almost 14 years. This age group is very cute (compared to preteens), and so I really love working with sweet toddlers! I have two daughters of my own, Kathy and Elizabeth, who are 11 and 14 years old. They both have a love of arts and crafts - maybe from me! My husband Mike and I love to walk our miniature dachshund sisters every day and enjoy traveling when we get the chance.

    My name is Dharasree (normally I go by the name Dhara) , I have been happily married for 15+ years and have a teenage son (14 Years old) . I have done BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Political Science followed by Master's in Political Science. I like to teach kids, so I started this teaching profession 3 years ago. My primary Objective is to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn and develop themselves. I was born and raised in India and came to the US after I got married. I have worked as the lead Teacher for the Beginners group where I focused on cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, and corporate partners. In my off time I like to listen to music and watch movies. I also have a strong passion for cultural activities specially in the recitation of poems. I want to pursue my career in this teaching field in future. The most rewarding part of my job is when I can see the kids grow and achieve their dreams. I am happy to join the Goddard family.

    Hi everyone, my name is Karen! I’m so happy to join The Goddard School. I have 10+ years of experience working with children of all ages. I have always loved working with kids since I can remember. When I used to be in elementary school, I would always play at pretending I was a teacher. Being able to make a child laugh or teaching them something new is what tells me I’m where I should be. I’m always open to learning new ways of education. Building a healthy environment is required for the healthy physical and mental growth of every child. There is no better feeling than knowing you have helped to brighten a child’s day and seeing their priceless smiles while they learn something new. I believe compassion, patience, and love is key to help young children develop. Being able to make a difference in a child’s life fills my heart with joy. I look forward to what the future will bring for me and making long memories with your little ones.

    Hello, my name is Nisha Mistry. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. My family and I moved to Dallas Texas when I were little. I grew up in Plano Texas. I am married to my wonderful husband for 8 years. We have a beautiful 2-year-old daughter. I have been working in childcare for the past ten years. I am so excited to be working with The Goddard School of Prosper. I am so happy to be teaching in the toddler class.
