    I am the onsite owner of the school. I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with a degree in international business. My wife and I had our daughters attend and graduate from the Goddard School. We are dedicated to providing a future for children where they are life ready through the highest quality care. We promise an environment where they grow, learn, have fun, and are loved as part of our family.

    Mrs. Alicia brings a joyful spirit and a deep commitment to early childhood education. She studied Early Childhood Development at Coastal Bend College and business at SCI, combining her love for learning with strong leadership skills. Alicia began her journey with our sister school on Frate Barker in 2016, where she served as the Lead Infant Teacher and earned her Child Development Associate. In 2021, she brought her expertise and infectious enthusiasm to our Lakeway location as Assistant Director, and she now proudly serves as our Director. Alicia is passionate about supporting children through their early developmental stages and building strong relationships with families and staff. Known for her vibrant personality, you’ll often hear her laughing in the halls—or maybe even catch her playfully sneaking up on a teacher for a surprise! Her energy, heart, and dedication make her a beloved leader in our school community.

    Director of Operations
    With over 20 years of experience in education and a passion for playful learning, Mrs. Sancha brings energy and joy to everything she does. She earned her B.A. in Integrated Studies from Loyola University Chicago and joined our school family in 2023. Since then, she has been a vibrant and valued member of our team. Whether she's doing cartwheels on the playground or dancing through a classroom, Mrs. Sancha loves jumping into the action and connecting with children in meaningful, fun-filled ways. Outside of school, she enjoys hiking, staying active, and exploring the outdoors. Her enthusiasm, experience, and love for learning make her an inspiring presence in our school every day.

    Ms. Laneishia brings warmth, dedication, and a wealth of experience to our school community. With a background in social work from Tyler Junior College and over nine years of experience working with children, she has a deep passion for nurturing young minds. For six years, Ms. Laneishia served as our beloved Lead Infant 2 Teacher, where she helped create a caring and enriching environment for our littlest learners. Now, as our Assistant Director, she continues to shine by focusing her expertise on the infant and toddler side of the school. You might find her cracking jokes with staff and parents or loving on one of the kiddos—her joyful energy is felt throughout the building. Her nurturing spirit and commitment to early childhood development make her an invaluable part of our team.

    With over a decade of experience in childcare, Ms. Kirstie brings heart, leadership, and a hands-on approach to everything she does. She spent several years at our sister school in South Austin before becoming a key part of our team. Her background in team leadership, along with her natural warmth and dedication, makes her a vital support to both staff and families. As a proud parent of a child who attends our school, Ms. Kirstie truly understands the importance of creating a nurturing, connected environment. Whether she’s checking in with teachers, sharing hugs with students, or organizing something behind the scenes, you’ll always find her moving with purpose—and a smile. In her free time, she loves spending quality time outdoors with her family. Ms. Kirstie’s energy, compassion, and commitment help make our school feel like home.

    Ms. Florence, a proud graduate of Johnston High School, pursued her passion for business at Blinn College. She joined our team in 2019 and has since become an integral part of our family as the lead infant teacher. With a heart full of love and a natural gift for nurturing, Ms. Florence brings joy, patience, and dedication to her classroom every single day. Her passion for caring for little ones shines through in everything she does, and the families she works with are quick to recognize her exceptional talent. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Florence is a proud grandmother to ten wonderful grandchildren, whom she adores and loves spending time with. Her experience, warmth, and unwavering commitment make her a truly cherished member of our team.

    Meet Ms. Lara! She’s a proud St. Edwards grad with a degree in social work and a lifelong passion for working with kids. Lara’s childcare journey started way back when she was a teen at a Girl Scouts camp in New Jersey, and she’s been spreading smiles in preschools ever since! At Goddard, Lara loves watching little ones grow and light up the classroom with their grins. When she’s not at school, you can catch her hiking a new trail, snapping photos, or lost in a good book by the pool. She’s also a soccer fan and is hoping to master pickleball next! Fun Fact: Lara’s always up for an adventure—on the field or off!

    Sarah brings nearly a decade of experience in early childhood education, with a strong belief in learning through play. She holds a degree in Secondary Education Studies from Whitworth University and spent five years teaching Pre-K at Spokane Public Schools. Creative and passionate, Sarah loves drawing, painting, and kayaking—and finds joy in helping young learners grow with confidence and curiosity

    Grasshoppers - Toddler I Lead
    Meet Ms. Monica! With over 15 years in childcare (including a stint as the school owner’s go-to nanny!), Monica knows a thing or two about helping little ones learn and grow. She’s been part of the Goddard crew for 5 years now and loves every minute—there’s just something magical about witnessing those “aha!” moments. When Monica’s not at school, you’ll probably find her getting crafty with art projects, whipping up tasty treats in the kitchen, or enjoying some fresh air outdoors. Baking, painting, or just soaking up a sunny day—she’s all about making memories. Fun Fact: Monica is a supermom at heart and wouldn’t trade it for the world!

    Ms. Yoeling graduated from the University of Carabobo Venezuela. She has several years of childcare experience. She has a child that attends the school. In her free time, she likes to read and travel with her kids.

