I am the onsite owner of the school. I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with a degree in international business. My wife and I had our daughters attend and graduate from the Goddard School. We are dedicated to providing a future for children where they are life ready through the highest quality care. We promise an environment where they grow, learn, have fun, and are loved as part of our family.

Mrs. Alicia brings a joyful spirit and a deep commitment to early childhood education. She studied Early Childhood Development at Coastal Bend College and business at SCI, combining her love for learning with strong leadership skills. Alicia began her journey with our sister school on Frate Barker in 2016, where she served as the Lead Infant Teacher and earned her Child Development Associate. In 2021, she brought her expertise and infectious enthusiasm to our Lakeway location as Assistant Director, and she now proudly serves as our Director. Alicia is passionate about supporting children through their early developmental stages and building strong relationships with families and staff. Known for her vibrant personality, you’ll often hear her laughing in the halls—or maybe even catch her playfully sneaking up on a teacher for a surprise! Her energy, heart, and dedication make her a beloved leader in our school community.

With over 20 years of experience in education and a passion for playful learning, Mrs. Sancha brings energy and joy to everything she does. She earned her B.A. in Integrated Studies from Loyola University Chicago and joined our school family in 2023. Since then, she has been a vibrant and valued member of our team. Whether she's doing cartwheels on the playground or dancing through a classroom, Mrs. Sancha loves jumping into the action and connecting with children in meaningful, fun-filled ways. Outside of school, she enjoys hiking, staying active, and exploring the outdoors. Her enthusiasm, experience, and love for learning make her an inspiring presence in our school every day.

Ms. Laneishia brings warmth, dedication, and a wealth of experience to our school community. With a background in social work from Tyler Junior College and over nine years of experience working with children, she has a deep passion for nurturing young minds. For six years, Ms. Laneishia served as our beloved Lead Infant 2 Teacher, where she helped create a caring and enriching environment for our littlest learners. Now, as our Assistant Director, she continues to shine by focusing her expertise on the infant and toddler side of the school. You might find her cracking jokes with staff and parents or loving on one of the kiddos—her joyful energy is felt throughout the building. Her nurturing spirit and commitment to early childhood development make her an invaluable part of our team.

With over a decade of experience in childcare, Ms. Kirstie brings heart, leadership, and a hands-on approach to everything she does. She spent several years at our sister school in South Austin before becoming a key part of our team. Her background in team leadership, along with her natural warmth and dedication, makes her a vital support to both staff and families. As a proud parent of a child who attends our school, Ms. Kirstie truly understands the importance of creating a nurturing, connected environment. Whether she’s checking in with teachers, sharing hugs with students, or organizing something behind the scenes, you’ll always find her moving with purpose—and a smile. In her free time, she loves spending quality time outdoors with her family. Ms. Kirstie’s energy, compassion, and commitment help make our school feel like home.

Miss Lara graduated from St. Edwards in Austin with a bachelor's in Social Work and through the years has enjoyed taking courses such as Child Psychology, and Family Environment. She started working with kids as a camp counselor as a teenager and has loved teaching kids ever since. In her free time, she enjoys reading and taking pictures during nature walks. Miss Lara enjoys working at Goddard because she gets to see the kids’ smiles and ideas every day. 

Ms. Florence, a proud graduate of Johnston High School, pursued her passion for business at Blinn College. She joined our team in 2019 and has since become an integral part of our family as the lead infant teacher. With a heart full of love and a natural gift for nurturing, Ms. Florence brings joy, patience, and dedication to her classroom every single day. Her passion for caring for little ones shines through in everything she does, and the families she works with are quick to recognize her exceptional talent. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Florence is a proud grandmother to ten wonderful grandchildren, whom she adores and loves spending time with. Her experience, warmth, and unwavering commitment make her a truly cherished member of our team.

Ms. Layla graduated from Marble Falls High School. She comes to us with several years of childcare experience. In her free time, she likes to read, play instruments, and play with her dog.

