    Director of Operations
I have earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Organizational Corporate Communications from Belmont University, where I attended on a basketball scholarship after moving from my hometown of North Pole, Alaska. I later completed my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Professional Leadership, with an anticipated graduation in 2028. Growing up in a large family of seven alongside my twin brother inspired my passion for early childhood education. Those experiences taught me the importance of nurturing, supporting, and encouraging children as they grow and develop. I am grateful for my wonderful family, which includes my husband, Terrell Sr., our son, Terrell Jr., and our beloved fur baby, Ace. My philosophy of early learning is centered on fostering a lifelong love of learning.
