Our journey into early childhood education stems from both our family values and professional experiences. Kiran brings extensive Human Resources experience from Fortune 500 companies. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, she's passionate about connecting with people and creating an inclusive environment where families feel supported. Hanif has a background in Enterprise Technology with his Bachelor's in Business Management. His leadership and operational expertise help create a safe, nurturing, well-run school focused on every child's growth and well-being. We fell in love with the Goddard philosophy of inspiring a love of learning through safe, joyful exploration. We consider it a privilege to partner with families and be part of this wonderful community!

I'm Ashley McFarland, and I'm absolutely thrilled to meet you and your sweet family. For 22 wonderful years, I've been following my heart's passion in early childhood education. As a Center Director for over a decade and Quality Team Lead, I've had the incredible joy of working with children of all ages and mentoring amazing educators. I believe early childhood is a magical time of discovery and wonder, and there's nothing I love more than watching children learn, grow, and develop their beautiful, unique personalities. At home, I'm a busy mom of three who loves traveling and spending precious time with friends and family. These experiences remind me daily of the importance of connection, curiosity, and community—values I warmly bring to my work with every family I serve. Ms. Candice's background in event planning, catering, and team leadership translates beautifully into her role supporting our classrooms and ensuring every child enjoys wholesome, quality meals. Her caring approach, honed through years of dementia and memory care work, reflects her dedication to serving others with compassion and attention to detail. Ms. Sweta is a passionate educator with over five years of experience working with toddlers and preschoolers. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Calcutta University and is currently pursuing her Child Development Associate Certificate at Collin College, completing courses in child growth, development, and wellness. Ms. Sweta believes in play-based learning and is committed to fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
