    Owner
    Isa Alvarez graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Spanish Education. She enjoys being an onsite owner because she gets to spend time in the classroom with the children. Isa's goal is to provide a safe and loving environment where children can grow. Isa believes in giving back to the community. The school participates in Blue Santa yearly, along with donating to the Ronald McDonald House, Safe Place, Toys for Tots, and St. Jude Children's Hospital.

    Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She began working with our school as the lead teacher in our Pre-K class in May of 2014, where she devoted time to creating a positive learning environment for the children. She was promoted to Assistant Director September of 2015 and is now our center Director, as of August 2020. She is honored to continue her experience at The Goddard School and is committed to working with the teachers to ensure a safe and loving atmosphere for your children to learn and grow.

    Tracey is from Marble Falls and has over 15 years of experience working with children. She joined our school in August of 2012 as a co-lead infant teacher. Tracey has her Child Development Associates Degree and became our Assistant Director in August of 2020. Tracey has 2 children of her own and a lot of pets! She finds working with children an emotionally rewarding experience.

    Kayla graduated from Akins High school and has worked with children for over 8 years. She started at The Goddard School in June of 2017 as a teacher aide and is now part of our administrative team. Kayla loves encouraging children’s confidence and self-worth. She has a daughter who graduated from The Goddard School and is a great role model to her and other children.

    Debbie started with The Goddard School in October of 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She is the lead teacher in our infant classroom. Debbie has a daughter of her own and loves helping children learn and grow. She finds this job challenging but very rewarding.

    Ms. Feney has over 21 years of experience working with children. She enjoys being a part of a community that helps children learn, grow and develop to their greatest potential. Ms. Feney believes all children are important & special and is excited to help your child grow physically, intellectually and emotionally.

    Ms. Leanna graduated from Akins High School in 2013. She has 2 daughters, Iliana & Emery and a pet kitten named, Cookie. Ms. Leanna loves to make an impact on children’s lives. Teaching them & watching what they’ve learned from her makes her feel accomplished. Ms. Leanna wants to create a fun safe space & learning environment to help them meet their goals.

    Ms. Marissa graduated from Travis High School in 2017. She has an 8 year old son and a 1 year old step daughter. Ms. Marissa has experience as a substitute teacher for all ages. She wants to build connections with the children & let them know she is someone they can trust. Ms. Marissa would love to be a lead teacher with her own class someday.

    Ms. Elisabeth graduated from Frenship High School in 2020. Her two dogs, Charley & Ziggy, are her favorite things on the planet. Ms. Elisabeth has gone on mission trips to help families in need and was a kid’s swim instructor. She believes helping children learn new things and being a part of their development is very rewarding and is working towards a degree in child development.

    Ms. Deandra graduated from Lehman High School in 2016. She is currently taking courses to earn a Child Development Associate's Degree and has experience working with infants and toddlers. Ms. Deandra loves arts & crafts. She looks forward to watching the children learn and grow here at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Katie graduated from Texas State University in 2023 with honors, Magna Cum Laude, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has 2 fluffy dogs named Boo & Frankie. Ms. Katie comes to us with a year of experience in babysitting and strives to teach children to be kind & caring of others. She wants to help shape young lives.

    Ms. Dennae graduated from Crockett High School in 2017. She has a daughter and a son of her own and believes children are adventurous and creative. Ms. Dennae would love to provide a safe & nurturing environment for your children and is excited to do so, here at The Goddard School.

    Ms. Ava graduated from Johnson High School in 2024. She has two older brothers that she is close with and has some experience in babysitting. Ms. Ava thinks children are the biggest blessing and strongly believes she can teach and help raise future generations.

    Elizabeth graduated from Crockett High School and is working towards a Child Development Associates Degree. She has been with us since 2014. She started out as a floater, which lead to an assistant teacher position, and now she is currently our lead teacher in our Get Set classroom. She enjoys engaging with the children as they learn and grow. Elizabeth has a daughter in high school and one in elementary.

    Ms. Andrea graduated from Ann Richards High School in 2020. She has 2 fur babies, Sammy & Lacie and is on a dance team called the Austin Bats. Ms. Andrea loves working with children because it brings her joy to hear them laugh, sing and learn through play and exploration, giving them the ability to be themselves.

    Ms. Evanna graduated from Hays High School in 2016 and started working for Goddard in 2017. Evanna has a Medical Assistant Certification. She loves being a part of watching children as they learn and grow.

    Ms. Brisa graduated from Caney Creek High School in 2023. She has three siblings and has several years of experience in childcare. Ms. Brisa believes children are curious and unique and wants to help them grow in a fun environment, developing a lifelong love for learning.

    Ms. Jackie graduated from Lehman High School in 2020 and has 2 years of experience in childcare. She has 5 cats and is a new fish mom. Ms. Jackie likes to help children learn new things and have fun while doing so. She is excited to meet all the children and be there through their growth.

    Ms. Jessy graduated from Del Valle High School in 2017. She has a floral business and several years of experience working with young children and believes the most important thing a teacher can do is listen, establish trust and be there for the children. Ms. Jessy wants to be the teacher to help children be their best selves and reach milestones.

    Ms. Kaitlin graduated from Texas State University in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science. She has experience in education as a youth development leader at Buda Elementary. Ms. Kaitlin enjoys working with children because their energy & creativity inspires her to be patient, present and make a positive impact every day.

    Ms. Amy graduated from high school in 2003. She loves kids and is excited to get experience in working with younger children here, at The Goddard School. Ms. Amy wants to set great examples for the children and wants to bring an open mind and a positive attitude to the classroom each day.

    Ms. Brenda graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in 2012. She has experience with young children and has 3 kids of her own. Ms. Brenda wants to be a role model for children, showing respect, kindness & love, so they can do it themselves. She is excited to teach because children are fun, silly, and so smart.

    Ms. Brenda graduated from Akins High School in 2018. She has 2 older sisters, 2 younger brothers and several years of experience in babysitting. She also has a lovely lab named, Dante. Ms. Brenda has always wanted to be a teacher because she enjoys watching children learn and flourish into their own personalities.

    Ms. Amberlyn graduated from Clear Brook High School in 2023. She has 4 younger siblings, 3 dogs, 3 cats, a snake and 2 leopard geckos. Ms. Amberlyn wants to create an inclusive environment encouraging participation in ways that kids will enjoy. Ms. Amberlyn attends Texas State and is majoring in Psychology. She is ready to inspire & help each student become a hardworking, creative individual.

    Ms. Liliana graduated from Lehman High School in 2016. She has 2 dogs and 3 cats & worked as a teacher assistant in an elementary school. Ms. Liliana is passionate about early childhood development. She enjoys helping children learn in a safe nurturing environment where every child feels valued & respected.

    Ms. Savannah graduated from Harlingen School of Health Professions in 2021. She has a cat named Comet & has experience in babysitting and as a teacher assistant. Ms. Savannah wants to provide a safe place for children to learn and believes patience is a virtue when working with young children.

    Ms. Kileigh graduated from Cypress Woods High School in 2021. She has a fiancé and a Russian Blue cat named, Mysti. Ms. Kileigh works with children because she loves being a part of their growth and development. Watching children learn new skills, build confidence and feel supported is incredibly rewarding to her.
