    Owner
    Isa Alvarez graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Spanish Education. She enjoys being an onsite owner because she gets to spend time in the classroom with the children. Isa's goal is to provide a safe and loving environment where children can grow. Isa believes in giving back to the community. The school participates in Blue Santa yearly, along with donating to the Ronald McDonald House, Safe Place, Toys for Tots, and St. Jude Children's Hospital.

    Director
    Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She began working with our school as the lead teacher in our Pre-K class in May of 2014, where she devoted time to creating a positive learning environment for the children. She was promoted to Assistant Director September of 2015 and is now our center Director, as of August 2020. She is honored to continue her experience at The Goddard School and is committed to working with the teachers to ensure a safe and loving atmosphere for your children to learn and grow.

    Assistant Director
    Tracey is from Marble Falls and has over 15 years of experience working with children. She joined our school in August of 2012 as a co-lead infant teacher. Tracey has her Child Development Associates Degree and became our Assistant Director in August of 2020. Tracey has 2 children of her own and a lot of pets! She finds working with children an emotionally rewarding experience.

    Assistant Director
    Kayla graduated from Akins High school and has worked with children for over 5 years. She started at The Goddard School in June of 2017 as a teacher aide and is now part of our administrative team. Kayla loves encouraging children’s confidence and self-worth. She has a daughter who graduated from The Goddard School and is a great role model to her and other children.

    Hummingbird Lead Teacher
    Debbie started with The Goddard School in October of 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She is the lead teacher in our infant classroom. Debbie has a daughter of her own and loves helping children learn and grow. She finds this job challenging but very rewarding.

    Ms. Evanna graduated from Hays High School in 2016 and started working for Goddard in 2017. Evanna has a Medical Assistant Certification and is currently working towards a CDA. She loves being a part of watching children as they learn and grow.

    Dragonfly Lead Teacher
    Ms. Deandra graduated from Lehman High School in 2016. She is currently taking courses to earn a Child Development Associate's Degree and has experience working with infants and toddlers. Ms. Deandra loves arts & crafts. She looks forward to watching the children learn and grow here at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Daniela graduated from Akins High School in 2018 and earned a vet tech certificate. She loves working with children and came to us with experience as a babysitter. She started out as an assistant teacher looking forward to learning more about the development of children and was then promoted to a lead teacher after 3 years.

    Macaw Lead Teacher
    Ms. Jaqueline graduated from Akins High School in 2018 and has obtained a certification from Avenue Five Institute as a skin care specialist. She has several years of experience in babysitting young children and looks forward to creating a positive learning environment for the children at The Goddard School.

    Toucan Lead Teacher
    Elizabeth graduated from Crockett High School and is working towards a Child Development Associates Degree. She has been with us since 2014. She started out as a floater, which lead to an assistant teacher position, and now she is currently our lead teacher in our Get Set classroom. She enjoys engaging with the children as they learn and grow. Elizabeth has a daughter in high school and one that attends The Goddard School.

    Dart Frog Lead Teacher
    Ms. Silvia graduated from South Texas College in 2018 with a certificate in Child Development. She has worked with children of all ages in various child-care settings and feels children give you something fun in life. She looks forward to watching your children grow and learn about the world around them.

    Gecko Lead Teacher
    Jessica graduated from Del Valle High School and has over 14 years of experience working with preschool children. She is currently working on her Child Development Associates Degree. Jessica joined us in August of 2015 and is a lead teacher in our preschool classroom. Jessica has 3 children of her own and enjoys helping children as they learn and grow.

    Resource Teacher
    Alma graduated from Austin High School and joined The Goddard School in July of 2010. Alma has a son of her own and is excited to be part of The Goddard School team. She believes that all children are different, wonderful, funny and fun!