Ms. Monica graduated from Akins Highschool & came to us with 5 years of childcare experience. She also took care of our school owner’s children as they were growing up. Monica likes to go on hikes in her free time. She’s excited to be at Goddard to watch the children learn & grow.

Ms. Maura graduated from the University of Technology in Valencia-Venezuela. She has several years of childcare experience. She enjoys walking and spending time with her kids in her free time.

Ms. Yoeling graduated from the University of Carabobo Venezuela. She has several years of childcare experience. She has a child that attends the school. In her free time, she likes to read and travel with her kids.

Ms. Margot graduated from Escuela Normal Mixta Del Valle De Sula. She came to us with 3 years of experience working with children in Honduras. In her free time, Ms. Margot likes to watch TV & hang out with her son. Ms. Margot likes being at The Goddard School because she likes to work with the young children and it’s a new experience to see them grow.

Ms. Perla was born and raised in Mexico City. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación del Pedregal. Ms. Perla has lived in the U.S. since 2005. She has dual citizenship and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has studied early childhood development and is thrilled to be part of the Goddard School

Mrs. Sonia was born in Venezuela & studied at a technical school in Caracas. She is married and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She loves taking care of them. Mrs. Sonia loves taking care of the students because there is no love and hugs more honest than that of children, their smiles are the most tender, and it gives her great satisfaction to help them grow. She loves helping them discover the world and teaching them new things. In her spare time, she likes to read, go for walks, and spend quality time with her family. Sonia loves working at the Goddard School because she feels at home

Ms. Amelia graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2022 with a psychology degree. Ms. Amelia comes to us with 3 years of professional experience in foster care and has been a great addition to our team. In her free time, Ms. Amelia enjoys traveling, hiking, & reading. Amelia is excited about being at the Goddard School because she enjoys learning with the children & finding out what makes them individually unique.

Ms. Zoe graduated with a communications degree from Texas A&M. She comes to us with several years of childcare experience. In her free time, she likes to travel, read, and draw.

Ms. Nadia graduated from Marble Falls High School and is currently working to earn her Childhood Development Associate. She has over six years of childcare experience. In her free time, she likes to explore new teaching methods and research child development.

Ms. Meredith graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Meredith has been with the Goddard company for 9 years. She volunteers at Keep Austin Beautiful & Friends of Bee Cave in her free time and loves to exercise. Ms. Meredith is excited about being at Goddard because she loves enriching the lives of the young and sharing new experiences. She also loves the family environment at Goddard.

Ms. Caroline is from Beaumont, Texas. She has been with Goddard School for close to 3 years, spending her first 2.5 years with Goddard in Houston, Texas. Caroline has worked in childcare for 8+ years and has a part-time job with a real estate company. Caroline enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball! We’re excited to have her on our team!

Ms. Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and has a degree in Fashion Merchandise. She has also completed classes to teach special education and finished real estate school. Ms. Amy has 5 years of experience teaching & has 2 ½ years of student teaching experience. Ms. Amy enjoys going to the movies, reading, and running in her free time. Amy is excited about being at Goddard because of the love she has for children. The smiles and laughter from the children bring her so much joy.

Ingrid started working with early childhood education in 2018 while completing her extracurricular certificates in yoga and literature. She had gained experience working as a teacher's aide in Goddard. She is now working on an associate's degree in journalism and her goal is to gain experience in teaching and research. What she enjoys about working at Goddard is seeing the child’s improvement every day.

Ms. Yemisi graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Health & Wellness and Promotion. She comes to us with 3 years of professional experience and has been a great addition to the team. In her free time, she likes to go running & shopping. Ms. Yemisi enjoys being at Goddard because she enjoys helping students learn new skills and making them smile.

Ms. Cruz graduated from Victoria High School and attended the University of California. She has several years of experience with children. She likes to go walking and biking in her free time.

Ms. Haley graduated from Marble Falls High School and comes to us with two-plus years of experience in childcare. She loves anything outside and playing with her dog.