    Meet Ms. Margot! She’s brought her big heart and five years of childcare experience to our school, including three amazing years working with kids in Honduras. For Margot, joining the Goddard family is a dream come true—she’s always wanted to teach in another country, and now she gets to do it every day! When she’s not in the classroom, Margot loves soaking up the sun at the beach, catching up on her favorite TV shows, and brushing up on her English skills. Fun Fact: Margot is not a fan of insects, so you’ll never find her on a bug hunt!

    Ms. Ana is a caring and dedicated member of our school community and has been with our school for over a year. She is a high school graduate and brings valuable experience from teaching at a primary school in Venezuela. Ms. Ana has a genuine love for working with children and enjoys supporting their growth and development each day. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading, going for walks, and trying new foods. A fun fact about Ms. Ana is that she once wanted to be a nun.

    Mrs. Perla was born and raised in Mexico City. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación del Pedregal. Ms. Perla has lived in the U.S. since 2005. She has dual citizenship and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has studied early childhood development and is thrilled to be part of the Goddard School

    Mrs. Sonia was born in Venezuela & studied at a technical school in Caracas. She is married and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She loves taking care of them. Mrs. Sonia loves taking care of the students because there is no love and hugs more honest than that of children, their smiles are the most tender, and it gives her great satisfaction to help them grow. She loves helping them discover the world and teaching them new things. In her spare time, she likes to read, go for walks, and spend quality time with her family. Sonia loves working at the Goddard School because she feels at home

    Meet Ms. Samar! She’s a proud Harlingen High grad who just earned her CDA in 2023 and couldn’t be more excited to join the Goddard crew. Samar loves soaking up wisdom from her fellow teachers and helping kids take their first big steps into the world of learning. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll probably spot her curled up with a book, whipping up something tasty in the kitchen, hunting for treasures at thrift stores, belting out karaoke tunes, or shopping for her next great find. Fun Fact: Samar is fluent in Spanish!

    Ingrid started working with early childhood education in 2018 while completing her extracurricular certificates in yoga and literature. She had gained experience working as a teacher's aide in Goddard. She is now working on an associate's degree in journalism and her goal is to gain experience in teaching and research. What she enjoys about working at Goddard is seeing the child’s improvement every day.

    Ms. Maura graduated from the University of Technology in Valencia-Venezuela. She has several years of childcare experience. She enjoys walking and spending time with her kids in her free time.

    Dayana brings six years of experience working with children from infancy through age six. Her nurturing personality and creative spirit make her a natural fit in early childhood education. She loves reading, painting, coloring, and going on outdoor adventures—activities she often brings into the classroom to spark curiosity and joy. Dayana is excited to be part of the Goddard School community, where she looks forward to engaging in fun, hands-on learning and watching each child grow and thrive. Her warmth and enthusiasm help create a safe, inspiring space for young learners to explore and discover.

    Mrs. Alexis graduated from Paul Blazer and graduated from Allied Business School. She also has a Texas Real Estate License & is currently working towards her CDA. Mrs. Alexis has 7 years of professional childcare experience. She loves to work out, travel, hike, and go paddle boarding in her free time. Alexis is excited to be at The Goddard School because she loves making a positive impact on young children’s lives. Mrs. Alexis has been CPR-certified since she was 12 years old!

    Meet Caroline! She’s a proud Nederland High grad with over eight years of experience in childcare, and she’s all about learning alongside little ones. Caroline loves hanging out with her awesome Goddard School team—everyone’s super supportive and genuinely cares about the kids (and each other!). When she’s not in the classroom, Caroline is out on the court playing tennis, pickleball, or hitting the golf course with friends and family. And get this, she even works part-time in real estate and has a serious passion for travel. Fun Fact: Carolines always has a suitcase ready for her next adventure!

    Meet Mrs. Amy! She’s got not one, but two degrees—one in early childhood education and another in fashion merchandising (talk about style and smarts!). Amy even took special education classes and finished real estate school—she’s always up for learning something new. With over seven years of teaching experience plus two and a half years of student teaching, Amy knows how to make learning fun for everyone. She absolutely loves being at Goddard because nothing beats the joy of kids’ laughter and smiles. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll probably spot Amy at the movies, cheering at a sports game, or taking long walks outdoors. Fun Fact: Amy can do a killer Elvis impersonation!

    Meet Ms. Meredith! She’s a proud Bearkat from Sam Houston State University, where she picked up a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary studies and a minor in early childhood development. Meredith has been with Goddard for 11 years and absolutely loves bringing excitement and fresh experiences to her students every day. She’s all about the tight-knit, family vibe at The Goddard School. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll probably find Meredith out in nature—she volunteers with Keep Austin Beautiful and helps keep local parks looking their best. Fun fact: Meredith has called 5 different states home and has moved so many times, she’s lost track of the cities!

    Ms. Cruz graduated from Victoria High School and attended the University of California. She has several years of experience with children. She likes to go walking and biking in her free time.

    Ms. Yemisi is a Texas State University grad with more than four years of childcare experience, two of those right here at The Goddard School. She’s passionate about helping kids master new skills and always brings positive energy to the classroom. When she’s not at Goddard, you’ll probably find her out shopping, hitting the gym, or traveling somewhere exciting. Fun Fact: Yemisi is all about running marathons!
