    Having started from humble beginnings, I believe in the philosophy of doing one’s best at what they love. “It’s my mission, as owner of The Goddard School, to help children grow and develop their educational skills to prepare them for the challenges of school and beyond.” As a father of three girls, I saw there was a need for a high-quality early childhood education program that provides a play-based learning experience in a nurturing environment. “Heartland is an amazing place to live and raise a family.     Greetings everyone, I am Dr. Jacqueline and I am excited to be here at Goddard schools as the Director specializing towards education. I have a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) background and possess over 15 years' experience in education as a former teacher and principal of schools with a doctoral degree in education. I am enthusiastic about children and assisting them to achieve their full potential. I am also a wife/mother whose child is attending Goddard Forney, and I eagerly look forward to working with everyone as a team.

    Hello, My name is Kelcie! I have been in the Education Field for a little over 5 years now. I currently do have my Director Credential as well as wrapping up my Associates in Early Childhood Development. I believe working with children is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world! I am newly married and have a fur baby named Willow! Here at Goddard we take pride not only in the education we provide but as well as the care we provide for all of our students. I am so blessed to be apart of the Goddard Team and cannot wait to get to know you!

    I studied childcare , child development, and Teacher AID My name is Heather, I was born in Tennessee but raised in Kentucky. I recently moved to Texas with my husband, Chris and our five children. So far we have enjoyed Texas! My philosophy on teaching is being the best teacher I can be. Not only do I want to teach but I also want to be a positive role model to my students by being someone they can trust , showing them kindness , love, and care. In hopes that my positive influence sticks with them so they can also show the same positivity to others. I love working with children and being a positive influence for my students. I can’t wait to see more of what Texas has to offer. I am happy to be a part of The Goddard School Team.

    Hello, my name is Asmaa. I was born and raised in Iraq. I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baghdad University in which I graduated from in 2002. I got married in Dallas, Texas in 2019 to by terrific husband and we have a daughter together named Nawar. My hobbies include cooking, traveling, reading, hiking, and taking care of my family and friends! I decided to pursue childcare in the United States because after I had my daughter it sparked my interest to be a teacher. I am excited to be here at the Goddard School and having the privilege of teaching your children!

    Hello, my name is Patricia, I have been working in childcare for over 19 years. I have two kids, a boy that is 26 and I also have a girl who is 22. If you can’t tell by now, working with kids is my passion and something that I truly enjoy doing! Anytime that a child is in my care I can guarantee you that they are 100% happy, loved, and cared for. Nothing is more precious than watching babies and children grow and learn day by day while in my care. Making a bond with the parents is also a number one priority of mine as I make one with the child. I cannot wait to meet you and your family!

    Hello, my name is Angela Bunduka-Lansana. I am a mother of three grown kids! I have been serving kids for over twenty years. Being a childcare teacher is a career that I love, am committed, and dedicated to. In addition, I also have certificates in Child Care Education. My job is to make sure that all the children are being 100 percent fully cared for and to create a bond that will make their growing and learning process a wonderful and fulfilling one. Their everyday smile makes my day. A quote that I go by is “He or she who takes a child by the hand takes the heart of the mother”. I am very excited to be apart of the infant team at Goddard and look forward to teaching them and watching them grow daily!

    Hello, my name is Stephanie. I have been in childcare for about 36 years! I have worked with infants and school age children. I have two children and three stepchildren, together we have five grandchildren. I was born in Fort Worth TX and graduated from Mabank High School. I attended Mountain View College to update my basic learning skills. I chose to work with children because of the love I have for children, and the love the children give back. I help them learn sign language skills, colors and numbers in English and Spanish, how to implement self-help and gain self-confidence and security. My goal is to also learn from them just as much as they learn from me.

    Hello, my name is Linda Herrera. I am a huge fan of soccer, and my favorite team is Mexico League. Some of my hobbies include fitness, shopping, working, and going to the dog park. I am a new mom to my fur baby named Milo in which I absolutely adore. I decided to pursue working in childcare because I wanted to be a positive impact in the children's lives in which I would be teaching. Being a teaching is such a rewarding job because I get the blessing of being able to watch them grow and develop their learning and watch them flourish into themselves.     Hello! My name is Aranza. I have always had a passion for working with kids. They bring me so much joy and they are so fun to be around! I have 4 years of experience with kids, and I was able to get my degree in Early Childhood Education this past year. Fun facts: I have two fur babies, a husky, and a German shepherd. My favorite food is tacos and elote. I like listening to country music and worship music. My favorite color is green and pink. I look forward to working with everyone and getting to know y’all!

    Hi, l am Miss Sheelu. I am a wife, mother of four and a grandmother of two precious boys. I have worked with children and youth for many years in different capacities. We lived in the Northeast for the last twenty-five plus years and decided to move to Texas five years ago. I have worked in a tradition school, a Christian school, and a Montessori school. It is truly a joy and privilege to unfold their curiosity of learning, and the world around them. I look forward to meeting all the wonderful new families.
